Hoy frick, this game cured my deeeeep depression. Before this game, I could only golf in wii sports, but now, it has my favorite treat, and amazing gameplay. If you havent played this yet go do it, and if you have played it and dont like it, I will personally give you a swirly in a dirty toilet

Gummy Bears Minigolf is truly a masterpiece ****. In this review I will go over everything there is to know about such a wonderfully designed game. Let us begin with the story. The story of Walking Simulator 2020 takes place in an alternate timeline of 2020 where WW3 has actually taken place. As we know World Wars take a toll on every country and hit hard in every aspect of said country. We get to see the impacts the world was left with after the events of WW3. We see that the war has left the civilized world in shambles, with seemingly no hope for recovery. The main story is comprised of 3 main acts which are extremely subtle with their story telling. ACT 1 In the first act of Walking Simulator 2020 you play as The Last Post carrier (TLP for short) and you are tasked to get many parcels from point A to point B. The game begins with you walking out of what seems to be Post HQ (PHQ for short). Upon exiting PHQ you are met with the barren and arctic wastelands of Antarctica. Antarctica isn't entirely empty here. We see many Bases and Garages on the horizon. There are a number of enemies in the surrounding area which are theorized to be affiliated with whatever political organization dominated during the War efforts of WW3. There are also scattered parcels around the lands for you to pick up and deliver on your journey. You begin your journey off with the "One Small Step For Man" quest requiring you to make a fuel shipment to a nearby HQ which is assumed to be an ally of yours. Upon entering the hangar to collect the fuel you will see two things. Extra parcels and a jet-pack. This leads to a fork in the road. You can continue to progress through the act or stop and attempt to buy the jet-pack. In order to purchase the jet-pack you need 100 "likes" which seems to be some crypto-currency in this alternative future. People pay you in "likes" to deliver their lost parcels. As you progress either way you will unlock the jet-pack and gain more "likes". I personally took the Xtreme Run and ignored the optional parcels and vehicles. The Act from here on is more or less filled with fetch quests of the same variety with little variation in their play style. Some notable events that occur during this act are as follows - Obtaining the Snowmobile - Obtaining the Jet-pack - The Truck Mission After this the 1st Act is over and the missions begin to loop. ACT 2 In this act you are dropped in an advanced drop-pod into the open lands of Alaska. This act is vastly different from previous act. Upon leaving your drop-pod there are no visible enemies and no visible bases, HQ's or hangars. With this information we can assume you were launched here from PHQ. Your first mission of Act 2 is the "Orbital Drop Shipping" mission. The first task is to locate parcels from another drop-pod. After you arrive and collect these your next goal is to locate a distress signal. This distress signal is being sent by a robotic dog. At this point in the game we have no idea what affiliation it is whether with members of PHQ or X3. According to the Laws of War and some thing called the Geneva convention we have to tend to any wounds of our own or the opposing sides troops. Since its required we must replace the robotic dogs AI core. After repairing the the dog's AI core we gain no information on it affiliation. We begin the "Return to Sender" quest and must use the dog's GPS tracker to locate the next location. The next location is atop a mountain where there are many satellite dishes. Arriving at a laptop hooked to one of these dishes will give you the next objective of reaching the dogs owner. The owner is located in some sort of bunker by the name of A.L Area. The owner then proceeds to let you keep his robot dog and you must travel to a train station. This train station seems to be a mini HG for PHQ and this concludes the 2nd act. ACT 3 The third act is by far the weirdest and strays the further from the story and lore. You are on a floating plot of land. This land is the location of a convenience store. Your only tasks in this act is to buy toilet paper and leave. This is almost a dream-like state where you play as a member of X3. This is also the first time in the game where you can "attack" people. If you get near an NPC they get shot away from you. Further adding onto the dream theory in the back of the store more X3 members are dancing to Coffin Dance with 2 other citizens there. This could be a commentary on how life was during the war or may be playing the perspective of a person on who comes from the X3 side. Life was hard either way and this pandemic made it harder
