The Grinch: Christmas Adventures is a fantastic and festive platforming experience. Furthermore, it is ideal for kids and lovers of Dr Seuss. Control either the Grinch or Max as you carry out a devious plan to destroy Christmas for the Whos. With easy-to-follow controls, whimsy audio, and hand-drawn imagery, this feels, sounds, and looks wonderful. Its only shortcoming is a lack of replay value.

The Grinch: Christmas Adventures is a great holiday game to bring out and play with your kids. I love the fact that you can just have the story read after the fact and having the second player control Max the dog without fear of dying is great for those little ones who want to feel a part of the game with you. Where it lacks in feeling good as a platformer it makes up for it in delivering a fun take on a classic tradition.

This game is not as bad as people are saying but it's not a great **** story is great as it's using the original story from Dr Seuss and being narrated well. The biggest problem with this game is the game constantly stopping at the beginning for the narrator to explain the most simple of things. It really breaks immersion and is really annoying. The platforming is actually not too bad. Overall this game is okay. But nothing really special. Might be worth a playthrough, but don't expect too much out of it.

I had this game in my wish list for 2ish years because I knew I wanted to see how bad it truly was. Apparently a lot of people didn't get that memo tho- I looked up reviews and reddit threads about it, and I unfortunately saw some real Grinch fans feel so let down from this game- truly heartbreaking for all those hardcore Grinch Fans out ****'s be real here for a moment, if you take even a peak at a screenshot of this game, you can probably guess that it will be the worst game ever. It's not the worst game I've ever played, but it was just as bad as I thought it was. It was made in the Unity Engine which says a lot, it's like 3-4 hours long, and it's basic "Kid Friendly" Platforming at it's finest. It feels weird to say that tho because I feel like anyone over the age of 5 wouldn't enjoy this. If you child just came out of the womb they may, but for the rest of you Grinch Fans, you'll be going hungry ****'s not good, at all, it's not worth picking it up on sale, just don't buy it man.

The Grinch: Christmas Adventures isn’t up to snuff. When it picks up the original Dr Seuss story and uses it for inspiration, The Grinch: Christmas Adventures is capable of the odd surprise. But those moments are exceedingly rare, and we found ourselves inexplicably stealing presents from gingerbread people and beating up nutcrackers in levels that repeated themselves until we were lulled into a grumpy stupor.

This is very a bad game, it's a platformer , very slow, desing for kids. I dont think poeple who enjoy the grinch are THAT young. The game have 0 soundtrack so the game feels very empty, and the levels are just some copy paste. I tought I would had some good time on it for the christmas time, sadly I was wrong.
