Well now, I see that Johnny Depp starring in another biographical film that is Donnie Brasco being the first and now he's in the movie where it literally have something to do with drugs. Now much like how Trainspotting and Traffic being the ones I've seen I've heard that this movie is similar to Goodfellas and Boogie Nights though I haven't seen Boogie Nights but I have seen Goodfellas. I heard about that it borrowed elements from them but Ray Liotta is in this and he's from Goodfellas as well. Actually I literally watched Goodfellas before this making me think to myself that this is similar. Oh well. Johnny Depp plays George Jung lives with his mother and father played by Rachel Griffiths and Ray Liotta, his father files for bankruptcy and telling his son that money is not real and important. As he got older he moves to Los Angeles with his friend, Tuna, meeting a lot of women including Barbara, a drug dealer, Derek Foreal played by Paul Reubens, and their collage friend, Kevin Dulli, to make alot of money by selling marijuana and buying them from Mexico. George gets caught, unable to plead for his innocence, he skips bail to take care of Barbara. She dies from cancer leading the group to split up. He visits his parents, her mother called the police sending him to prison for 26 months. He meets his cellmate, Diego played by Jordi Mollà, who convinces him to help him go into the drug business. Upon his release, he violates his paroles to do what he does best by smuggling drugs from around the world. Now upon hearing about this, this film is directed by Ted Demme which is believe this was his last film he ever did due to the fact that he died from a heart attack which may have been related to cocaine. I don't know. Maybe he's been doing drugs while working on the film. Maybe I'm just picky. You don't get to see Penélope Cruz until after an hour. She didn't get enough screen time after an hour where you get to see her falling in love with George Jung. Once you think about it, you get to see her at the cover. I've heard some songs in it that are rock 'n' roll which I heard of when I was a kid like "Black Betty" and "Blinded by the Light". Whilst that happens, Johnny Depp says this one line which I heard of before from a movie which I love, he says "Uh... We're gonna need a bigger boat." Great line. I think this was improvised much like that line from Jaws itself was improvised. Despite how similar from what I witnessed this movie was, Blow is an easy watch and definitely the one I loved. Johnny Depp did a marvelous performance in this movie. If you haven't seen this but heard about it, I'd say give it a watch and if you love it watch it again.

I've heard a little bit about this back in the day depending on what I've just heard or seen. For all I know is that it's directed by Ridley Scott and it's based on the true story about a career criminal, Frank Lucas and detective Richie Roberts. When frank Lucas' boss, Bumpy dies he takes over as boss and entering the heroin trade, buying directly from producers in Thailand and smuggling it into the U.S. through returning Vietnam War servicemen. Richie Roberts is going through a divorce with his ex-wife while tracking Frank Lucas and his band of men. Whenever I thought about this I was thinking that both Denzel Washington and Russell Crowe both starred in the movie that I've never seen before but I heard about it is Virtuosity. Much like many gangster flicks like Casino, Scarface and Carlito's Day, this one is one of the most essential ones from Ridley Scott. This is what it's about, this movie has great acting by far even from Denzel Washington, the production value is phenomenal, the set designs are great, everything about is done great. This is what biography is all about, setting the story faithful to the original biography. Very essential indeed, anything what I've seen that this movie has to offer, amazing.

Ten years ago, Al Pacino worked on a collaboration with Brian De Palma on Scarface and now something I have heard about is the one got my attention now that Al Pacino and Brian De Palma reunited to do a movie about a decade later is Carlito's Way. Like most films by Brian De Palma, he's known for making his films look stylish making the shots long like some he did back in the day make the angles look unique. It'll let you know what was going on if something goes wrong. Al Pacino as Carlito Brigante, who used be a criminal after spending five years of a 30-year prison sentence vows to go straight and get into any illegal activities But that proves to be difficult when he ends up being dragged into the same activities that got him imprisoned in the first place. His lawyer, David Kleinfeld played by Sean Penn, keeps him out of trouble while he meets his girlfriend Gail played by Penelope Ann Miller. From what I am seeing so far I'm liking very much, granted the fact that it has pop songs that you heard about much like the ones I've heard of before. The chemistry between Al Pacino and Penelope Ann Miller is really good. You can see that they're really meant for each other. I really love the climax chase scene at the end, it is very thrilling and it left me on the edge of my seat. This is something that I should look up on very soon but what can I say, it is worth it. Carlito's Way may not be memorable to others like Scarface but it is an interesting crime thriller by Brian De Palma and stars Al Pacino.

