Story **** says easy to play but spent two hours on the first level compleat waste of electricity and money do not buy

The game isn't terrible, the presentation is nice and the fact that it is hand drawn is cool too, I do not mind the controls either even if I am not considered a fighting game pro. However the lack of a difficulty setting on the CPU battles is rather annoying and could be a huge turn away for those of us wanting to get used to the game and to practice combos in a match without being online, the CPU just feels way too harsh by default and I personally end up just having to resort to mashing since again I'm not a pro, it feels like such a basic feature to have in fighting games today and really seems like incompetence on the devs' end for not adding it, nobody would have complained if the game had been delayed to actually polish out some quality of life features like that one. That being said, hopefully it is added in an update some day as I really do want to enjoy this game.

The game is phenomenal, if you’ve never gotten into a fighting game but you’re an avatar fan this game is for you. If you’re really into fighting games and are fatigued of assists and slower brain dead zoning/spam, this game is for you. If you in any way like fighting games and want to try a unique and rewarding one, this game is for you. A bunch of switch, Xbox, and keyboard players are mad for valid reasons, I hope they add a box support and switch support and keyboard support soon but in the meantime it is a PEAK fighting game. You literally won’t hear anything bad about the gameplay because there’s nothing bad to say

There are few characters, and they lack **** battles lack a sense of satisfaction and suffer from poor pacing.

FINALLY a modern fighting game that doesn't bend over backwards to appeal to scrubs!!! EVERY negative review is just from a scrub who couldn't do a 1-frame link to save their lives.

Nice drawings style, but not very polished. Netcode is mediocre. Invincible VS remains way better!

A complete slap in the face for Avatar fans. Only buy it at a discount to get some value for your money.

The game is essentially unplayable due to constant lag, severe frame drops, and poor overall performance. It's difficult to enjoy the gameplay when the frame rate drops so often. I don't understand why the developers chose to release the game in this state. Unless these performance issues are fixed, I can't recommend the Nintendo Switch version.

Gorgeous hand drawn animations and top tier gameplay that has potential. Unfortunately, Avatar Legends was rushed and incomplete. However, the gameplay is being overshadowed by this.

An extremely garbage product to release in 2026. Barebones is an understatement. The only good thing is that the gameplay and price are decent. Everything else is just rushed and insulting. Don't buy it in its current state, wait till the developers fix the game then maybe buy it, but by then the game would probably be dead so it is a lose lose situation.

This game doesn't support m y controller. It doesn't have ranked. Two characters aren't finished. It has fps stutters... it's a 2d fighting game. This is not ok in 2026.
