Highmore plays his lead role to near-perfection amid all the considerable medical jargon and jockeying for position among his supposedly more enlightened colleagues. The Good Doctor engagingly drops Dr. Shaun in their midst as both a lamb and a lion with a muted roar. The story possibilities are readily apparent on a number of fronts in the best broadcast network medical drama since Hugh Laurie contrastingly bruised his way through House.

It’s never been our cup of tea, but David Shore and company have managed to put together a good ensemble that still works well together as the show enters its final season.

It’s a show that could develop into something interesting--and has enough beautiful people in scrubs to keep viewers engaged--but feels familiar in the premiere.

The Good Doctor struggles to balance its tone. In an effort to prevent Shaun from being the butt of its jokes Good Doctor leans too far in the other direction, venturing into mawkishness. ... But still, there are the seeds of a engaging procedural in the pilot.

If the superpowers of the soldiers in The Brave are predictable, those of Shaun Murphy, the young, brilliant and autistic surgeon who's the title character of ABC's The Good Doctor, are depressing—because they reflect the collective judgment broadcast television bosses that their viewers are bigoted halfwits.

For a show that wants us to respect Shaun’s intelligence, The Good Doctor lacks any respect for viewer intelligence.

Too much recycled plots and cases from house, still enjoyable show, but it gets repetitive rapidly.

English:
I really enjoyed "The Good Doctor" at first, as it had a "House M.D." vibe with some interesting differences, especially the focus on surgeons and the operating room setting. This brought a fresh perspective and made the early seasons engaging. However, like many prime-time shows aimed at a broad audience, "The Good Doctor" quickly falls into a repetitive formula: each episode follows almost the same structure, which becomes tiresome and leaves little room for **** real issue starts with season 4. There’s a clear shift, possibly due to changes in writers or producers. The show becomes heavily ideological, with an increasing focus on "woke" themes. Many new characters seem to be added just to represent minorities, but without real depth or development. Storylines are more about delivering social messages than about character growth or medical intrigue, which undermines the show’s appeal. The introduction of trans, gay, and ethnic minority characters feels forced and unsubtle, which made me quit the series altogether. For me, season 4 is a disaster and marks the end of my interest in "The Good Doctor," a show that once had real potential.

Infested with woke and lgbt ideology. This is really tiring. Can’t have a rest from this crap anywhere these days.
