The Console Version is a damn good game. But this 3DS Port is a generic beat em up platformer. not the worst thing in the world, but disappointing. 5/10

This game was very disappointing. The 1st game was decent game but this game really ****. Instead of a 3d game this game is 2d plat former which was a weird design choice. The levels feel really empty and bland and the enemies aren't much of a threat. Instead of free roaming we get this awful web swinging mini game which is very annoying. The controls are okay but sometimes you have to do a touch screen mini game which gets old pretty quickly, You can get more costumes for spider man but its annoying to search the whole map to find a costume piece. If you want a spider man game for your 3ds, you'd be better off playing the 1st amazing spider man game or spider man edge of time. Don't buy this game because this makes spider man look like the awful spider man more than amazing, again if you want a spider man 3ds game buy the 1st game or edge of time.

The 1st ASM is in 3d yet it is a masterpiece as well , changing your game into 2d gameplay isnt a wrong choice , but you guys never care about the fun facts of the game. Soundtrack and bgm is fking important in this kind of 2d game you guy really mess it up , and the boss fight is really ****. Learn with konami castlevania , 2d platform still can do something great and you guy just never know the key to make a game , not a film dude.... Another great example : SPLINTER CELL i used to play on my cell phone backdays , learn your lesson dude....