Okay, so after I reviewed the first Twilight which I find it to be absolutely god-awful surprisingly so I decided to watch and review the second Twilight film which is called The Twilight Saga from now on called The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Whilst I decided to, I will give my thoughts on the entire pentalogy which I've never heard of the term before so I gotta get on point with them so let's stop p***ing about and let's get on with it. On Bella's 18th birthday she wakes up from a dream where she is an old woman and Edward Cullen. His family host a birthday reception for her. Whilst Bella had a paper cut Jasper is overwhelmed by the scent of her blood, he decides to attack her but is restrained. Edward believes that he and his family are putting Bella's life in danger so he decides to end their relationship and he and the Cullens leave Forks. For months, Bella is depressed and isolated. She meets with Jacob Black played by Taylor Lautner and they develop a strong friendship. Okay, now I can get to my problems here with it, not just because I don't like the film but just because this movie took directions and making it a complete mess. When Edward leaves Bella and depart from Forks, he did that to protect her and told her not to do anything reckless and he won't interrupt her what so ever. What does he do? He interrupts her to keeping from trouble and danger. Jeez, you just told her that she can move on without any interference from you. Jesus Christ, why don't you just f**k off? I think you know all the rest of what's going on when it comes to me doing these movies, 'cause this whole saga never ends. The Twilight Saga: New Moon, it ****, I'm on to the next one, bye.

Whenever I heard of Darkness Falls I'm thinking that this movie's going to be awesome and since I've seen it, I was thinking that it was okay, for a horror film. I almost had low expectations on the film. I don't hate it as much as everyone did, I literally thought when I saw the cover I'm thinking that this is going to be an awesome horror flick. All right, let's get on with it. Over 150 years ago, Matilda Dixon was adored by all the children. She would give them a gold coin whenever they lost a tooth, earning her the name, the Tooth Fairy. One night, the fire broke out in her house leaving her face disfigured and severely sensitive to light. She has to wear her porcelain mask and she only leaves her house at night. But when two children didn't come home, the town's people blamed her and they hanged her in the light. Before her death, she placed a curse on the town and swore revenge. Kyle Walsh, who lost his last baby tooth, has witnessed his mother's murder by an evil spirit. Twelve years later, Kyle returns to his childhood home because Michael, the young brother of his romantic interest Caitlin is being stalked by the same spirit. Yeah, when I was experiencing it, it starts off quite well. I used to be afraid of the dark when I was a kid but not anymore. Now as I said already I don't hate the film but the only problem here is the running time where the movie finishes at 71 mins while the end credits is in 10 mins. Maybe over 70 mins is good enough. What I did get the gist is where in 1990 Kyle Walsh is a child and then twelve years later, he's an adult and the curse is still not dead and buried in 2002. However this movie is released in 2003. The movie itself is scary, that's what I like about it even the thrills in the third act. I would recommend this film to those who are horror fans if they haven't heard of it but for me I personally think this horror movie is okay.

Just like The Secret of NIMH and An American Tail and just like The Secret of NIMH, The Land Before Time is another one of those movies I've watched on Cartoon Network the first time. I only seen this twice as a kid and by that time, I still remembered it to this day. The story I suppose is similar to Bambi, is about a young longneck named Littlefoot who befriends with Cera and the Tyrannosaurus rex known as Sharptooth and the earthquake seperated the families of Littlefoot and Cera. So now it's up to Littlefoot to go find the Great Valley along with his friends, Cera, Ducky, Petrie and Spike. OK, so this movie is really short for about one hour even similar. Actually that how Don Bluth wanted it to be. He wanted to make it similar to Bambi but only with dinosaurs. That explains it the running time! What's even more is that it released in the exact same weekend as Oliver and Company which is my favourite Disney film. They actually prefer to go see The Land Before Time over Oliver and Company. Cause the message in this says it teaches dinosaurs about prejudice between the different species and the hardships they endure in their journey. Steven Spielberg uses the inspiration to Jurassic Park which is always amazing. Okay, while I was thinking about this, it never had any songs apart from the one in the end credits by Diana Ross. It never became a musical and for a fact this is not the only one. In most animated movies, they're never claim as musicals, Disney is and sometimes Dreamworks. It spawned many sequels which I've never watched before and the TV show. However I remember it being on Boomerang. So once again as a Don Bluth fan, I love this movie even when I remember watching it as a kid. Such a phenomenon!

