As of February 2026, as this is on PS+ for the month, it is still in a horrible state. Apparently the game used to feel pretty good to play, but a change to punch magnetism (that the devs don't want to walk back on) really kills any chance this game has of being anything more than a complete disappointment. The roster is not good enough. Just, at all. There are far too boxers, and the ones that are here don't stand out from eachother whatsoever. It's a shame, having kept an eye on this for the last few years, that it's in such a bad spot. With any luck, the devs will listen to people and fix the major issues with the BASIC mechanics of a BOXING game (the PUNCHING), but otherwise this'll likely be another spot filler in your PS+ catalog to be forgotten quickly. Unfortunately it's barely with the subscription download, and it's most definitely not worth your hard earned money.

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth10

Having logged several hundred hours into the original PC version, accompanied with the Wrath of the Lamb expansion, I can safely say that Rebirth is an amazing change. The upgrade from flash enabling everything to run smoother, coupled with loads of additional content (new characters, items, rooms, bosses) this game is even better than the original. Even if you don't have PS+ to get this for free, spend the money on it. Fair warning though, it is rather challenging, so unless you're already decently skilled (or are prepared to take the time to improve) get ready for some major frustration. For anyone who hasn't played the original, it's essentially a twin-stick shooter. There are some rather dark themes to the game, and a lot of religious references that some may find offensive, so just be aware of that. Overall, if you're comfortable with some potentially offensive content and you're looking for an amazing twin-stick shooter style game packed with content, definitely a must-have title!

Borderlands 28

Played this quite a bit on the XB360, so I was excited to see it came with the PS Vita (plus the first half of the add-ons!!) Game plays quite nicely on the Vita, especially when compared to the performance of other handhelds. One and only complaint is how easy it is to accidentally activate on screen abilities (either throwing a grenade when trying to aim or activating the character abilities while moving.) As a side note, I'm sure some people are upset about it, but I find it rather amusing that every single enemy explodes on death, which I can only imagine is done to prevent the system from being bogged down from rendering 100's of dead bodies at a time. Overall, great port of an amazing game!
