My experience with Farming Simulator 25 has been very positive. The game has evolved in practically every aspect: graphics, gameplay, content, and realism. It manages to be relaxing, but at the same time challenging, mainly because of the weather and farm **** those who are already fans of the franchise, this is a must-have upgrade. And for those who have never played, this is a great entry point. Without a doubt, Farming Simulator 25 is the best Farming Simulator released so far. Google: Patobah

Previous Games - This is an ongoing series of games set in the farming world; their previous game was Farming Simulator 23 for mobile and Nintendo, which linked to Farming Simulator 22. Originality - Giants' studio is one of the first companies to make such a precise game around the farming world as most competitors have basic farming functionality as an addition to the main game but this is where this game is different, instead of farming being a small mini game inside of the main game as a bit of padding to the main story this game is all about farming with a countless amount of machines and ways to play the game. This is the only game that I willingly purchase at release, regardless of their previous game, because unlike EA with their football/soccer games, this game always evolves drastically from its previous release. Consistency/Fun - I find this game drastically enjoyable and that is granted through the countless ways of playing from doing basic contracts at the start with nothing and building up to a farming empire via the use of the 23 different crops for a game revolving around a field or using greenhouses and being able to grow 10 different plants in a small form factor which will require a tedious amount of forklift usage or if you don’t like the business management part you can also start out with millions and play this game as you would Minecraft in creative. There are many ways of playing this game, which just makes the game very re-playable and enjoyable in the long term. Difficulty - This game is not the easiest to adjust to; it may require a lot of extensive research on the game’s mechanics and even research on real-life farming. Ideally, if you have never played a game from this franchise (or farmed in real life), it would be best to play with a friend who has because there are many mechanics that people who haven’t invested hundreds of thousands of hours into this game won’t be familiar with, and all this leads to is premature quitting. Gameplay - Farming Simulator 25 has no ending. This is a crucial thing to remember: you must be creative and constantly set goals for yourself, which shouldn’t be too hard, as there is always a different you can do to increase profits. Replay value - Even though this game never ends, you may want a new start. The best part of this game is the beginning, where you must strategize every single one of your moves, and luckily, starting fresh isn’t annoying because of the countless crops, production chains, farming methods, and animals you can tend to. Modability - Farming simulator has always and will always have a strong modding community, and even Giants Software makes mods for the community, such as their precise farming mod, which makes the game even harder and even more realistic. Modding is available in the vanilla version of the game on both PC and console, but PC does have a larger array of mods compared to console as they can run more extensive code and download mods from the internet, whereas console is locked to the in-game mod menu which in my option is more than enough already, it always guarantees greater safety for the user. Platforms and Storage - Farming Simulator 25 is available on: PC (Digital and Physical) (This includes both Windows and Linux) MAC PS4/5 Xbox series X|S and Xbox one Storage: Around 18GB Cost - At the current time of writing, during the Autumn Steam sale, the base game is 20% off, but normally the base game costs £42.42. The year 1 pass with access to all the DLCs as they release costs £61.67 Graphics - This game has the best graphics compared to their older games, but if you like hyper-realistic, breath-taking graphics, then the graphics could be better. The attention to detail with environmental factors is extremely impressive as seen with vehicles getting stuck in mud, rain system which isn't only graphical and the ground deformations due to different vehicles and different weight makes the game so much more immersive and enjoyable. The environmental aspects isn’t surprising given that the whole game's point is sowing and harvesting. Stability - This game is currently quite stable without any game-breaking bugs that the average user will experience. Multiplayer - The online aspect works flawlessly but the only downside is for the average user who wants to set up a 24 hour home server they will not be able to set up a server on a separate machine such as a raspberry pi as the game for one forces the owner of the server to buy two copies of the game + DLCs - one for the server and the other for themselves as a client and another issue is that the game doesn’t offer a stable linux server file meaning they will have to have a strong enough computer to have the game running with graphics and an active session.

A worthy successor to the last entry in the franchise. This title has had some performance and bug issues since Launch Day, but Giants has been very responsive and is continuously putting out updates to alleviate these QOL issues and bugs. Gameplay has been tweaked since the last title, and it shows in the stunning visuals and almost cinematic dynamic weather and lighting system.

I’ve played every version of Farming Simulator since the first release. This by far is the worst one. They phoned this one in. (Think of Windows Vista!) Read all the reviews for all the issues everyone is having. If you want this farming game, I would recommend Farming Simulator 22. One of the best.

