An official rally game is always welcome, but the developer has to do it the right way. This game is at most points actually good, but there are a few great mistakes, the controls are really bad, the graphics aren't really great and there are a few stupid bugs.

It may not be enough to challenge the likes of Dirt, but the framework is definitely there for Milestone to produce a great rally title.

the game is not bad but it has a rotten and difficult gameplay. graphics are decent, particles are better than DIRT and car destruction is great! only negative is the gameplay (I played on the PC but there's no way to vote for the game there so I came to give the score on the PS3)

It's certainly rough around the edges but WRC won us over. It's a solid and capable sim that works hard to prove its worth.

WRC is not a return as strong as the Formula 1 championship, but is a game that will please simulation fans. Its visuals are not remarkable, but its gameplay works very well.

Developer Milestone has managed to create a nice rally game that somehow disappoints in the visual department. Race fans should buy this game, but only when it has been lowered in price.

Sure, it's not as refined as its competitors, but WRC delivers a solid rally experience, particularly for hardcore fans. But the sub-standard visuals detract from the otherwise entertaining racing experience and the lackluster presentation doesn't the help the game in any way.

For its return into the videogame industry, the World Rally Championship license misses the train with WRC which shouldn't help this automotive discipline to win more fans.
