Primitive gameplay, good music and a mistmatched engine. This could’ve been better if an engine or engineers capable of managing facial expressions were used.Dull fights, too.

This gameis a much better story than two last movies. Great voiceacting, the feel of a true Indy adventure, great directing. I stopped somewhere near 3/4 of the game and returned a few months later to understand I really missed this:)
Give it a spin. A polished game with an idea for itself (again - direction!) with the smell of Indy’s whip :)

It’s as cheesy as it gets when in comes to dialogue, story and characters. The corniness just oozeses from this. It feels like a watered down Persona clone, made with little to none effort. Instead of making a new IP, Atlus decided to cooy Persona, but make every part of it a note worse.
Boss fights are almost without animation, throwing you off your immersion chair. Only for really hardcore Persona fans.

I wish that these guys (as well as Telltale previously) get to work around a story, dialogues and lore of a AAA game, because what has Dispatch delivered story-wise is pure joy. The ending feels a bit rushed, but other than that - great. Reaaaaaly enjoyed it and had a few good laughs. As in for the game in the game - doesn't really matter if you fail hacking/dispatching or not so basically it's not worth the time invested to be excellent at them.
So - story 10/10, game 5-6/10 so in overall - 8. But a strong one:)

I came into TOW2 with the memory of goofiness of the original game and... found very little of it. Alongside a lack of interesting companions. The humor just doesn't land and instead you get a game that wants to be treated seriously, while - at least in my view - people wanted the exact opposite. Whilst the game does look spectacular on occasion, it's just... **** plow through the world and quests slowly, without the feel of an aim for yourself. Yeah there is that chase after that person and the universe-wide calamity, but... it's just not there during the **** general this feels like a scrap-collecting mission to be sure you don't run out of ammo, which is quite expensive to purchase, so you rely on crafting it. There is armor in the game, but does it bring much influence ? Not really.I ended the second location of the game and just don't feel like going further.
UPDATE: gave it a second spin. It’s just more of the same, got bored.
Played on Xbox Cloud Gaming - works like a charm.

Knowing what a mess the development of this game was, it ain’t that bad, but that doesn’t mean it’s good.
Some characters and dialogue is interesting, but that’s about all. Plus it’s Masquerade. The map feels like a starting point, but turns out to be the game. In winter. With empty streets with absolutely no cars moving and tons of pedrstrians and policemen. Compared to it’s predecessor it’s a shallow thing. Both have glass, but this feels like a TikTok reboot. My love for the lore will probably make me finish it, but it feels like Chapter One ****.

It’s a game without a soul. The same simulator engine as usual but without any meaning or thought given to the UX (you need to point at everything with a pad at a precision of a mouse. Extingushing. If you crave to be a market owner - try Discounty, has some vibe, great score, soul and I really enjoyed working at the counter. Opposite to this.
I am in awe that somethingso bad got into Game Pass.
And don’t make me go into NPC „design”, because it’s a whole other abomination. A terrible experience.

This game doesn't know what it wants to be. On one side you can expand your "hacking" abilities, but on the other they ultimately are useless, because when we come to the important moments you simply have to pull the trigger.
I wandered around some missions trying to do the ultimate remote/silent approach and even that it took me long enough, I always (or almost always) found a moment where I simply had to physically be on the spot.
Using the drone was (for me) problematic, because the way the camera is used makes it hard to understand what/who sees you, ergo you get detected quite a lot. So... guns blazing.
Besides that it's a simple game with nothing much to do besides the main quests. Yeah you can race or work as a caddie. I won't even compare it to GTA V, but even GTA IV smokes WD2 in terms of depth.

Game looks quite nice to be honest, has a skillset tree, decent playlist of country music and even a storyline.
Yet it feels shallow - it's all about going from A to B, via jump points XYZ, after a few hours the playlist feels too short, the focus on maintenance takes too much off the game itself. So - took it for a spin with Game Pass, but it lasted just a few hours.

