Basically the same game as the first, with the same strengths, while it's weaknesses are amplified. Cases that drag on for far too long, unclear directions to go, faulty logic and basically the feeling, that the gameplay formula is overstaying it's welcome

So easily the weakest of the original trilogy. 3 of the cases in this game range from uninteresting to downright infuriating (I'm looking at you, Turnabout Big Top). The ONLY thing this game has going for it is its last case. Lucky for them, it's the best case in the series. I'm not sure how Farewell, My Turnabout exists. Or more specifically, how it exists in this game. The most welcome subversion of the Ace Attorney series, its most shocking twist, and the most high-stakes plot are all rolled up into one unreal package. It makes this game worth playing, which is the highest compliment I could give to any case in the whole franchise. If you're stuck on one of the other chapters in this game's story, keep pushing through. There's a MASSIVE diamond at the bottom of this cave, even if you have to dig through some dirt to get there.

All the cases feel stretched out and **** first phoenix wright game had more direction justice for all has awful pacing.I didn't care about the outcome or the characters of the new **** the cases are also very similar to the last game,so it also feels repetitive. Most of the i wanted the cases to just end but it just kept on going.Justice for all is inferior to the first game in every way. I liked Franziska Von Karma she was an interesting character.l also liked the moral dilemma that phoenix faced in the last **** last case also had a cool twist that I didn't see **** new psyche lock mechanic it made the investigation section which is always drawn out more engaging. The main characters are also very fun and charming like the last game.

The humour from the original game returns in full flow, too. A lot of the dialogue is laugh out loud funny. [JPN Import]

Justice is a terrific game, but it suffers in comparison with the previous one. This time around the plot twists aren’t quite as unexpected (you usually know who the real killer is fairly early on), and some of the puzzles in the last case are rather unreasonable.

Best game in the franchise, lets hope you like clowns enough to get to the last case. I would say more but I wouldn't want to ruin the game now would I?

Worth Playing
Almost more like an expansion than a full sequel. The changes made are very minor, with the exception of the Psyche Lock system, and those who've played the first game will be able to jump right into the second. However, rather than being a disappointment, this is a very good case of the old adage, "If it isn't broken, don't fix it."

Great game, great story, more Phoenix Wright righteousness. There's a lack of evolution, but we expect that to change in future.

Those who scoffed at Phoenix Wright’s endless text conversations and backwards-looking point-and-click mechanics will find nothing to love second time out, but Justice For All wasn’t made for them; it was clearly put together with fans of the previous game in mind. [Jan 2007, p.91]

You can’t forgive the absurd health meter, the retarded save system, the completely rehashed gameplay, or the misleading “clues”, but you’ll never forget the charming characters, witty dialog, and bizarre sexual conundrums.

Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice for All on the DS is another legal rollercoaster that keeps the courtroom drama alive and kicking. If you loved the first one, this sequel is a must-play, continuing the saga of our beloved defense attorney. Case 1 - The Lost Turnabout:Phoenix wakes up with amnesia, defending someone he doesn't know. It's a wild start, throwing you into confusion. The case unfolds with a mix of suspense and humor, setting the tone for the game. Case 2 - Reunion, and Turnabout: This one hits you with a blast from the past. Phoenix defends an old friend accused of murder. The emotions run high, and the plot thickens as you delve into the character's shared history. A dramatic and engaging case that keeps you invested. Case 3 - Turnabout Big Top:Step right up to the circus of crime. This case takes a different turn with a murder under the big top. The characters are eccentric, the puzzles are challenging, and the stakes are high. It's a fresh twist that keeps the gameplay interesting.**Case 4 - Farewell, My Turnabout: This case is a gut punch. Phoenix defends his rival, and the courtroom battles reach new heights. The moral dilemmas and shocking revelations make this case a standout. It's emotional, intense, and a testament to the storytelling prowess of the game. In summary, Ace Attorney - Justice for All doesn't just maintain the quality of its predecessor; it raises the stakes with new cases that weave an intricate narrative. Each case is like a legal puzzle, and as Phoenix, you're the one putting the pieces together. If you enjoyed the first game's mix of storytelling and courtroom drama, this sequel delivers more of the objection-raising goodness you crave.

The “meh” game to the ace attorney franchise, if it wasn’t for Miss Von Karma and the last case it would be a waste of time.
