It's a delightfully irreverent, casual tabletop warfare game that offers some surprisingly satisfying strategy gaming. There are a few fundamental flaws that are overshadowed by slick production values and some wonderfully witty writing.

It might not make use good use of VR capabilities, but it offers a comfy, funny and amusing strategy experience.

It’s the humour and presentation that makes No More Heroes VR worthwhile in the end.

A great strategy game Pros: Great character design Great voice acting and supporting charatcers Qwerky music and animations Fun game play Unique for the VR, no other VR game like this one! FUN! only requires the headset and controller Cons: Short (5 hours) but most VR games are This game could have been made with the move controllers in mind Levelling up system is basic and could been much better For a VR game I would give it a 8/10 because there is a lot of poor VR games and this game is innovative. As a normal PS4 game I would give it a 7/10

There isn’t a deeply strategic RTS hiding within No More Heroes! VR, but it does offer a clever commentary on one of gaming’s most persistent and often silliest mechanics, and sometimes it’s nice to kick back and be the bad guy for a change.

No Heroes Allowed! VR is a deeply satisfying and surprisingly humorous PlayStation VR strategy game. It doesn’t do much with virtual reality, but it looks great inside the headset and has some unique gameplay ideas to boot. Sure, its high price means that it’s never going to get to the top of the food chain, but this likeable title is still worth feasting on – assuming, of course, you can afford it.
