What a game. For people that are looking just for the score this would be a 9.5/10 for me. A few changes and improvements could be made and it would be a 10/10 or 11/10 depending on a day. I'll start with the positives tho, and one that might not be as discussed as it should be is the play time, and this game gives just the fair amount of time it is needed, doesn't drag too much, isn't short at all which is crazy for a first game that didn't even launched with the full price. You devs really went tryharder mode with this one. The story is one of the most interesting stories I've ever come across, it bring a new thing into perspective and makes you reflect on things that no game has ever accomplished nor tried to before. The morale of this game is pretty sweet and I liked the way it was presented. It is so good that for once the characters are driven trough the story. The world and the music are again on par with the story, and speaking of the music this is the best ost ever in a video game. At some point they have a song called The Reacher - Entre les Marais et les Cimes and its the only song that is similar to what you would hear in the witcher, and it just goes so hard. Like they didn't need to do that but they did it. Visual spectacle with each location you go trough each telling a story trough its palette of colors that was chosen and the tonality shift of the music. As for the gameplay this is the sickest jrpg I've ever played no doubt, like cmon parrying you know it adds something to the stake. IT IS SO GOOD. But with this being brought up, the thing I didn't like about the game and that's a thing about jrpg they are not my fav thing in the world as for gameplay. But this could have been. Make it even more varied and rewarding for different playstyles (ahem me). Remove the 9,999 cap from the beginning. Scale the bosses especially the final one, and reward players that try parrying with a health or smthg. I was just aiming for damage and i had a lot of pictos that deal more damage to me but i also do more damage, and at times it felt frustrating just hitting 9.999 cuz that was the cap. I was one shoted every time in act 2, and i just had to adapt to the game's playstyle. And in a way after the game finally unlocks the 9.999 cap which is very late in the game, i was kinda too op. I didn't really want to one shot bosses, so you could ve made their health bigger so in a way it scales to the max damage i can do,but also reward me for my parry and maybe give me an extra turn, or give me a free pass, like a shield for each parry idk. And finally yes you can't manually save even tho if you catch on it u can see the game auto saves when u change skills or pictos so i would ve just removed a picto and added it back when i would want to save before a boss lol. Pretty bad lip sync, and bad hair anti aliasing. Fix those and its the cleanest 10/10 I would give to a game

Im a huge Uncharted, and Tomb Raider fan. I also remember being a kid and my first game that I ever finished and got me into story games was Indiana Jones and the Emperor's Tomb. Then I was in primary and got into this new Tomb Raider game which was full of exploration, temples, looked amazing. And then a few years later uncharted 4 also came out and it amazed me I got a ps4 and played that and it was my new fav game. so almost 9 years later I got this, and honestly nothing could ever live up to my expectation to bring back the emotion I had that time, but it did remind me I once had that and how it was. The story is cute, the ending was classic uncharted style, which was classic indiana jones movies, i just love at times a big adventure with a cheesy ending, but wild rollercoaster nonetheless. It's fun, it definitely is its own thing when it comes to gameplay design and it works. intricate puzzles, fun combat, great world design... This game rocks pretty hard 8.5/10

You should know that I hate I cant score a game on any website an x.5. So I always round it up to the higher score. Split Fiction is a great game. Its fun to play... buuut that's about it. The weird dialogue and cliché script from A Way Out comes back to this and somehow even more distracting cuz there are times when the jokes can get pretty funny, but the then you look at the villain's last act and he s so goofy for no reason, like bro doing that u are going to jail wtf is wrong with you, why did he become so evil for no reason at the end. I guess I have to compare it to It Takes Two and for the story part It Takes Two works better, its a fun little silly bed time story for kids, and that is clearly what was somehow more intended for that game. I do like that Split Fiction is harder than It Takes Two (but I guess that subjective). It Takes Two seemed like get your gf, or wife to play her first game, yeah well no chance with this one. But while harder, the rollercoaster also slow downs and is inconsistent at times. It takes two kept wowing me to how much stuff they thought of and kept adding while Split Fiction at times, felt like the Fantasy part were way cheaper than the Sci-Fi one. The last act with Mio is easily one of the most creative level designs in the game, but Zoe's last act is pretty boring and you re just doing the same puzzle again, until the very last few minutes when you re playing the centipede. The dragon story of zoe also was pretty lame at times, and while cooler in the end, after playing it takes two dungeons and dragons part where the camera is panned from above i expected this to let me go classic go of war (apparently its profanity to mention the almighty kratos). And also mio's second story wasn't as cool as her first so yeah this wasn't like it takes two a rollercoaster that kept going, instead it was hey look this level and sometimes it wasn't better. So 8,5/10 still fun but as not memorable

