This collection contains some fantastic games, but it’s extremely lacking as compared to other modern collections of retro games. First, where is Rival Schools? Why include the sequel but not the original? Second, it’s just laziness and cheapness on Capcom’s part to include only arcade versions of these titles, when their home console ports were much more robust versions in almost every regard. Third, there is evidence that some of these titles are, in fact, not actually the arcade versions, but rather some sort of Frankenstein’s monster created from stripped down ports, meant to replicate the arcade version. That said, the games that are here are still worth playing and there are a few nice touches that Capcom added to collection, post release, such as enhanced resolution for the games that feature polygonal graphics.

Es una colección decente, principalmente por Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper, Capcom vs SNK 2 y Project Justice. El resto de los juegos no vale la pena, sobre todo Capcom Fighting Evolution y los Power Stone 1 y 2, esos juegos son terriblemente malos. Gráficos: 7 El único juego en 2D que se ve con buena calidad gráfica es el Street Fighter Alpha 3, los de Capcom vs SNK se ven terriblemente mal, demasiado pixelados. Música: 6 Ninguno de los juegos tiene un soundtrack decente, incluso algunos tienen melodías que no encajan bien en un juego de lucha. Hay otros juegos de Capcom con mucho mejor soundtrack. Jugabilidad: 7 Solo Street Fighter Alpha 3, Capcom vs SNK 2 y en menor medida Project Justice tienen un buen sistema jugable que todavía siga vigente, el resto no vale la pena, y juegos como Star Gladiator 2 y Power Stone ya son demasiado anacrónicos, a día de hoy son unas verdaderas porquerías. Calificación Final: 7 Le pongo mayor nota porque la mitad de juegos que vale la pena Capcom vs SNK, Alpha 3 y Project Justice, pueden aportar horas infinitas de diversión y con esos basta para pasar un buen rato, el resto de los juegos deberían ir al cesto de la basura.

Low quality effort and no crossplay. Waste of money when these games exist on fightcade on free. Online will be dead in like 2 weeks

Addicting, fun, easy to play hard to master. Overwhelmed by how much there is to enjoy.

minimum effort, all the games miss their additionnal features. No difficulty settings, no ingame menus, noone playing online, Trophy list is stupid (finish the games with all characters, jesus this is boring) Don't get it wrong, all original games of this collection deserved more but this collection is definitly taking customers for idiots. Where are the minigames of Justice Gakuen, the worl tour of SFA3 etc... I'm not even surePowerstone is playable with 4.... I'm really sad they didn't make any effort for all those games of my childhood on dreamcast.