Okay, let me get to the basics here, whenever people have heard the title All Dogs Go To Heaven, they think that it's sad because of dogs going to heaven. I mean, come on, it's not that sad. Now that that's been taken care of, let's get this going. Charlie B. Barkin voiced by Burt Reynolds is being murdered by his friend, Carface voiced by Vic Tayback and then returns to Earth to reunite with his best friend, Itchy, who is by far my favourite character in the film voiced by Dom DeLuise and then they found a orphan girl who talks to animals. Now I am not be alone with this but I'm not the only one who sings the songs in this. My friend, Sam Guy is a fan of this film, like myself. We sang the first song in Drama Club and we know exactly where it starts. "Charlie, ain't you supposed to be on death row?" "No! I ain't supposed to be on death row." "Hey, I got him out." "Things have changed, Charlie, since you've been gone... Life hasn't been no piece of cake." "Carface ain't been treating us too good." "Things are tough, but we carry on..." "Could you spare a couple of bones, for old time's sake?" "Why settle for a couple of bones when you could have the whole bank?" "Charlie! Charlie, look! Here's the jackpot! Attaboy, Charlie! I'm proud of ya! Charlie, tell them!" That's right, His favourite character is Charlie Barkin and me as Itchy singing along with him. And uh, there is another song which after Charlie goes to heaven and uh it's not even a musical number. It's more than a musical dialogue. And who'd ever thought that Burt Reynolds can sing? I have. And that's all I can say about the songs. the film doesn't even count as a musical. They only have three songs in it and two musical dialogues and that's it. But there is one song which I've heard many years and it's called "Love Survives" and whilst I've listen to it, it was beautiful, no matter what. Much like one of the films made by Don Bluth in the 80's, All Dogs Go To Heaven had a bad rap and pretty much the only animated film that got mixed back comparing it to The Little Mermaid. Gee, I wonder what it is like in the 80's? Anyways, me and my friend Sam Guy are the fans of this movie along with the sequel which I'll get to in the meantime. And it spawned a TV series which I've never watched and a Christmas special. It has memorable characters, good songs and wonderful animation. Really great stuff! So as you can see it's not even a sad movie. I mean, I know that all animals go to heaven cause who knows. So if you love your dog especially cats and pets, just wanted you to know, you can't keep a good dog down.

"Once in a lifetime comes a motion picture that makes you feel like falling in love all over again. This is not that movie." Trust me, I know exactly what that movie is. I thought this is the third movie starring Michael, Kathleen Turner and Danny DeVito and all I get is a different movie with character names changing. First of all, in two films they have Jack Colton, Joan Wilder and Ralph and now they changed into Oliver and Barbara Rose and Gavin D'Amato. What the hell happened all that time? Apparently the film had no narration from Kathleen Turner just like in two films she did and she's not a novelist anymore and Danny DeVito is not a crook and Michael Douglas is not a hero anymore. All they have here is very different. I mean, yeah, Danny DeVito narrating and directing it and, yeah, this is going to be funny and, yes, this movie really is funny. The end battle is hilarious as f£$k and I also laughed at the scene that Oliver eats pate but thinks it's dog food. That had me laughing! The rest of the film is funny, hilarious and well acted. The cinematography is great, it's like something in the 40's and 50's. That's really impressive! If you think this is the third of the trilogy just like me, this is not the trilogy. This is a film that is different than any film with three actors/actress then I think The War of the Roses of the film for you. Give it watch and see if it'll laugh your @$$ off.