Taxi Life: A City Driving Simulator4
Sep 20, 2025
Graphically quite nice, with many mechanics in the right place, Taxi Life is just shallow as they come.
On one side you have the setting - Barcelona, which looks alive (really) and that was what I observed the most. Everything is more interesting than actually playing the game.
The destruction model is non existant (aside from the damage bar), there is no structure in terms of law - you can massacre all that you want, ignore signs, traffic lights etc and nothing will happen. I reckon this could've been a great game, what it is is a tour around Barcelona and that's worth only a 4.

Notice - this is a super cozy game with great sound design, but at this moment looks more like a beta with tons of content not available / used. You run a shop in a sleepy city with working behind the counter being an absolute joy (it would be nice to have to option to switch between manual price input and the scanner, because while it's also cool, I'd revert to it instantly, if it was possible - just pure joy :) ). It's around 15-20hrs long at this moment, but has no replay value (I wonder if that mine is just a jab at **** or a future feature?) and it's quite simple.
It shouldn't be compared to **** Valley, as the latter is more complex game, especially in regards to farm management. Here we are just stocking shelves and working at the counter. In terms of the UX - please make the dialogues skippable, because they often tend to last forever :) Music is awesome, dialogues quite often really fun and the overall feel of the game is positive, but it just feels unfinished at the moment and I feel that should be written on the wall, not something to experience halfway through the game..

Games grasps you with intensivity from the first seconds, loosening the grip as you follow the story. The second part of the game is the weaker one, as the revelations come early and then it's all mostly obvious. Still - it's an interesting take and worth reaching the finish line.
Belle Epoque setting + the music =an interesting and unique experience. Combat is fun with much focus on the sounds being cue for parrying/dodging. Some enemies can change their pace or combo rythm - a welcome feature. All in all I reached the end, had fun and enjoyed the experience. Oh. And the MVP goes to each and every Gestral, for the quirky nonsensical dialogues and sense of humor. Do not miss a single convo, because they are on another level each and every time (:

Mar 12, 2025
When I recognized Brandon Keener in Kai, early in the game, I was sure that this would be the beggining of a beautiful friendship. Well it turned our it wasn't.
Not that Avowed is a bad game. Absolutely not. It has beautiful landscapes, not bad AI of your opponents, but... all of it is just... ok. Facial animations and scenes remind you of Bethesda works (Fallout/Starfield), yet they are a tad better, but still... Essentially you are a guys who runs from A to B, listens to tons of people and then runs to C.
The story is generic, I just couldn't get into it. Combat can be different, varying on the approach you take so you can craft your own experience. That's an obvious pro for this title. The main problem of this game, like many others, is that the focus is being put on the wrong things. Yeah it's mostly nice looking. Yeah the banter is cool, voice casting quite nice, but it lacks heart. This is just a proper game. If you haven't played (or just a little) similar ones before - jump right into it, try it.
But if you have like.. 30 years of gaming experience this just won't cut it. Tried in on Game Pass. On Xbox Cloud Gaming. Works like a charm, quick loading times, seamless experience.

Car Mechanic Simulator 20216
Oct 2, 2024
While the game offers a great way to learn and understand car mechanics, it ends kind of abruptly. After a few hours in, suddenly you are all maxed out, the challenges are about finding that one broken piece of the car to complete them and quite honestly - there is not much more to do. I come back to the game each two or three weeks to dismantle some suspensions or engines and learn a bit or two about their construction, but that's all. The developer, Playway, should focus on delivering quality games not quantity of games - just look at their release calendar and the quality of products offered. They have a nice thing going but they could gave a great thing going if they tried to do at least one or two releases with a bit more depth.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance7

The game's setting is one of it's biggests draws-ins.
It's something else, deeply rooted into slavic history, with careful depiction of the reality of the 15th century. This game has some of the most original mechanics out there - saving the game is a game itself (only when you sleep or drink a schnaps).
The sword fights which are challenging (and not that easy to understand) can last for minutes and you can die after just a few strikes from the enemy, even late in the game.
Archery is more of a hobby, mainly used for hunting as the combat is almost entirely in close range. Some of the quests are pure fun (the priest one!), some are just pure pain (monastry as the mechanics are unclear and make you repeat various activities many times), but basically it's go there, talk, fight, get back, talk, get another quest. The story itself has some twists, the dialogues are entertaining and what is important - the world is huge and worth exploring. Not too much replay value, so I recommend you pick every stone up on your first go-through.

