This is my first experience with a burnout game or racing game in general and it's extremely fun! I'm enjoying the singleplayer and my time online with my friends. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a bowl of ice cream type game - something simple and fun in a genre you want to play.

You can tell this game is the fulfillment of a dream. It's lovingly crafted, but painfully underexecuted. The combat is a chore with random encounters happening about ten times too often. It's a drag to play start to finish that has no fulfillment or reward to it. The characters and dialogue are good, but the game is a slog. It does, however, have one of the best trophy lists of all time. This game had a lot of cute little side quests to do for trophies. The list is attainable and rewarding, encouraging the user to explore every facet of the game. Unfortunately this will become a trophy **** game because the game itself isn't worthwhile. Especially not at a $40 price point. It's one of those games that should be $11.99 and only bought on sale at $4.99.

This is the most meh of meh games I've played in a while. A ton of hours put into it to get through the dreadful narrative followed by blind religious like devotion to grinding for exotics, and then, when you realize that you can only have 2 exotics on your character at once, you trade it in to gamestop for $22, earning back all but 5 dollars of your investment, but fortunately I also got a free month of Playstation Plus for that 5 dollars. All in all not a negative experience but not an overwhelmingly positive one either.

Such a horrifically disappointing sequel to such a promising first game, Bruce Wayne the Telltale Series chooses to invest in exactly the wrong parts of the Batman universe. Take the Dark Knight, strip away the political intrigue, the organized crime intrigue, the interesting dynamic of how Batman interacts with the police, and replace them with the worst parts of the DC Cinematic universe, too many villains, not at all about what made batman great, and finally, force the player to play as Bruce Wayne for over 60% of the story. A truly pitiful showing, a weak and bland story that grips you as tightly as an arthritic malnourished child, and you've got the absolute dumpster fire that is Bruce Wayne the The Enemy Within.

The multiplayer is wildly inconsistent. Under the exact same circumstances one game it will take 3 bullets to kill a full health player and 6 the next game. The hit boxes for sniper rifles extend in a 3 foot radius around player making sniper rifles win every single time in close quarters with the auto aim snapping. It's broken and it's annoying as hell.

This game is phenomenal. I love everything about it except these two complaints: 1, there is an unforgivable lack of checkpoints in some places, 2, the camera is broken and causes you about 40% of your deaths, and typically in an area without reasonable checkpoints. But it's such a great game otherwise.

I can't freaking believe I'm leaving this score for this game and I can't freaking believe I'm writing this review. Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is somehow amazing. I don't even know why. It's so lovingly presented, the animations are so well done and details are so clearly cared about. The gameplay is fun and challenging. The progression system is flawless in that you can tailor your heroes to the specific battle you need to adjust for. The world is fun and rewarding to explore and the puzzles are great. The combat is phenomenal. There's replay value in the form of challenges and collectible cleanup I'm racking my brain and I wanted to give this game an 8 but I cannot for the life of me find any reason not to give it a 10. Unbelievable. This game completely took me by surprise.

The first 90% of the game is a 10/10 darling of the series. The final 2 chapters are game betraying frustrating BS. I can't understand why Naughty Dog can't just choose a game style and stick with it. Stop betraying everything you've built and just let the player play the way you've encouraged them to the whole game. It's satisfying and smooth to play all the way until the ending, where they trade an excellent game for gimmicky setpieces. Oh well.

This game was the culmination of taking all of the worst parts of pokemon and putting them front and center. 60% of the game is spent mashing the A button through the pointless slow grueling mucked up narrative. The other 40% spends a lot of time in loading screens and animations. It's actually 13.4 seconds from losing control to gaining it again in wild battles. The pokemon themselves used to be the compelling feature which pushed exploration, and dialogue used to be optional. That's what made pokemon greak. This is a horrible, horrible game.

The control scheme is like learning a foreign language. It will take frustrating trial and error in the menus and settings, and the learning curve in general is enormous. Prepare to read. When you fire up this game you should expect to read the equivalent of a 30 page paper in settings and menus and how this and that works and you won't comprehend any of it. You have to learn by playing, which feels quite overwhelming at first. But, once you clear your first medium dungeon you will feel amazing. It's Battlefield. Plain and simple. If you're expecting World War I Simulator, do not buy. It's a battlefield game with full auto weapons and nearly invincible tanks with a WWI aesthetic. Horrific balancing and infuriating choices (invincible gas that permeates everything, friendly gas obstructs your vision, going prone where the game determines you may not makes your character stand up and you are trapped in that animation, meaning 9/10 times you die) plague multiplayer which is the main draw of the game. But that's to be expected from a DICE/EA online shooter. The single player is pretty great. It's vignettes into the war from a few different perspectives. They are sometimes infuriating (Avanti Savoia) and sometimes wildly fun and made me cheer out loud (The Runner, Friends in High Places). If you want another Battlefield, this is the game for you. If you want realistic WWI combat and a deep complex dive into the war with a single player campaign and more than 12 hours of offline gameplay, do not buy.