Whilst I've been watching Romancing the Stone, I've decided to watch a sequel, The Jewel of the Nile. I was thinking about both of them films are as good as each other but in the recent years, it seems deteriorated because it's not as good as the first film. I remember watching it when I was a big kid back in 2007. The action scenes were pretty good. Lots of explosions and gun noises. Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner are back and Danny DeVito is back as a crook again and this time he teams with Jack Colton to find Joan Wilder in Arabia near Africa. Omar who is a villain who has the jewel, the jewel of the nile who arabians called him ''Al-Julhara''. So they found Joan, escape from Omar and fly the jet aircraft and Ralph is left all alone with arabians. They go to the african people, go to the train and got kidnapped by Omar. The Jewel of the Nile is not as good as Romancing the Stone but it's still good. The song that Billy Ocean sings is good. "When the Going Gets Tough, the Tough Get Going." I like that song even though Michael Douglas, Kathleen Turner and Danny DeVito singing along with Billy. As long as he film gets cheesy, it's still an enjoyable movie that has it's moments.

This is the kind of movie Reversal of Fortune is all I can say is ''Okay, this will do my pleasing.'' Reversal of Fortune is a good drama film about Claus von Bulow been accused of murdering his wife Sunny von Bulow with an overdose of insulin and Sunny thinks she's slipped into a coma. The story is well good and well structured. Glenn Close, Jeremy Irons and Ron Silver are both good in this like Jeremy Irons as Claus von Bulow and that's his Academy Award winning role and Ron Silver as the professor. Jeremy Irons and Ron Silver both had screen time than Glenn Close. Well, there is one scene where the maid has found a puddle of urine where Sunny p!$$ed in the bed and the maid says ''If madam had been to the bathroom, she would not have peed in her bed.'' Now the line that Jeremy Irons says after Ron Silver says ''You are a very strange man.'', he says ''You have no idea.'' Now let me clarify that in mind. In The Lion King where Jeremy Irons played Scar, he said the exact same thing after Simba says a line like this ''You're so weird.'' ''You have no idea.'' Couldn't you believe it? Jeremy says that line in two films he stared in, Reversal of Fortune and The Lion King! That's a coincidence!

Now Peyton swears vengeance after losing her baby and the chill is on. Ernie Hudson is in this as Soloman, many of people knew in Ghostbusters, even Julianne Moore. The film is directed by Curtis Hanson who sadly passed away. This film gave me chills when something is about to happen and you can feel it when you're about to watch it. You can certainly feel the creepiness through the whole film when the villain is plotting something devious. Yeah, it's an enjoyable film just for the creepiness and the chills.

Cadillac Man is an obvious choice to review because Robin Williams is dead, the film is not a box office success and it's a rip-off of Dog Day Afternoon which is unexpected. Robin Williams is Joey O'Brian the car salesman who loves women and loves his job. Tim Robbins is Larry has taken people hostage to find out that his wife Donna is having an affair with someone. So the police surrounds the car dealership. To be honest I don't get the hate but I do get why people hate it cause it's a comedic version of Dog Day Afternoon starring Al Pacino. Robin Williams is funny as always and too bad that he's dead. For all I know, Cadillac Man is good movie to check out if you are a huge fan Robin Williams and don't mind that's it's a comedic version of Dog Day Afternoon. As I said that I haven't seen any of Woody Allen films apart from Hannah and Her Sisters which is what I'm doing right now. In this one, it has some good cast, like Woody Allen himself, Michael Caine, Mia Farrow, Carrie Fisher, Barbara Hershey and Dianne Wiest. I actually thought this is going to be funny and, yeah, I'm right and I think it's more drama than comedy. It's a love story or love stories to be exact. It's just so brilliant that I have no idea what I love about it. Yeah, sure, with Dianne Wiest won an Oscar for her role and Michael Caine won an Oscar but couldn't accept it because he was working on filming that piece of s!£t movie, Jaws: The Revenge. Oh, my God! Oh, my f£$king God! Brilliant performance's by Dianne Wiest and Michael Caine. Yeah, surely everybody loves Dianne Wiest as an actress and she stars in The Lost Boys. Woody Allen plays Mickey who is depressed and has suffered from an hearing loss and has a brain tumor. So Mickey is narrating himself complaining about a spot in his back which includes brain tumor and his hearing loss thinking that he was going to kill himself. Michael Caine plays Elliot who madly in love with Hannah's sister and while he is still married to Hannah. No matter what I think, it's an treat for all of people in the world. Of course, the story is well written so is the directing by Woody Allen. I'm sure that you can't get over that Michael Caine didn't accept an award to star in Jaws: The Revenge.

