It's not exactly groundbreaking TV, but it's fun, sexy and filled with "Degrassi" alums--easy to watch and incredibly addictive.

In general, people don't seem to like this program too much, but I found it interesting to watch and it kept me wanting more and more. I love how bisexuality is represented, how family and friends seem to have an important role, and just, in general, all the mythical magical creatures. Yes, it is not groundbreaking TV, yes it got a bit tedious and stale at times, but all in all, I found it really entertaining.

The show was very good and interesting up until season 3. I became so annoyed, but also confused as to why she kept bouncing back to Lauren, I wanted to strangle them both. I couldn’t stand Lauren throughout this show. I hated how everyone was so “obsessed” with Bo that it became repetitive and down right frustrating. My god we got the point, everyone loves Bo. Her and Dyson should have been together to pull the show back to great, instead she wanted the annoying doctor who’s such a pest, “are you okay Bo,” “I’m worried about you Bo,” “I’m so in love with you Bo,” “I wanna be with you Bo.” Have a little self respect when making these shows. My advise, don’t expect it to become great again after season 3. Just stop there or spoiler alert, you’ll become highly aggravated and impatiently waiting for the end of the show just to finish it.

The mythology is intriguing and so are the characters, who are as full of witty one-liners as their closets are bursting with black leather.

It's a respectable addition to their genre menu, if not likely to become many people's fae-vorite.

Structural laziness detracts from what's good about Lost Girl, its witty dialogue and evolving relationships among Bo and her new friends.

Occasionally it mixes in the right amount of comedy to mask its flaws, but without Silk for the vast majority of the first few episodes, Lost Girl isn’t up to the task.

It offers the minor pleasures of formulaic fantasy and weekly puzzle solving, though in a cheaper-looking and less original package than usual.
