Unlike last month's ABC Family misfire "Make It or Break It," 10 Things contains clever dialogue that's rooted in its characters.

It's hard to say from one episode how the transition from movie to series will go, but producers have populated the show's Padua High--yes, the Shakespeare jokes just keep on coming--with interesting enough kids to make 10 Things a more than watchable high school show, anyway.

Not much interesting going on here, although it can be intriguing to watch an old-fashioned-style sitcom shoehorned into the Gossip Girl age, as ABC Family continues to try to be relevant yet family-friendly.
