Dead by Daylight pays tribute to horror movies from the 80s. The asymmetric gameplay is just as fun no matter if we're playing the killer or trying to escape him.

Al igual que el Valorant tambien de los mejores multi. Lo volví a jugar después de años y fue como droga, no pare. Las dos formas de jugar (survivor/asesino) son re divertidas. Y la verdad las colaboraciones le dan un toque, es como que te da ilusión que por ej. te persiga chucky por el mapa. La verdad lo siguen manteniendo muy bien y ojala que sigan así por que es muy bueno el game.

The overall gameplay is repetitive and **** a survivor, you walk around until you find a generator, then complete a few quick-time events. If the killer spots you, you’re probably going to get caught or injured, then you just repeat the same loop **** the killer, your task is to camp generators or chase down survivors. That’s pretty much it.I honestly don’t get the hype.CommunityOne of the worst communities I’ve seen, full of toxic, tryhard players who take the fun out of it.ConclusionA very boring, repetitive game with lackluster mechanics and endless quick-time events. The gameplay loop is always the same: run around, find or defend generators, escape or chase, hook or unhook. That’s it. Combine that with a terrible community, and it’s just not worth it.I think I bought this game years ago, refunded it, and didn’t really care to write a review.

like a ****. same way killer and surviver, if ur killer found surviver and try to kill , if ur surviver escape to hunter just one mechanic use flashlight . dont buy and try

Dead by Daylight: Special Edition is the same game we've played on PC a year ago, albeit with a lot of new content. Its gameplay remains fresh and fun, however the lack in variety might jeopardize the lasting appeal of the game, which is also threatened by a weak matchmaking.

Dead by Daylight is a fun game but this porting lacks of content. Concept as usual is great but some technical issues and a lot of balancing problems make the game boring after a while. Give it a try only if you love horror atmospheres and you are a fan of slasher movies.

Turning to the quality of porting work, the impression is that the transition from PC to PS4 has left the title in anything but excellent form.

Despite a lack of content, and some bugs, Dead by Daylight is an original adventure multiplayer game that it is worth. Is funny and captures perfectly the style of classic movies of horror.

Like Friday the 13th (and to some extent the similarly asymmetrical Evolve) there is a great concept here, but the balance and finesse are lacking – especially when you’re not playing with friends. Hopefully there will be patches and updates, bringing the console version more in line with its PC originator, which has been improved greatly since launch. Dead by Daylight needs and deserves a more nuanced, crafted and considered structure. It needs to be more Wes Craven and less Rob Zombie.

Dead by Daylight has enough positive in it that this isn’t a terrible game. The problem is that it’s just not a particularly good one. The look of the game seems to be one that could fit just as easily on the previous generation, and the replayability factor is rather low given the limited maps and ways to win.

Pretty good **** is fun both with friends and alone. It is balanced pretty well as well and the strongest chareacters are freely available.

the game is fun and i LOVE asymmetrical horror games, while this is not very balanced and many killer and survivors are broken or not that good and BHVR hasn't exactly fostered the greatest gaming community what with all the toxicity in the game, overall slightly above average.

The only reason I’m giving it a four because the game now has become bad and even games that are maybe ripoffis better because all of the perks that bully squads have and this game used to be so good but now it’s bad

Dead by Daylight used to be my absolute favorite game about five years ago. Back then it actually felt like a horror game - tense, dark, and genuinely creepy, with a strong atmosphere that kept me on edge every match.Unfortunately, over time the game changed in a direction I really dislike. The new animations feel awkward, the character faces look bad and lifeless, and a lot of the original horror vibe is just gone. On top of that, the added messaging and “agenda” completely pulled me out of the experience. What was once a scary, immersive horror game now feels more like a parody of itself. It’s honestly sad to see how far it drifted from what made it special in the first place.
