I LOVE this program... all but using Miriam Margoyles as mother superior. She is overly dramatic and insensitive, not at all in keeping with the ladies of Nonatas house. Personally, she is such a beast of female representation, it is insulting to give her such a role, that represents womanhood and our unique gifts ... none of which this actor could possibly understand or emulate. She actally offends me as a woman... I see her on talk shows and she is so course and base that it disgusts me.

Good grief! I used to so look forward to watching "Call the Midwife." Why did it have to go and get all political? Every episode has a new issue. This is beyond informing or educating; it is very one-sided, sometimes uninformed and skewed. Has ruined the show for me and others I know.

Watched every episode and read the books every single episode is emotional and I don’t want it to ever end.

Solid period drama, show follows a simaler formula each episode but overall is a happy and pleasent show with some decent characters and writing
