Quite an enjoyable free RPG game that can be found on Steam. + multiple endings + fun action gameplay + free + nice music - way too easy (didn't die once) - some stuff is hard to find

Eternal Senia is a really good game. It has a nice and very sad story, simple but wonderful graphics and a great soundtrack. It was developed by only one person. He did a great job.

Considering it is a free fangame made in RPG Maker, it is actually a bit surprising. It has many flaws, but it also has some neat ideas and mechanics. The graphics are very simplistic, even for a RPG maker game. The character sprites could have been a bit more expressive in their animations and not rely on character portraits so much. The music however is pretty interesting and able to convey the necessary dose of emotion and drama. The game is originally in Chinese with the English translation being very sloppy, and while for the most part this is excusable, at certain points it damages the meaning of what the author meant a character to say. The best thing about this game is the fighting mechanics, with the developer being able to build a very decent action adventure from the very limited set of tools RPG Maker has. The bosses on hard mode can be a pain to defeat, and it's at that point that the action really shine. Also, there's a crafting system that, while being somewhat interesting at first, becomes repetitive and predictable after a while. The story is fairly simple, and at times delves a bit too much in melodrama, but in the end I cared about them enough to want to see how it would end. It's a fine game, well worth the price of admission, and the time invested in it.

Too many onion-cutting ninjas. Seriously, they kept breaking into my house and cutting onions when I played this game. Needs an option to toggle onion ninja on and off. 10/10

Great game, short but for an Indie game it has a great story line and hey it's free. I would say it is more than worth the download to try out. It hearkens back to the old SNES era so for a quick nostalgia trip give it a go.