This is a review of red dead redemption without talking about the absurd price for a game from 2010. I ve played rdr2 back when it came out. and have played it once more in 2020. Never played this one before, but i always wanted to back then, and now I ve gotta say I m gona judge this right now for todays standard. I fnished the game in just under 16 hours while doing some strangers activity (aprox. 5-10), getting my honor as high as possible, and doing some random encounters, bounty hunts, and played some of the minigames. Starting with: THE GAMEPLAY: Its pretty boring. The shooting is not that great, even the dead eye doesnt feel that responsive, walking the horse doesnt have the greatest movement. And the layout and mission design is very very repetitive for a short game. Shooting missions, shooting from horse mission, gattling gun or minigun, lasso horses, drive cattle that it. 5 types of missions again and again. And some duels i forgot. There were some cool layouts but like i can name them if i want to think of them and its like maximum 5-10 and it was more cuz of the story that carried them. THE STORY: I think its just ok for today's standard. First thing I observed and this is a major rockstar flaw, is the layout and progression of the missions. I get it its open world, but games nowdays have great side quest and lots of stuff to do. But as ive said this game is not that fun to explore if its not a mission cuz the gameplay is not that engaging. So what do rockstar do in exchange they let u play the main missions in what order u want, which can greatly ruin how the story is paced. I just did my own order cuz my friend will play it soon and he wants it to be as cohessive as possible. I found some orders online which greatly helped however after i got to mexico. And the game started to shine a bit more. Reyes is by far my fav character. But by the end of that chapter the game starts to feel very rushed with almost every character that i ve been excited for gets such a little ammount of screen time, and dont feel compelling whatsoever. I honestly was just dissapointed seeing javier, bill, dutch... was ok even tho theres two of them at the same time cuz they hired the same voice actor for Nastas. And he literally sounds the exact same as dutch. Abigail was nice to see again, jack's voice actor can feel a bit underwhelming, and uncle's arc was just bad. The ending its neither special but i can neither have anything bad to say about it. The open world: the soundtrack is amazing (when u walk back to the ranch, to mexico great stuff, the ending got me rdr2 nostalgia so good), but yeah the graphics are a bit outdated at times but it sometimes also gives a cool landscape to look at and admire what they did 14 years ago. But again its like very little u can do it, i would ve loved to see more cities or idk stuff to do, sometimes its like two different seasons pass too quickly it doesnt flow that smooth. 6/10 for today's standard 7,5 for back then i guess might go to an 8

Other than that i think even tho i liked rome a bit its not as interesting as the whole journey in the assassins creed 2

This expansion, oh my... I remember finishing the witcher 3, and I loved it and by the end I didnt want to be done with it, I missed it, missed the characters, missed the atmosphere, so It thought lets give the expansions a try, i wanna have some stuff to do in the game but I didnt expect a game company to make such a thoughtful and full experience just out of a dlc. This game introduces one of the most interesting antagonist in a video game story, the plot is very interesting, and deep, and so many questions are raised between good and wrong, somewhere in between and sometimes neither. And I love Shani as a character

But there arent that many changes, plus some new stuff like the animations make some stuff more harder and less responsive than before. Fighting the bloater was way harder than I remembered and i even died multiple times

