The ghost that is chasing you is actually quite skilled and learns with time. On the other hand, it loses the horror element a bit, because it scares you twice at most and then it doesn't have any aces up its sleeve. [Issue#328]

The freedom and lack of arrows in every direction also means you need to be more driven to make it through the adventure. I miss a custom difficulty mode from the start, unfortunately you can lock your ability to progress if you're not careful with fuel (right now in isolated situations) and 2023 locking us to 60fps is a bit outdated. Otherwise, it's the best horror game of the year

Amnesia: The Bunker is a truly terrifying experience that will keep you on the edge of your seat and your sanity. The overall experience is thrilling amidst all the horror, leaving me (almost) craving more. Almost.

Pretty short tho definitely one of the better amneisa series game. Feels claustrophobic at times. If you like horror it's worth playing

Amnesia the Bunker foi meu primeiro jogo da franquia Amnesia, e achei simplesmente sensacional. Joguei todos os outros títulos na sequência.

Previous Amnesia games have repeatedly fallen behind the horror that haunted the castle in the original game, but Amnesia: The Bunker is already showing potential in this regard. Bunker still feels like an exciting and increasingly important step forward for the Amnesia series. Players will love the change in the scale of the gameplay and the bigger storytelling and the new ways to interact with the world our hero is in. Having weapons and all the explosions you will bring back can change the atmosphere a lot but I will say they are not endless, and what will happen when you are left alone with the monster?

Amnesia: The Bunker is a labyrinth in which it is easy to get lost, but in which it will be just as easy to want to return. This new survival horror manages to be a challenging and tense challenge without falling into the easy temptation of jumpscares or holding the player's hand too much. Whether you have already memorized the previous chapters or have decided to give the Amnesia saga a chance for the first time, The Bunker therefore proves to be a new success achieved by Frictional Games and an experience to be recovered for all lovers such.

Frictional once again shows that it dominates the horror adventure genre by heart and gives us a somewhat more generic installment than Rebirth, but equally capable of offering us a remarkable survival experience.

Amnesia The bunker has all the essential elements to become a good horror title. While on the lower difficulty levels it can be a walk, the higher levels take us into the real experience, completely overwhelming us at many moments in the game. The graphic quality reaches what is necessary so that it does not feel like an ugly or poorly cared game and its sound is completely achieved so that we feel that we are trapped with no way out. Highly recommended for those looking for a terrifying experience but don't want to get frustrated with tricky maps or puzzles, Amnesia The Bunker is a straightforward game and offers much more than meets the eye.

Amnesia: The Bunker is a step down from Amnesia: Rebirth. New release from Frictional Games is visually boring, lacks atmosphere and can get on your nerves with constantly teleporting stalker enemy.

In my humble opinion. This is not only the best Amnesia title in the series. This is also the best Frictional Games title they've ever released. And I've played all of them including the Penumbra series. If I were to raise any criticisms, I'd say that I wish for a game that is even bigger and longer potentially. I hope that Frictional Games makes their next game just like this one, but even bigger.

To play this game you need nerves of steel, endurance and espacially frustration resistance. The game principle reminds hard off games like Alien:Isolation . It generates a ot of immersion and really makes you in a mood, because of the very realistic gameplay. The graphic is less good. Very old -fashioned, but anyway still atmospheric for this setting cause of some nice lights and shadow effects. Unfortunalty no HDR support cause of OGL API. I would wish at least a Vulkan engine. The Game is very short but the mod compatibility is great. You can download some new campaigns from moddb in www for no money, if you like the game principle and play on. Thumbs up for that.

Amnesia: The Bunker emerges as a standout survival horror experience, delivering spine-chilling scares and immersive storytelling that will keep players on the edge of their seats. From its atmospheric environments to its bone-chilling encounters, the game excels in crafting a truly terrifying experience. However, as the narrative unfolds, the scares gradually lose their impact, leading to a somewhat diminished experience towards the **** game's greatest strength lies in its ability to instill fear in players through its masterful storytelling and atmospheric presentation. From the moment players step foot into the eerie confines of the bunker, they are enveloped in an oppressive atmosphere that sets the stage for the horrors to come. The narrative unfolds through a series of disturbing revelations and chilling encounters, keeping players engaged and invested in uncovering the truth behind the bunker's dark **** addition to its storytelling prowess, Amnesia: The Bunker delivers scares that are guaranteed to make players jump out of their seats. From encounters with grotesque creatures to encounters with psychological terror, the game delivers a relentless barrage of fear-inducing moments that will leave players trembling with fear. The tension is palpable throughout, creating an immersive experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression. However, as the game progresses, the scares begin to lose their impact, becoming somewhat repetitive and predictable. What starts as a heart-pounding journey through the depths of terror gradually becomes a chore to endure, as the fear wanes and the gameplay begins to feel more like a routine. While the game's early moments are undeniably effective in generating fear, the later stages struggle to maintain the same level of intensity, resulting in a somewhat uneven experience.Despite its shortcomings, Amnesia: The Bunker remains a standout survival horror game that delivers a memorable and terrifying experience. From its atmospheric environments to its spine-chilling encounters, the game excels in crafting an immersive journey through fear and madness. While the scares may fade towards the end, the game's exceptional storytelling and masterful presentation ensure that players will be left shaken to their core long after the credits roll.

Played it for this year’s Halloween, and it’s a bizarrely lackluster and forgettable experience. Unlike the games it’s being compared to, namely Alien: Isolation or Soma, this game doesn’t really have a whole lot of surprising elements up its sleeve. Once you encounter the one and only stalker enemy for the first time, you’ve pretty much seen everything the game has to offer. The sound design is nothing short of exceptional from the development team, but the real meat and potatoes of the game being its puzzles and gameplay elements are an exhaustive set of chores. A serious flaw in game design that reeks of a lack of proper playtesting by people who were NOT developers (i.e., people who didn’t exactly know the ins and outs of the game) is the limited storage space (or item box or whatever you wanna call it). What’s the point of this? The player could just simply and safely drop any item in the safe zone and pick it back up again. Why not just let them store it in the item box anyway? The developers NEVER asked themselves this question, because they had already designed and played the game to death so they barely even had to use the item box to begin with. You have to have NON-developers play your game before you go gold and you should listen to their feedback/criticism. You can see similar signs of amateur playtesting in other areas as well. Lastly I should add, the game is terribly optimized on PlayStation. It stutters on environmental loads, and my save file got corrupted as a result of constant crashes but thankfully I’d backed it up beforehand, causing me to lose only an hour of progress which is still super annoying in a game like this. The ending is anticlimactic, and the length doesn’t fully justify the price tag. Nothing out of the ordinary for yet another generic indie horror game (as if the world doesn’t already suffer from those).