Hogwarts Legacy7

You don't need to be a HP fan to enjoy the game. Placed quite before the books, it creates an interesting world to explore. The main story is okay, but lacks interesting twists and - I take this as the biggest flaw of the game - importance of choices. Combat is fun and everyone will create their own sets of spells that will work for them in the heat of the battle.
Graphically quite ok. Don't see much replay value as the game will vary just slightly if you choose another house to be a student of.
This game could've been spectacular, but lacks "that thing" to do so. After a while you get it that the dungeons (or caves, or any other places you perform your missions) are generic in many occasions and the puzzles become easy after a while. A decent game. A must for HP fans, as there is much to be explored for them. For me - had some fun with it, but wouldn't place it in a GOTY category for sure.

The Invincible7
Nov 19, 2023
In many ways similar to Firewatch, The Invincible is an original interpretation of Stanislaw Lem's book of the same title, but it takes place before it. You play as Yasna, a biologist who investigates her missing colleagues , when strange creations, amnesia and death start lurking in in beautiful sceneris of the Regis III. It's a walking sin in which you mostly ... walk, listen and choose dialogue options. While you need to manipulate some stuff, you can't go wrong with them. This is the first flaw - you don't need to think. Just walk from spot to spot and click around.
Adding some challenge to these tasks (both on the arcade side and the logical one) would nicely fit the game. The gadgets used by Yasna don't really bring anything to the story, you could do everything without them with ease. The protagonist is likeable, has a pleasant voice and generally soldiers through problems. Mostly using logical thinking she goes through the hardships elegantly. On the technical level - the game is quite beautiful.Usualy I don't use the photo mode, but with The Invincible I had to take at least a dozen of pictures, because of the views. Try that - it's really enjoyable. The game is 100% linear and can be frustrating, because if you don't go through a dialogue or click something, the obvious route to advance your journey won't be available (stood like 15 seconds before a ledge which was the only way forward and only after I clicked an object, the icon to traverse it appeared). Story-wise the games is intriguing at the beggining, a bit cryptic in the middle, but falls short in the final act. While you can have a whopping 11 endings, none of them feels polished enough, they end rather abruptly. I would have enjoyed one or two, but better made. Still - it's a breath of fresh air, something different, a stunning journey with a few mind bogging questions related to life, technology and generally enjoyable experience.

Dune: Spice Wars5
Nov 12, 2023
At the premise, Dune:Spice Wars had me with the theme & graphics. The tutorials were quite intuitive and I thought that it would make me immerse in the game quickly. That didn't happen. Game offers you three different types of single player experience. I went with the first one. And suddenly... I didn't feel ok.
My main base was firing rockets at attackers, which I didn't learn of until... it fired them.
I didn't understand the purpose of my campaign, I got tons of messages which were new to me.
The whole experience was like "meh", I didn't feel it, in opposition to my experiences with the old Dune games
I am completely aware that I didn't invest much time into this game, but it just didn'te encourage me into doing so.
It is a visually nice game, but I don't get it's eventual depth and as I am getting older (sic!) I want a game that gets me hooked right in. As a fan of the old Dune movies and games this one felt just... boring.

