Combining survival elements with looter shooter and MMORPG mechanics, Once Human takes the best from these genres to create an entertaining and functional mix. While not flawless, it captivates with its bizarre world, monster design, and gunplay. The effectiveness of the seasonal system remains to be seen, but it shows promising potential to become a multiplayer staple.

I can say for a free game its very good, well its more complex then rust and other games and its a survival horror and story game with quest, you have to grind and its have a story about the island and how we end up there it’s very interesting how they combine survival with horror, story and grind i can see that the game it’s new and the developers will not stop updating the game i can see that how new this game is base how many players play i hope a bigger youtube play and promote this game.
Youtube and TikTok live Twitch can help this game to reach more players to play the game and play this new amazing game with content.
I will like to see to join more new players and have fun playing this game and grind through story.
I can say i don’t like the fact when i talk in story with others characters i don’t have a voice and gestures with my head it lock so stupid i hope they add a voice to your character when it’s talk and another think well you use cell telephone box the caller doesn’t have a voice and i need to read the text and im not having patients to read i hope that they will add to the game in near update.

At its core, Once Human is a survival game that encourages and rewards exploration. It nails the gameplay loop of gathering resources and gear, upgrading your character, and then venturing out to do it all over again. I had a great time running around and fighting alongside friends, and I’ll probably continue to jump in and play when I get that survival itch. However, it’s hard not to be put off by forced live-service elements that undercut mechanics and lock unique items behind a paywall.

Once Human excels at practically nothing, yet it is a thoroughly convincing free-to-play. Thanks to a map packed with points of interest, adrenaline-pumping and immediate combat, and crafting that is never too overwhelming, even those who usually steer clear of survival games might find Starry Studio's offering interesting. Unfortunately, the AI is woefully inadequate and artistically everything is really far too derivative to generate real interest.

While the quality of every game is ultimately subjective, Once Human is unique in how, other than its serious technical issues, all of its problems or strengths are contentious ones that it is easy to imagine every person feeling differently about. For many, however, I suspect that it will end up being such a mixed bag as not to be worth sticking with in favor of a more focused and refined competitor.

amazing graphics with a unique game play style the map is huge with many tasks to do there are the hard bosses ofc but over all amazing game wondering what is has in stock for the future updates 100% give it a try and thank me later its not for people who like looting open world games and like br games like warzone....... overall realy enjoyed this game

It's too expensive for a building skin. Costing a solid 3A's title game price is a lot. Lag always happen when joining public events and prime wars.

The latest in a long line of FTP survival streamer bait games, shockingly though, this one is pretty fun! The base building is deep and the gameplay loop is fun and rewarding. There is just a hilarious and overwhelming amount of currencies, cosmetics, reward tracks (seriously this has seasonal, battle pass, journey, and phase reward tracks, all done separately but requiring the same activities). Will be checking back in on this sporadically as new phases release but I usually burn out around this playtime amount (15-20) as the tech trees and resource gathering and consumption begin to fold against each other.

The game if free on steam which is nice I guess. Sadly, this just feels like a mobile game made by some cheap company trying to pass as a AAA game. Still looking for a good survival game and this aint it.

Just very dull, so much doesn't make sense, like how to build, what to do, and why this world is even as nuts as it is. I may not have played long, but I should at least have been able to tell you the story for this game from the first few minutes, right?
