An awesome turn based strategy game for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. If any of you have ever played advance wars then you would be very familiar with Great Little War Game's engine.

Great Little War Game is the kind of game you can really sink your teeth into, which is rare enough. So I'm delighted to discover that it's also rich in features, good looking and full of humor.

Given a few caveats, Great Little War Game fills the void once filled by Advance Wars, and that's honestly one of the biggest compliments I could pay it.

In terms of core gameplay, Great Little War Game is a delightful, challenging title. Unfortunately, the production values are a bit uneven and drag the rest of the game down. Still, it's a lot of fun, and strategy fans should enjoy it.

Great Little War Game HD is much better than a three out of five. We just couldn't award it a higher score knowing it crashes on iPad 2. If you can deal with that, or have the iPhone/older iPad, this App comes highly recommended.

Just wondering why the game isn't showing up on the panel of current iOS games to the right? It has a score (thanks!) worth to nudge on there. I need to type 150 characters, but am not enough of a schill to fake my own review, so I hope this is enough!