Starfield5
Oct 18, 2023
While Starfield had an interesting premise, all signs in the heavens were saying "Fallout in Space, Fallout in Space". In fact - that's exactly what we got. This game uses Fallout's engine, which surprisingly handles itself well in terms of interiors and planets. Obviously when it comes to dialogues - you get a complete Fallout experience. The slow turning towards your character, generally dead expressions, poor animations. It's about 10 years behind current leaders. The main story starts absoulutely silly (like it was devised by a 10 y.o.), doesn't get too good really, but it's probably due to the fact that the game handles NewGame+ in a specific way. I enjoyed it up until half of the plot, when all is revealed. It was a let down, at least for me.
I enjoyed the sub-plot missions (the bigger ones) - the were a bit more unique and uncovered some interesting facts about the current shape of things etc. If we got more of that, that would be great. Combat is.. ok, but lacks good "AI". More than often I found enemies standing still and looking at...something, with me 2 meters away from them with gun ready to shoot. Additional powers can be completely skippable, so in my oppinion have been poorly designed. The skill too, without it you won't be able to... use jetpacks (only useful thing), craft advanced weapons or build ships. All of which is not important for you to enjoy the game. I found the ship building not well explained so I skipped the whole thing. I also wanted to craft some stuff but never had any of the required elements, even if I was a complete hoarder throughout the whole game. Base building looks fun, had a shot at it, but as it was with ships - didn't understand the mechanics of it too well and just didn't want to waste time as there was no sense in staying longer in the game. The galaxy is vast, but mostly empty and... that I understand, because that's our current undestanding of the cosmos, so I don't understand the hate. BUT - when it's not empty it's completely generic. I found no particular reward in exploring it thoroughly, so after finishing almost all of the interesting side-quests I jumped to the final chapter and.. it was surprisingly simple and short, followed by an epilogue and start of NewGame+. So... it had potential, but didn't deliver. This is no system-seller, this is no GOTY material, this is not a good game even. It's just okay. Technically more or less a Fallout without VATS, wooden dialogue, archaic facial animations and an engine that is clearly very outdated and forcebly used for this game.
While in combat, the enemies move quite okay, besides dull AI, but the way the NPCs move, interact with obstacles etc... it's soo bad, outdated and in my oppinion - not suitable for 2023's game.

Horizon Forbidden West9
May 23, 2023
The story or maybe the history is as intriguing as in the first game. The last chapter is the weakest part of the narrative, but as it sets up a third and final game, I can live with that. Characters are written quite well, Aloy is a bit different than in the first game. A bit more frustrated like "god damn it, i don't want to look at your mushroom store" or "i don't have time for this BS, I'm coming through". It's a behavior similar to mine, as a player - there's the gate, just let me through. Nooooo, you need to complete 54 quests for it to open. Horizon says - fork it, we're coming through. A nice refreshment. Fight mechanics as good as in the original game, characters look like real humans, not some bimbos or hunks with 6-packs. No, they look like they would survive in such a wild world. The game is big, I've spent over 70hrs, finished the main story and still at only 54%. Lots of stuff still to be done. Also... it's visually stunning and I have a PS4. What they achieved at Guerilla with this game is magnificent. I found myself looking at lightning effets (machines light going through high grass which flows on the wind...). Very very impressive. I am giving it a 9/10 because of somewhat of a letdown of the final act and not that intuitive skill development trees - similar abilities are enhanced in various places so you don't clearly see the end result of this or other choices you make. Other than that - definately a system seller, great adventure which squeezes all of PS4's juices to the max, still enabling stable FPS. This is how things should be done, CDPR :)

After all these years away from this series, I came back as it was a part of free monthly game for the PS4. So, what I learned:
- the mechanics are quite good
- the controls are good too
- graphics are decent enough
- career mode is boring, no fun at all. Compared to NBA 2k, it’s a reason to be ashamed and that game is not perfect too
- commentary is quite often off the pace, very repetetive and I only played the game for a week or so
- lots of absurd bugs (the most astonishing one for me is when the game mistakes international duty for club games and you get the headline : „Club Germany won with club Portugal”. That’s a 0-day fix for me, yet it still roams free) What this needs is to drop the yearly release schedule and focus on microtransactions. But for that to happen - you, fans and buyers should drop the next game and show them what you demand. I wouldn’t spend my own money on this. Well, maybe $10, at most.

