It's an evolution made possible by Mimimi's extensive experience, as they've carefully thought about how to expand the genre's formula without losing its essence, creating a broader-scope experience that only drawback could be its potential to feel demanding due to its strictness. It's a mentally engaging game that, however, can provide a lot of satisfaction, especially when one has mastered all the various systems it comprises. Therefore, it's an absolutely recommended title, one that those who enjoyed Desperados III or Shadow Tactics should not miss for any reason.

Mimimi Games shocked us all by saying "let's retire when we're at the top" after delivering their masterpiece with Shadow Gambit. It's a must-play game, the cursed crew needs our company.

Mimimi Games works wonders to make supernatural abilities a balanced, visually striking, and unexpectedly cool part of this real-time tactics game. Sadly, Shadow Gambit loses its way as you’re forced to revisit the same handful of islands again and again in service of a story that lacks cohesion.

Best stealth game I've ever played. The characters are awesome and the gameplay is great.

bu türü seven oynayan tüketen biri olarak bu oyunu da yeterli saatler oynadım. teknik anlamda oyun yeterli, karakter ve taktik çeşitliliği oyunun artı yönü. ancak türün iyi oyunlarından bu oyunun çok büyük eksileri var ara sahneler yapılmamış ekrana gelen resimler konuşuyor bu hikayeyi takip etmenizi zorlaştırıyor, hikayede ise fantastik bir korsanlık teması ve engizisyon benim ilgimi çekmedi ben bu tip oyunlarda daha çok gerçekçi temaları seviyorum(desparados 3 ve erikslom vb.). bunun dışında gemide olan bölümlerin ve görevlerin sıkıcı anlamsız oldugunu ve zaman doldurmak için tasarlandıgını düşünüyorum.

Leider nicht das so geile Spiel wie erhofft. Desperados 3 und Shadow Tactics haben mir deutlich besser **** Spielmechanik ist weiterhin top. Allerdings hat mich die Story nicht in den Bann gezogen, das häufige Wiederholen von Abenteuern (Inseln) wirkte sehr recycled und das Ende hat sich echt gezogen. Ich hatte auf ein intensiveres und kompakteres Spielerlebnis gehofft. Daher ist es leider das "schlechteste" Spiel von den dreien.

I loved Desperados 3 but couldn't force myself to play beyond the first 3 missions of Shadow Gambit. The technical side is solid, with good controls for both keyboard/mouse and gamepad. The puzzles are decent. But I couldn't stand the story and characters. Worst of all, the ship scenes between the actual missions felt super tedious. Just pointless, time consuming filler. That's ultimately what made me stop playing.

Playing on the same maps all the time is getting boring. There are also two missions on the same map, but it doesn't let you do both at the same time, so you have to kill the same enemies again in the same place. The story also progresses quite childishly. Desperados 3 was really good. But the company could not show the same success in this game.