So a year ago I bought Like A Dragon Ishin instead of this, i wanted to play another yakuza, i only finished 0-7 from rgg, and these two were both out at the time, but I thought hey lets buy ishin since they were the same price and i knew this was more of a dlc cuz its shorter than previous yakuza and ishin was a fully developed game, and boy i regreted that decision cuz i didnt like ishin. Finally I made time to play this, finished it in 4-5 days. So as i load it the first cutscene looks great, and the dragon engine has come a long way. Looks better than ever, and also runs very well, probably could run even better if it didnt had denuvo. Then the agent style... we get to the combat, and i got a bit more used around it lately, but i feel like the changes to the dodge dont really favour the combat, locking to an enemy everytime you have to dodge is anoying i mean thats what rb/r1 does. Also played it on the hardest difficulty and i dont know but it was really rare u could do heat moves, and i think by the end i remember using maximum 4 heat moves. but this also comes with judgment's later implemented juggling system which gotta say was a nice add, BUT I cant really say this is the best dragon s style has ever felt, it would ve been if they kept what was good from before and just added the new stuff, and I actually like going back to kiwami 2 cuz it has better things. The story was alright to meh, its nice that they re filling up what happened in between yakuza 6 and 7 but its still very little material that i dont think brings that much intersting new stuff, other than some cool moments at the very end when as in typical yakuza fassion theres a nice climax that goes balls out with kiryu stealing the spotlight. And by the end i did cry, but that scene really still works alone and doesnt really have anything to do with the rest. The substories arent good, theres like 4 substories that are worth doing and thats it,I like the colisseum I like that you can customize kiryu s outfit finally, but at most of the times it shows they devolped this in 6 months. The presentation also isnt consistent, it switches very weirdly from yakuza7 rendered cutscenes, and also uses the same music that dont have the same impact as in yakuza 7 pov, but it s alright i still love the music in rest. but yakuza works better when its constanly good, longer and the climax feels even better at the end. Still im looking forward to playing infinite wealth. And the post credit scene was also very nice, and made me feel nostalgic and depressed at the same time buuut thats just what some other yakuzas also did. And this is a major issue that i questioned a lot where the fault comes from and its from these games. And that is the story didnt really have to be told , i m sounding like every tlou2 hater, but they were just idiots, hear me out (even if you are one) : yakuza 6 had a phenomenal ending. it was really sad, and poetic (until now it should sound familiar to tlou1) , didnt leave anything unfinished (now it might not sound that familiar) because at the time it felt like that was the end, to kiryu's journey to everything he did until then, that is what his previous action have brought him to. but now it just doesnt have the same impact. because of these games... tlou1 had a completely open ending where u didnt really know everything for certain. yakuza 6 was a conlussion to the story, and even tho personally i might be happy for a few moments that all the tojo clan are getting back and stuff it ruins the impact of the previous games and the fault lies here. YAKUZA 7, great game didnt drag kiryu on that much, this one... like its good but just do another game, do flashbacks keep on the morales of kiryu to show he had a big impact on the series. when this game had a dialogue where kiryu said his greatness is still to come, i was like **** off. Its like rgg doesnt aknowledge the greatness of the previous games and think they should do better. U can t repair something that was already good, nor u can change how the previous games are consumed. Also in the ending i was **** disgusted that the final boss outmatched both majima and saejima like wtf

this game is pretty good. it s THE david cage game i think. I think to get the bad stuff out first: I think the graphics have aged poorly, the attention to detail is still good tho, and the replayability isnt that great, and also the plot twist is pretty obvious and once u know it again takes out of the replayability. also some of the dialogue can be pretty distracting. Other than that the pacing is great. Even tho I think Fahrenheit did a better job of making the characters interract more with each other, i think other than madison and ethan, norman and shelby dont really get in the same scenarios, only by the ending.

i thought it was a 9/10. im playing it again right now, while some stuff is cool, and lets get on with that first: I think the graphics are phenomenal, for a ps3 game this looks fantastic, the facial animation the texture mesh to the skin especially. The performances are also great, nice change of pacing to see William Defoe as a normal guy for once. The gameplay was also fun more engaging in this one compared to the previous quantic dream title, and for a game of this genre, u can move camera more freely u can do takedowns, shoot a gun. BUT those last things ok they re fine but this is not a game u buy to be solid snake and u buy for the story which i feel is very inconsistent, and the choice based aspect which i feel is little cuz like theres like 4 endings only, and jodie cant die and the game continues cuz shes like the only character, and theres only 3 people u can not save i think. And the story is either well presented and has some intense moments or it either feels very rushed and bland with weird dialog and character build like some parts in the homeless chapter and especially navajo. those parts really should ve been longer and divided into at least one more chapter, or either completely merged and cut some characters. I was just playing yesterday and already forgot the name of the hot dineh character thats only there to serve as a different ending option for jodie but that ending feels so out of place, the navajo story is just bad, the whole ritual thing isnt really explained it just has a little twist, but its completely out of the bigger picture. The rest of stuff with nathan (except the ending of nathan and him turning mad, going fully spiderman we will fight to the death) and ryan are good tho. but yeah the story can be so bad, it can feel very undeveloped, like if you save everyone and get to the ending its outrageous looking on the beyond ending side and its shimasani alone and jodie is like "the poeple i have always loved" i was bursting out. It has times where its much more ambitious than heavy rain and i had times where i almost teared, but its very inconsistent, also the audio can be bad at times the music doesnt connect properly at times. I would say its strongest moments is the mission chapter.