Not bad for a first attempt to make a GTA-like game. Now for the serious part: This game is clearly story-driven - it makes you sink into the lives of the characters. The side quests are well written, the city is beautiful (yes - even on PS4) and the motion capture is top notch - if you focus on this, you will see the nuances, excellent reactions to your choices mid-convo (compared to Witcher 3 - much much better, remember when Geralt gestured out of context? Here, you won't find that). The combat is a way for achieving your oals, not the main focus and value of the game. If that's what you are looking for in a game - you are in for a treat. Now the rest: - game lacks deeper mechanics - you can just upgrade your character, inventory or complete quests. No other activites that would give it more replay value - technically - it's completely playable (despite the often framerate drops - especially hurtful in races) and the bugs did not affect the story/gameplay for me, besides about 5 crashes) - your choices affect the ending, mostly - in the number of options you have for completing it To sum things up - this game is on one hand beautiful, on the other awful in terms of not being finished. IMHO this needs at least 3-5 months to be at it's peak value. Is it gamechanging? No. Is it a bad game (at the moment)? Absolutely not. Is it worth buying? Yep - in February. Much will depend on the speed of patches and quality of it's growth and DLC.

Death Stranding9
Jan 22, 2020
EVERYONE: You can't make a game about delivering packages entertaining and immersing? KOJIMA: Hold my beer. Some people say that it's stupid, because it's about inventory management and not action. And that's why I liked it so much. It's "oldschool", where you have to think a bit about what you are going against in this particular mission, instead of just rushing in. I guess oldschool gamers will appreciate it more than the younger gamers. The game has it's flaws: - boss fights are not that challenging - the edge is taken off a bit when you are equipped with weapons - the game is linear and doesn't that much encourage you to do side quests, as they seem unworthy, for the most part But it has it's pro's: - visuals - cast - story (for the most part) - music (!) - the mechanics - being a completely different thing Death Stranding shines as something different, althrough very much Kojim-ish to it's core. It's a welcome breath of fresh air blown straight into Konami's face. Instead of buying a 10th FIFA or 20th COD - buy Death Stranding. If you won't like, at least you will experience something else. And that's always worth your $ and time.

It's hard to enjoy a game when after 10 minutes of a match you lose via first pin because you missed a narrow chance to escape it. Minigames during a "fighting game" are generally a bad idea and this title, as well as it's precedessor confirms it. I loved Smackdown vs Raw very very much in the earlier years. This title frustrates me a lot. Bugger, 'cause I'd love to turn heel from time to time.

ME3's ending = LOST ending ?!?! First of all - please disregard those 0's or 1's for user scores. Thats simply dumb and irrelevant. And it doesn't give this game proper credit. Let's hop to the review. I am a ME fan. A big one, I must say. I really enjoyed both ME1 and ME2, even as they were different games. Did I enjoy ME3? Hm... yes, but I am not overwhelmed. The ending CAN be dissapointing, but mostly due to the fact, that it depends on your overall score in SP and MP. Therefore BioWare wasn't completely honest with us. You HAVE to max out the MP experience and max out the SP experience for the best possible ending (with all possible choices). This is the game's biggest flaw - the ending. No matter how complete it is. It just ... brings the whole experience down. To be honest, I found the ending of my first game a complete atrocity.
I think the best way to describe would be the Lost series finale. It feels exactly the same. We've been promised miracles, all the answers and we get... if you've seen it, you'll know what to expect. The rest of the story, on most occasions is proper, but feels written in a hurry. The chance of one of your comrades sacrificing for your cause is almost 90%. And it probably will happen - sooner or later. There are a lot more technical bug than in both games before, IMHO. The sound glitches ( you see the subtitles, you can't hear the voice), camera glitches or interface problems (for the first time in history I had trouble pressing a button due to the introduction of roll-overs for Shepard mapped to the same button). The visuals are generally better than before. The obvious anomaly is Ashley Williams. I am sorry, but her facial animations are at moments simply grotesque and I AM NOT ROMANCING that thing ever again (really!). The rest is, luckilly, better than okay.
The lightning and models have been improved (in majority). Occasional glitches ruin the mood from time to time, but overally it's an enjoyable experience. The music is very well in the place it should be. Kudos for that. The MP experience is fun, quick paced and satisfactory. I bet I will spend a few hours enjoying it. To sum up - for a fan of this universe, the final moments are unworthy of the overall masterpiece that Mass Effect trilogy is. That's suprising, when it's a BioWare game. On the road to the finale a few tear bringing moments are to happen for sure. It's just that when you watch the ending, your eyes are dry and your somewhat bored. And that's the one thing I didn't expect from this game. Therefore, I can't give it more than a 9. If I didn't play the whole thing, it'd be an 8.

