I am seriously, seriously impressed by how much better Framed 2 is compared to the original game. You're talking about a title that left me surpremely disappointed. I specifically said it felt like the first half of what should be a really good game. There were clever ideas, but they went underutilized. And a lot of ideas that didn't work out took up too much prominence. And the twist in Framed 1 just didn't land as well as I think Loveshack intended; even on a recent replay, it was still just confusing instead of clever. I stand by that game as a 3 out of 5 mobile experience. Framed 2 chucks almost everything that was bad about the original Framed out the window, emphasizing what is strong about the concept, and then building on it. This is exactly what a sequel should do.

I recommend FRAMED 2 if you were a fan of the original game or just love a unique puzzle game with a storyline that follows the show, don’t tell technique.

Framed 2 is a brilliant study in hybrid genres. It has the feeling of an action game, with bad guys and cops and gun pulling and attack dogs. But it also has the cerebral engagement of interactive narrative and puzzle-based problem solving. The smooth, detailed animation evokes character without dialogue, while also maintaining a distinct graphic novel feel. The ability to play in short sessions or for the long haul will also appeal to a variety of players. The dark, beautiful world of Framed 2 has much to offer, and it’s an offer you shouldn’t refuse.

The first Framed was already a brilliant puzzle based on an original idea, but Framed 2 brings the concept to a whole new level of balance and entertainment.

A slick and entertaining puzzler that doesn't quite live up to the brilliance of its predecessor.

I don't dislike FRAMED 2, but it is one of those sequels that seems just like “more” of a previous game rather than something that pushes the core ideas of a franchise forward. While there are a few moments where this sequel tries to do some new stuff, a lot of it feels like too little, too late. If you liked the first FRAMED and want more of it, FRAMED 2 is great, but if you were looking for something more than that, you might be a bit disappointed.

Like Mr. Bond, FRAMED2 is a classy and immaculately presented spy caper. You may be shaken by its brevity, but this innovative puzzler is still stirring stuff.

Stylish and fascinating puzzle game for mobile platforms. It adopts the concept of an interactive comic from the first game, and adds many great upgrades and fixes what was broken.