Its a strong 8 to a 9. Its not as good as re2 remake thats still my go to recomendation if you want to start with resident evil, but i really like the antagonists, they were all fun and interesting, i really liked the presentation of them, the presentation of the the settings, the design itself tho as a romanian its nice to see at times like some pans and stuff looked romanian but at the same time its not that disitinguished imo to re4, the castle part didnt 100% resemble our architecture but i still liked it a lot. but after the castle the design itself kinda gets in a different direction, and thats the only issue, the level design and all its fun but does make the world a bit disconnected imo, especially heisenberg's part. I really liked how dimitrescu looked in the early concept, it would ve made her more intimidating, but you still get a scay part in the beneviento house, and thats the point the game kinda has it all, it can be survival and make hold onto ammo, it can be scary, it can be very puzzlish and it also can be straight action shooting with big places and swarms of enemies. the story was ok, so far there wasnt a resident evil that really shined in terms of storytelling, i think the lore itself is great, the characters can be fun, but just the plot isnt as interesting

Its alright. Nothing special in terms of story, can actually get very predictable cuz like the counterparts of the main series characters kinda spoil away what their arc will be, characters are alright here and there. Gameplay is pretty stale thom it works as a beat em up game but as a samurai game it got very boring for me by the end. Other than the soji boss fights and the last boss fight none is impressive. Those are good but they re the only one. Its not as bad as yakuza 3 can be at times but that game is 5 years older, buuut the side content. The world feels very outdated, it s little with also little stuff to do in it, kamurocho while not big had lots of stuff to do. Also side stories dont feel in any way connected to the story, plus they dont have much depth to them either, and their best they re cheep references to the main series or cultural references. Going for the completionist is also such a chore, the dungeons battles are so boring and just repetitive level design/ Yeah worst like a dragon game by far, if you do like the main series i only reccomend it if you dont have any other games to play, and rather try the judgment games first

As much as I hate minecraft, holy **** this is the worst telltale game ever, it pisses me even more considering they make that a boring version of the guardians of the galaxy, the characters are really bad and forgetable and thats not good. Worse one, still an ok game, but dissapointing

I dont get the hate, this season was pretty solid, maybe a bit too goofy at some points but still had good characters some good story pacing, and some shocking moments that justify themselves. Whenever clementine appeared i had fun. Its a fun game however it could ve been a spin off that i agree. 8 as a game 7 for the main series of the walking dead cuz it doesnt really justify itself being a main series entry

Damn im glad i didnt buy any of these **** games when they came out. Everything is so rigged, i cant have fun even with friends. Every mechanic seems so planned, nothing goes where u want it to go it goes where the game thinks it should. Difficulty settings are freaking **** amateur is just boring as hell, and on higher difficulties everything mostly goes in the post or the keeper breaks his spine to save the shot. I m probably not gonna even bother with the cracked version of the newer to see if anything is changed EA

I like resident evil formula a lot, however this game would ve worked better if had the same thing as re2 did where u can see if a room you ve explored has no more items u can get. The level design while its still mind blowing at times it isnt as well put together as sometimes i didnt know if i should keep some items or if theyre usages is gone. Also the last act felt a bit overwhelming, like i totally wanted to be done with the game, and thats bad cuz the level design in that area was surprisingly well thought out

Even tho it took me 2 years to finish this game, I was frustraded by the fact that the machines u destroy repawn when u load the game or die, i think that can be pretty **** at times but if u plan to play this game for hours that wont be a problem. The world is amazing, the combat has much depth to it, climbing long necks machines was so fun. The music is great the atmosphere as well.

This is a pretty big step up from the previous injustice especially in terms of aesthetics, the game looks incredible and the dc characters have never looked better

Fun level design, never played the older games before and i had a lot of fun, 3 and 2 are much better than one, one actually kinda drags it down a bit because at times it is pretty hard and stupid.

That ending is just fantastic, the coclusion to the characters is so good, the final battle is done in a very clever way to make use of the choices u made, the plot twist are very good, this is my second favorite episode telltale has ever made

Im gonna give it a forced 10, cuz this episode can either be a 8,5 a 9 or a 10. Lemme explaing some of the dialogue isnt as fun if you dont pick certain choices, best outcome imo is if vaughn is paralyzed and you pick to destroy loader bot in the first epiosde, cuz this is the episode in which you can bound back with him and its very nice when u can talk to the characters with a purpose, other than that the humor is still very good, this epiosde is very action packed. Nice

Still a good episode, the humor is still cool, the bonding between characters is nice however it doesnt manage to do as good as the first epiosde did.