W2 is amazing. In almost every detail. It has the depth that most of today's games lack. It tries hard where most of his competition is lazy to the point of absurd. And the most important one - this one is for the adults. Don't get me wrong. It don't see anything wrong with a teenager and W2. Feel free and enjoy. All I'm saying is that this game is, IMHO of course, more rewarding to the older audience. It's like good ol' days are back in one of the most beautiful visuals ever. But! About the game: visuals are, as stated before, stunning even on lower settings. It's playable on a bit older rigs and kudos to the CDPR for that. The characters aren't one-dimensional, just like almost every decision you make in this game. The outcome is different everytime, but I had trouble picking my road for this experience (darn you CDPR for the time limit for that! :) ) more than once. The story blooms with every step you make, except the finale which looks like someone in the developer studio overslept the script, suddenly woke up, looked at the clock and yelled: "****, it's almost complete. wrap things up and let's call it a finale!"
I know that W3 is coming and it'll probably end in a better fashion, but nevertheless - such game deserves a better ending (and the final decision about your enemy... god dammit, the idea itself was awful!). Apart from that, there are no major flaws in this game You want to give it a second or third spin.
It's a journey worth taking and admiring. Really. Stop once in a while and look around you. If you've got a decent gaming rig, you'll do that more often than me and will be mesmerised. All that was wrong in W1 turned out good here, all that was good there, went excellent here. This is how a proper sequel should be made. Kudos CD Projekt Red - a job trully well done.

Kinect Sports Season Two is a great game if what you expect is a casual experience with friends during a party. It doesn't provide enough content for you to get back to it over and over again.
But first things first. The idea is pretty much the same as Kinect Sports, but overly simplified at moments, if you ask me.
You get baseball, football, golf, skiing, darts and tennis. The last one is a mistake, IMHO. I couldn't get the controls right, it felt sloppy, boring and not precise enough to be fun. Skip it. You won't regret it.
The same goes for football. It's too simple and badly crafted. The idea is: one of you(if you play 1+, if you're flyin' solo you do all of that yourself) is the QB and has to distribute the ball. You have three choices. Basically left wing, center and right wing. Then you throw and the other person in the party starts running. Potentially fun? Yes! In reality? Nope.
Whether I "throw" left or center - it doesn't matter. On one occasion it'll fly left, on the other to the right. No precision there. And the running? Well... that's just dumb. No matter how fast you pull your knees to your chin. You'll be running at the same speed. Evading is either not working or random.
Skiing is a bit faster, but overally no great fun. The main plus for me is the time: ~ 1 minute per ride. That's good. People can have their share of skiing. No other feats there. But hey! That's enough with ****. Now the fun part!
Baseball - my personal favourite, if you play with somebody. It takes some time to get the hang of it (and I didn't see any tutorial on throwing or batting), but then it's just pure fun. Throwing and hitting is fun. Really. You never know what your opponent will throw. A curve ball with the curve of 20 feet? A 5-mile fast slowball? That's the best of it :) It's what this game should be all about.
And, thank you God, running here does serve a purpose and is dependant on the speed you run. I got outed once or twice by split second just because I decided to jog and not to sprint.
The play can be long if two good players oppose each other. Definately use mingames for baseball when Kinecting with more people. It just can be that long. And fun. :) Golf - pretty neat, but too simple and short. Lacks a bigger variety of courses. That would be excellent. Minigame with floating islands is excellent. You can take your time and try to hit the 3 point mark. Darts - well it's generally okay. The controls are somewhat tricky, but if you ignore the lock symbol and tips - you'll get it yourself. It works, has the precision - good job. And, again, the minigames are fun and funny. In general, it's a fair game that can shine when people don't have the time to look at it closer. It could've been so much more. Instead it's just a proper game which can defent itself against other Kinect competition.
It's a shame really, because a year has passed and I don't see any or almost none progress with this technology. Kinect Sports Season Two is just episode number two, not a succesor. And that's it's main flaw.
On the other hand, if you like the games included and especially the last three - you'll spend some quality time together with it, just as I did. What I yearned for is a game I would launch myself and play for hours. This game lands in the console only when I have company and want to laugh a bit. Too bad. Could've been much more...