I've been playing since launch day, I have over 300 hours in the game and have had nearly no issues. I don't have a top spec PC, I'm running on recommended graphics and the game looks so much better on the new graphics engine. Yes it was mildly annoying the devs took a month long holiday but mods are coming out nearly every day now and the game continues to be my go to. Not had any game crashes or even for one moment considered going back to the previous installment.

FS 25 is a horribly bugfest. Even the most basic functions like jumping and walking have been butchered to sliding in curves and 3 second jump blocks. The radio shuts off everytime when switching vehicles and the radio station selection works only in half of the vehicles.

Same interface, same gameplay, very little help available. There is still no real career, line of conduct or scripted campaign to complete. It is always a sandbox that neophytes will have a little trouble taming at first.

very ba,.i purchased this because i have fs22 and love it. 25 **** wont even run on my laptop despite meeting the minimum requirements. giants support was notified same day and basically tell me i'm sh** out of luck. no refunds once product is activated, how the heck can you run it if it isn't activated? if it wont run on a laptop with i7 8750 cpu, 32 gb ram, 3 terrabytes of storage, and nvidia 1070 graphics card they need to review the minimum requirements. this is despicable and dishonest. guess thats the way of things dishonest companies ripping off consumers for every dollar they can.

La solita Giants. Il solito farming. Pochi miglioramenti, tanti bug. Non sono nemmeno in grado di mantenere le migliorie che c'erano nei capitoli precedenti... Questo gioco vive grazie alle mod e ai modder che le creano. E ormai è diventata un'abitudine, per la Giants. sarebbe ora di farglielo capire...

Big downgrade from last FS 22 game that had 60 fps smooth gameplay. Even the console version is locked at 30fps. This is a terrible game. Outright scam

Lots of little QoL changes, especially on console. It just fixed some issues, looks better, made some improvements, added ground deformation among other things.Absolutely loving this more than I ever did with 22

The game is unfinished yet, lots of bugs, dynamic terrain behaves really weird sometimes, performance is poor even on beefy pc's. Glitchiest release from giants by far. A shame this is the case after a longer development cycle that the usual. I ve had animation bugs, shadow and lighting bugs, flickering(you can see this even on YouTubers who promote the game if you pay attention), tools and implements bugs, you name it. This shouldn t have been released in this state. Also the aditions to the game are great, a step in the right direction maybe, but a small one.

The game is not playable. The AI can't drive a tractor. Optimization is extremely bad. In 3 years, how could you do such an incompetent job? The graphics are not much improved. You've been releasing the same games for years with a little bit of polish. This time you really messed it up.

I played LS22 a lot. And I was really looking forward to LS25. But the micro stutters that occur at regular intervals (every second) are extremely annoying. And the frame times are poor. That alone takes away from the fun. And that's after the game has been out for so long. Personally, I can't play games with screen freezes and micro stutters (no matter what settings you choose in the video settings, no matter what resolution, no matter whether DLSS, FG, whatever... I've tried everything...). So: definitely thumbs down. (Gaming RIG: 5800X3D, RTX 4090, 32 GB RAM). Translated with **** (free version)

Everything could have been packed into one update. Too little and too bad for a completely new game. The game looks like it was developed 10 years ago. Boring dead world. I won't buy the game for the time being.

After a few hours of playing, I only have one question, what has the development team been doing in the last 3 years? Its a FS22 with worse maps, less vehicles and way way more bugs. The graphics are still outdated, the vehicles still look like toys, they are weightless and undynamic. After 1000+ hours in FS22 the game is boring for me, they couldn't add anything new and exciting. Ground deformation is embarrassingly cringe and low budget. It's time to wait for the modders and the bugfixes to get a PLAYEBLE game for 50 usd after 3 years of waiting. Could a game release be any worse?

Pros: * better lighting and draw distance * better sounds * overall better textures Cons: * "improved" AI that actually became worse, slow and doing weird maneuvers * "optimized" menu that actually became worse - lots of issues that requires its own list * lack of equipment in the base game * bugs related to the equipment functionality like not working silage additive or you can't attach plow/cultivator to the tactor * despite of visual updates graphics still outdated for 2024 * stuttering and visual glitches * same simulation level of farming as in previous games Overall it's a raw game that needs a lot of work and not worth its price. FS22 gives more for less money.

pretty.... but a complete buggy and glitchy mess it crashes, stutters and flickers like crazy even the ground itself and straw/hay/swath on the ground feels "nervous" because it changes/moves slighly while you drive next to it feels like early access for 50€ to me crashed my whole pc 3 times in 21h of gameplay