Now I would say that this is more like a abduction thriller and I think I know the story straight up. The plot is about Jeffery Taylor (Kurt Russell) and his wife going to San Diego and almost crashed into the truck. So they went to the gas station and they off again and all of the sudden, the jeep breaks down so Jeffery tries to call someone but the phone is dead. The lorry stopped and the man named Red Barr (played by J.T. Walsh) went to Jeffery and his wife push the jeep of the road and asks if they wanna ride in the lorry, Jeffery stays with the jeep. So when Jeffery forgot to wire the jeep he went Belle's Diner to see if his wife is here. Jeffery went to talk to Red Barr but Red said he never see him before in his life. Jeff is confused and hails a passing police car and told the cop that he had done something with his wife. So the cop went to look at the truck and there's nothing in it. Jeffery went to the police station and Belle's Diner again. The bartender didn't see his wife. So Jeff talks to Billy who says he his wife went on another truck. Jeffery went to find his wife but he was ambushed by Earl so he drove away from him and went into the river and got knocked out by Billy. So he wakes up by the bad guys. Their leader Red Barr tells him to the $90.000 for the ransom. So he went to the bank, called Red and went in the truck got taped by Earl. When Earl discovers Jeffery's ruse for the ransom, Jeffery stabs him, tapes him and tortures him by driving holy-grocal-molyly. The cop saw the truck speeding, Jeff stops and warns him that the bad guys kidnapped his wife, Earl shoots the cop so he shoots him. Jeff calls the officers to get the ambulance for a wounded cop. While Jeff's not talking, he hides underneath the lorry and climbed in. While arrived, he quietly enters Red's house and forces Red and his men to release his wife from the freezer before locking them in the cellar. Jeff and his wife went outta here. After Billy escapes from Jeffery, he frees Red and his men. While Jeff and his wife escapes, Red and his gang catches them. Red's truck got dameged at the back. Then he rams Jeff's vehicle off the bridge, his truck got hanged and Jeffery fights Red by hurling him of the truck and the truck got destroyed and that was it. Wow, what a thriller! I enjoyed this much more and I never got tired of it. For all you ''Fast and Furious'' fans out here, this is the film that you will enjoy. It has suspence in it and it has thrills in it, I've seen it a million times and I'll probably seen a million more.

So I went from the bunch of sequels to just as s£!t and now I went from the bunch of sequels to just as s£!t again. This is the first time that I think that the sequel will not be as good as the original. As far as sequels go they're isn't really that terrible about them. I just can't find anything really spectacular about them or even that good. I was actually looking forward to see Predator 2 and I gotta say, it's not as good as the first film. The visual effects look very different much like the first Predator and kinda declining for the most part. While Arnold Schwarzenegger not returning, Danny Glover is here to star in this sequel along with Gary Busey, Ruben Blades, Maria Conchita Alonso, and yes, Bill Paxton. It's so nice to see him in this Predator sequel after he stared in Aliens but aside from that it's not even close to be a good film Predator 2 actually is. Course he could get a laugh but there's not much. The music by Alan Silvestri is similar to the original but for the most part it is similar. Danny Glover and Gary Busey met together in the film called Lethal Weapon as the cop and Gary as the baddie. Recently I've saw the list of NC-17 rated films and I saw Predator 2 in it and I don't know what that is. For some reason it says "Originally rated NC-17 for strong graphic violence and gore; edited version rated R for strong violence and language, and for sexuality and drug content." so yeah, it's originally rated R because it's not that bad, I don't see any gore in it so I guess that is it. So this is pretty much all I can say about the Alien films and the Predator films which I think Alien Resurrection and Predator 2 actually killed the franchise even though the second one ended here. So overall I'm not a huge fan of this one. I'm sure a lot of those fans out there who are not a fan of the Alien sequels apart from Aliens and people who aren't a huge fan of this. So unlike Alien 3 however, this film is just an all right experience for it's own time but not for everybody who are the fans of the original Predator and Aliens.

