A terrible film, although Feldman is not in fact the most annoying actor. Which is something. The sound design is puzzling. The score is lifted from so many different better works I lost track. The horrific exposition dumps are annoying. Feldman's character, or more accurately his slightly different accent, is unbearable. The only scenes he pulls off are the ones when he's angry and berating another character or waving a gun around in an agitated state. Which is revealing. The set decs and lighting crews showed up for this, and I feel so sorry for them. There was no reason to release this 20 years later. Except to point and laugh. They clearly hired Spanish "actors" who had some resemblance to stars. And then theres my favorite character, who delivers some of the worst acting I have ever seen in my 42 years on this earth.
