Should you play it? If you already own Street Fighter V, absolutely. Should it convince you to buy Street Fighter V? Err... No.

Graphics:6/10 Gameplay:2/10 Online:2/10 Story: 1/10 Extra: 1/10

So, to start with, this update doesn't download automatically when you boot, and can't even be done from within the game. You need to quit, then go to the PlayStation Store, put it in a basket, check out, then wait for the 8 gigs to download. Anyway, once you do have it, you will have a new option. When you launch it, you get the cinematic story mode. Without going into any spoilers, the story itself is something that just rambles on, jumping randomly backwards and forwards from strand to strand, it comes across as something a fan would have written on their 2-week holiday, not something a team of highly-paid professionals took 7 months to complete. In terms of presentation, the graphics are similar to those in-game, so there are glitches and clipping all over the place, bad lighting, etc. The voice acting of the lines also leaves something to be desired, and is not on a par even with something like Resi, FF or MGS, nevermind a Hollywood film. On the plus side, you get to play rounds with all 6 of the DLC characters (eg Balrog, Urien). On the downside, each fight is just a single round, and more importantly, the AI opponents don't really put up any opposition until 2 or 3 fights form the end. By this, I mean you can win them by using buttons only, and not using your left hand. The whole thing takes about 2-3 hours, and what disappoints me is that there's nothing here that makes the game any better. There's no Team Battle, no Dramatic Battle, nothing that stands out. if you want a story, check out some of the Japanese anime movies. If you don't want story because you find it gets in the way, then you'll be left wondering what they spent to much money on this for, and why they couldn't have just added a simple Arcade Mode instead.

The only letdown for me was the loading times, that was too often for my taste. Asides that, I loved the experience, the players, the enemies, the DLC chars (Urien e Juri are great on SFV) and especially the Dolls... Damn, pretty good job! Looking forward the Daily Challenges,as I'm not a pro gamer, I'm losing 40~50% of my fights on-line. Probably I won't go anywhere beyond the Silver League.
