Great characters and art. Very easy to pick up and play. Online matches run smoothly. Would not recommend using easy control schemes, the default is already easy enough.

Started December2025 and enjoying the mix of missions, exploration, dunegons and mini games mixed in. Didn't love the character creator at first but found some great premade builds. Playing FTP so far and got eight characters (2 SSR) in less than 30 hours. Traversal is reminiscent of Breath of the Wild. Overall a huge MMO with a lot of fun to be had

Despite the constant and annoying requests for more money the four modes ( MyCareer, MyTeam, MyGM, and W) are robust and keeps me coming back for more. Shot meter is tricky but fair.

So many ways to play and customize I had a hard time walking away from the game. Universe mode is at its best and flows smoothly with lots of fun options. MyRise was pretty good this year but not mind blowing. I did enjoy grinding for better stats and unlockable characters in the Live matches. The Island is pretty good but moves literally and story wise kinda slowly. Getting those first ten matches or so was exciting. Best WWE game of the last four years by far.

Incredible game with engaging gameplay that's easy to learn and challenging to master. Transversing is incredibly fun. Transitions from cut scenes to gameplay are awesome. Great storyline. Only fault is several missions are not nearly as fun or impactful.

Lightning quick que times Addictive gameplay loop Incredible stage designs Beyond incredible character designs Great amount and variety of characters Easy to play difficult to master characters Battle Pass is reasonable. A little to "grindy" but makes up for it by not having andend time.

At hour thirty five in game and enjoying it a great deal. The pacing and how the difficulty in combat gradually increases are the first positives that come to mind. Very satisfying once you get the hang of combat. Plenty of loot/items to obeses over and like how repeated gear upgrades automatically, keeping up the overall pace of the game. Small touches like being able to customize appearances are appreciated. Settings and characters look great on PS5 version. Conversations that go on behind you as you travel was another nice touch. Very eager to see faction numbers go up, motivation to keep playing hour after hour. Some side quests were confusing to me and I had to turn to YouTube for guidance. Edit: At hour 62 and the game has become even more epic and exciting; actionis paced very well.

The hardest part about this game is deciding what to do next. The amount of enjoyable, engaging and rewarding content is amazing. From World Tour antics and level grinding, to meeting nice players from across the globe in battle hub, its a fun time. The number one feature of SF6 is that every fight seems fair. For every overpowered special or tricky drive guage move their is a counter that is readily available. I've personally have had a great experience playing ranked matches online with 97% of the time matches running smoothly over various internet connection types. I have had very few rage quitters and the majority of opponents will rematch. Friend request and replays working very well and easy to use as well. I found myself playing more World Tour than I expected because I enjoyed unlocking more of the story of the SF characters. The amount of grind to unlock outfits is my only complaint. The game cabinet with retro games is one of my favorite small touches that keeps me coming back to Battle Hub. As long as you don't take Avatar battles to seriously they are a great time as well.

What I like most about Gotham Knights is how it feels like a day in the life of a vigilante. I enjoyed the to do list of missions and the freedom to take on different adventures anyway I pleased. It made me feel responsible for a city and gave me a sense of emersion. The combat was very familiar from the latest Batman and Spiderman video games, and I had a blast crafting and collecting suits. The copious amount of dialogue between the main characters made them feel three dimensional people. Leveling was simple and concise. Again, getting lost in all the things to do, mysteries to solve and characters to meet was my favorite part.

Every moment fun and exciting. Collecting and powering up suits, takedown animations, the fun combat from the previous game and a easy interface for all the side missions were my favorite highlights of the game. The pacing was great and the cutscenes did a good job of Not dragging on.

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning

I am overwhelmed on how much I can do (and how many ways I can look cool defeating bad guys) in Kingdoms of Amalur. The action would be fun if I only had one hack 'n slash button but I can combo two weapons at once, plus choose from three magical powers at any time. Fateshift was a great game mechanic that has evolved from "bullet time" of Max Payne and The Matrix games. It is more rewarding in Reckoning because reach time it ends with a button mashing experience bump, flashy grand finale. Finally a reason to get excited about button smashing :) The settings and enemy types are just varied enough to keep things interesting and still get a hang of how to defeat which bad guy which way. Inventory system is super simple and the fast travel option is a blessing. There is even a way for all you evil types to turn a switch and make it possible to kill civilians for no reason. I never used it but I did steal loot from people's houses and ran out of town like crazy to avoid the guards and sell the loot to the next town over :) The mixing up of the skill trees was a fun idea and I enjoyed pursuing the many different destinies that went with the many possible combinations of ability points. My only gripe, and its minor, is that the skill points could have come a little faster. Great game overall and I am far from finishing it

I have been playing the NBA 2k games since 1999. This entry is the culmination of everything that the games have done right in the past. I am SO HAPPY they brought the hop step button back, complete with some great animations. The player animations are by far the most impressive aspect to the game. It was also great to see that the Legendary teams return plus a few extra. Association mode is incredibly deep and engaging with live practices, simulated practice, player personalities/wants, trade finder and great sim control. The dunk contest felt like a big deal this year and actually felt apart of the all star weekend. Some dislike the "guitar hero" like controls but I find that it actually allowed me to feel the pressure to execute the dunk but game me time to actually enjoy watching the dunk. The commentary is absolutely great, however it can be a little redundant if you play as the same team for a season. It would be nice to have a DLC with new commentary after the real life all star break to reflect some of the headlines of the NBA season. Adding Twitter fans to the MyCareer mode was great from immersion and a nice touch. Avoid MyTeam

Incredibly fun and satisfying game. A great blend of RPG and shooter elements from the previous games. Multi player was better than I expected but not needed. A little corny in places towards the end of the game however. I respect the writers choice in the endings and I can't wait for some DLC :)