After I reviewed all of the Alien films I decided I would now review Predator which it stars Arnold Schwarzenegger and many more. It's not even a horror film, it's more like an action sci-fi film which occasionally had some scares. It's nothing that scary apart from when it's quiet. There occasionally have some blood and guts for the most part. The opening is pretty impressive and the ending is spectacular. the story is very basic, simple and straight forward. I know that years ago critics giving it mixed reviews saying the story is too flat and paper thinned, I can see why. The third act is where Arnold Schwarzenegger as Dutch being very quiet trying to kill the predator once and for all. The third act doesn't even have any dialogue apart from the end where he says ''Bleed, b!£$%^d.'' and the one that everybody says it's a memorable line in the movie industry is ''You one ugly motherf$%ker.'' I know there's plenty to go around but that's the way the movie goes. There's another memorable that Schwarzenegger said. All he said is ''Get to the chopper!'' I just realise that years back! Oh, oh, and if you think that is not enough? Why don't you take a look at this! Blain played by Jesse Ventura says a line that I know as a kid is that Jonah from Splashdown 2: Rides Gone Wild fails, he says ''I ain't got time to bleed.'' and wouldn't you know it? Jesse says it. Oh, Jesus, if many of the characters ripping off the films that many of the actors said, this game would be pop culture. Maybe Jesse Ventura have got time to duck. it really had an all star cast who are in the jungle. It has Arnold Schwarzenegger, Carl Weathers, Elpidia Carrillo, Jesse Ventura, Richard Chaves, Bill Duke, Sonny Landham, Shane Black and then there's Kevin Peter Hall as the Predator. It shows the from the beginning of the end credits which is really impressive. Bill Duke also worked with Arnold Schwarzenegger in Commando which is rather usual. He played a bad guy in Commando and now he played a good guy in Predator. Shane Black's character is the character who tells Billy laugh by telling his puxxy jokes. He only did it about two times. Billy played by Sonny Landham is afraid of no man. Now the Predator is in the jungle to kill people and take their body of bones out of their skins and camouflages like a chameleon and can make himself disappear. If you think Aliens isn't enough? Then you've haven't seen Predator with some action packed thrills and occasional scares and a straight forward simple basic story. I love the opening and I love the ending. I would actually prefer the Alien films because they're really scary film and it will scare the living s£!t out of you and me. Predator is just your good action sci-fi flick directed by the same guy who directed one of my favourite films of all time Die Hard, John McTiernan. It has some good effects on the predator and yeah, that's about it. There're sometimes one-liners in this from Schwarzenegger are too vague like ''Stick around.'' and ''Knock knock.'' but that's only two times. And you will the predator bleed showing green blood because if it bleeds, we can kill it. "You one ugly motherf£$ker.''

So if I didn't know, John Woo was the one who directed Broken Arrow before Face/Off and after Hard Target. This is a generic action film by all means but it's enjoyable by any means necessary. Aside from that, it does have one scene that is just as awesome as the action scenes. I literally remember some parts of the film and the nuclear weapon explodes. Watch this! That is awesome! Aside from that, nothing really out about Broken Arrow. It's an enjoyable film for some viewers but they'd just manage it to be decent. Broken Arrow is not as good as I thought but it's decent. However, I still think his film, Face/Off is fantastic.

After Get Carter, I was first thinking about Michael Caine, and then I thought about The Italian Job but I realize he stared in The Muppet Christmas Carol. The one he played Ebeneezer Scrooge. When I saw Michael Caine, he was in that movie not Get Carter. So anyway's I'm just saying that to get it out of the way. Michael Caine as Jack Carter returns to Newcastle, England to seek revenge for his brother's death after going to the funeral and meet Doreen, her father, brother of Jack Carter. One day, he was surrounded by one of the henchmen, one who given called Brumby. So he was told by Brumby that Kinnear who is responsible for Jack's brother's death. He kills a women named Margaret after telling her about his brother a couple of minutes of the film. He calls the police to get Kinnear arrested and chases Eric and forcing him to drink a bottle of whisky. I really do like this movie. It's an absolute classic, especially for Michael Caine. It's definitely enjoyable for most people. Michael Caine is a great actor as Jack Carter. Great directing and I really do like the cinematography in this, really impressive especially for the 70's film. If you are a huge fan of Michael Caine then this is it. You should go watch it on TCM or get it in the DVD store. I think most people don't know about this film Get Carter. When I think of Michael Caine the first time, I was thinking about The Muppets starring Kermit the frog and Miss Piggy and all the other muppets. Well, I bet you can get some enjoyment on this one. I like it. It's an absolute classic.

