Bullet Battle: Evolution
Bullet Battle: Evolution does not bode well for the future of online shooters on Switch. With it looking increasingly unlikely Call of Duty will ever return to Nintendo hardware, it falls to other studios to fill that gap. Unfortunately, undercooked messes like this one don’t help the cause. A free-to-play shooter that’s riddled with disabled microtransactions that bottleneck progress, this is a clunky effort that’s in dire need of some proper optimisation and a complete overhaul of its progression systems and balancing. You’re far better off sticking to Fortnite, Realm Royale, DOOM and Paladins for your online shooting needs.

Игра была выпущена в совершенно не готовом виде. Я купил ее по распродаже за 7 долларов, но она явно не стоит этих денег.

I picked this game up on sale for $5 and still feel like I over payed for the game. Controls are clunky and unresponsive once you've figured out what the controls actually are since there is no tutorial or even a screen in the options to familiarize yourself with the controls. Only a brief loading screen. Gameplay wise my entire half hour spent with the game was being either A. stuck at the main menu unable to find a game or B. getting matched with the same 2 players who seem to be in the very same boat as I was. There is really only so many ways I can say the game is bad, its not worth the $5 sale price. Certainly not worth whatever the full price is. Honestly playing nothing would be better than playing this.

It needs work! I noticed that there are mostly only Japaneese players at the moment. The lag is very bad when it throws you into a random Japaneese server. The squads of Japaneese players are playing the game non-stop, but they are exploiting the game by spawn camping. They are having one player stay way back with a sniper. The other three will sit in your respawning area with shotguns. Being a new player, I have no shotgun to compete with them. This makes the game unplayable for any new player. The respawn areas need adjusted to prevent this point farming. So far I will be nice and give it a 3/5 for just the fact that someone made a shooter for Switch.

Its a pity this game was released in this halfdone state, bugs, clipping everwhere, there is an options menu, however its missing important selections ( swap x/y inverted look ). Once you start the game you get thrown into one (any) map, missing to choose the map. Those Goldbars/Diamonds in game currency points to pay-to-win mobile gaming style, and indeed its very, very hard to unlock new weapons. In this state its hard to recommend this game, with a couple of fixes, patches maybe ...

I bought this game on launch day and was really excited to check it out but I use inverted look controls and this game has no option to invert the look controls, as far as I can tell. So, unfortunately, that makes it unplayable for me even though I spent $15 on it. Also, there's no way to open the options menu while inside a game which is critical for honing your aim sensitivity. Until they add at least an inverted look option, it's a zero for me.

SummaryBullet Battle Evolution provides survival, capture, and deathmatch modes. Survival tasks you to work to be the last person standing, Capture involves 4 people per team and the objective of capturing territory, and Deathmatch is a 4v4 fight.