Battlefield 39

The campaign **** and I turned it off after roughly 30 minutes. But it's not why we buy BF, is it? :)
The multiplayer is addicting, the maps are astonishing, classes are balanced, fighter jest roaring over your head with choppers spraying rockets at them (or you, if you're in bad luck), the sounds of the battlefield, the visuals... all contribute to an incredible online experience flawed by few technical issues and that campaign. I know it doesn't look like on a high-end PC platform, but hey... who can spend ~900 bucks on his gaming rig to enjoy all of that beauty? Not me.
I prefer steady (well mostly) 30 fps on the console, pad in my hand (well except aming with the stick) and beer on the side :) A must buy for all BF fans and people who prefer a bit more serious online play.

A great game. A terrible continuation. If I look at F1 2011, it's great. The graphics look as the should, the addition of KERS and DRS systems makes racing a bit more fun and challenging. Yet the lack of more obvious improvements and new features when compared to F1 2010 makes me feel I've wasted my money on this one. If you've never sat behind F1 2010's wheel, then feel free to buy it's successor and enjoy the life of a celebrity driver.
On the other hand, if there's a F1 2010 box near your TV or computer monitor, think twice. It's almost the same game with a new number and few improvements. Not enough for the money they want you to pay for it.

A truly beautiful game. With lots of wasted potential, technical issues and non-existent story. It defends itself as a shooter and graphically , but fails almost everywhere else. A shame, really, because it could be so much more.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution8

Fantastically desinged world, the feeling of control over your character's decisions and the revival of the Deus Ex series. All of that contribute to well executed title with some minor flaws.
The game generally encourages you to avoid shooting, as it is the game's biggest flaw. It feels sluggish and precision is absent on occasions, Yet it can deliver realism, when the effect of your shot depend on the ammo you hold or if the enemy is equipped with a helmet. The story is uneven. I just couldn't get myself into it as much as I wanted to know. Sure, I finished HR in three stints, but felt somewhat dissapointed at the end.
It doesn't mean that this game dissapointed me. On the contrary. It gave me much more choice than almost anywhere else, the stealth approach felt right and the character development options tugged me back 20 years ago, when every choice for improving my stats was always difficult. Every direction is both correct and bad in some ways. It's up to you to decide whether to follow it to the end or start readjusting your strategy in the middle of the game. It's a must buy for anyone, who prefers a bit of freedom instead of being pulled through the whole adventure by the developers.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 36

It's hard, really. On one side you have a formula polished over and over, movie-like singleplayer campaign, addicting multiplayer. On the opposite side you feel like you've been here before a dozen times, it's the thing dressed with a higher number and a few new perks. This series requires a bit of amnesia from you. If you can provide that and treat every new installment to the series like something completely new - you'll like it. But if you've spent your time with CoD, there are only two possible options: a) you'll love it like all previous episodes of the CoD franchise b) you'll yawn after 5 minutes and then turn the game off. I, unfortunately, am in the second group