Now I'm all set to review a film that really star Michael Douglas, Gwyneth Paltrow and Viggo Mortensen. OK, now years ago while I was watching it, I just found out that this is a remake which I didn't notice. It's called Dial M for Murder directed by Alfred Hitchcock so I think this is Alfred Hitchcock-ish so I was going to watch it to see what was going on. This film is pretty dark in many area's so this will be getting on the edge of my seat. Michael Douglas is a good actor in this and Gwyneth Paltrow and Viggo Mortensen did a pretty decent job. Michael Douglas's character plays Steven Taylor who wants his wife murdered named Emily Taylor played by Gwyneth Paltrow. She's in love with the painter called David Shaw played by Viggo Mortensen but she realized that he is a killer from the very beginning. That wasn't until the third act. Considering that there are scenes that are really interesting, there's a scene where the attacker attacks Emily Taylor and she kills him by stabbing him in the neck. It's always the best part everytime I watch it. And the ending which is remarkable. Good cast in this entertaining thriller made in the 90's. I enjoyed it years ago and it is dark in places. When I played a video game that really scared me, Eternal Ring will be the answer. Everytime I think about A Perfect Murder, Eternal Ring is the game where I die and get hit come across scary things, that really scares me. So, anyways, A Perfect Murder is an enjoyable movie that kept me on the edge of the seat the whole way through, nothing too special but still enjoyable. This is a good film but it is only good. I would give this an 8 but that was while back.

From what I know is that Excalibur is actually a King Arthur story which is really rather usual because I'm a gigantic fan of The Sword in the Stone with all our favourite characters. Excalibur is an epic fantasy adventure film. It has adventure, sword fights, wizards and gory moments which is violent but it was a great drama film. I'm such a huge fan of these medieval type of location which is awesome. I love it so much. I'm so surprised to see what happened to the knights and all of your favourite characters. You won't get to see Archimedes because he's an owl and he's a fictional character and he does the comic relief. In fact I'm even surprised that Nicol Williamson as Merlin did all the comic relief in this film. There's Guenevere, King Arthur's wife. There's Lancelot who is the best of all knights and the Knights of the Round Table. He doesn't appear in the Disney classic because of the sword fights. There's also Perceval who seems to appear after an hour in who joins the Knights of the Round Table and finds the Holy Grail. Monty Python and the Holy Grail did that in a very comedic way! The last character is Morgana who is an evil enchantress who is sort of an Madam Mim kind of character. Yeah, I get the basics of it. Well, you will recognise the actors that you'll know. There's Helen Mirren, Patrick Stewart and a young Liam Neeson and Gabriel Byrne. The chant that Merlin says is the chant that speaks to wake the dragon. The chant is in the different language which says "Anál nathrach, orth' bháis's bethad, do chél dénmha." It means "Serpent's breath, charm of death an life, thy omen of making." in English. The only thing I love about this film is the music. It brings the mood to the point where it feels epic, beautiful and powerful! The ending of the film is very evocative and get you in the strong mood for what you have experienced. This is everything that you want as a fantasy epic with sword battles that are violent, a powerful story that tells King Arthur is a true king of all England and a powerful wizard who tells Arthur to become king after he pulled the sword from the stone and an impeccable and powerful music that brings the mood of bringing the atmosphere to life. Everything about Excalibur is awesome and very evocative. For fans of a Disney classic, The Sword in the Stone, If you love the King Arthur stories about wizards, knights, squires and magic. This is the one to check out. Excalibur is an awesome epic fantasy adventure drama and I still enjoy The Sword in the Stone even more and two of them will get you in a Higitus Figitus mood!

I cannot describe how predictable this is but for some part, I enjoyed it but I don't love it. I think Proof of Life is something that is to indicate proof that some kidnap victims are still alive that Russell Crowe's character discovers in the film. Peter Bowman played by David Morse has been hired to build a new dam for the oil company, Quad Carbon. Meanwhile he's been kidnapped by the guerrilla's of the Liberation Army of Tecala (ELT). So then it's up to Meg Ryan and Russell Crowe to pay them $50,000 for their ransom. I really don't consider it to be an action thriller. It's more like a thriller about ransom to save Alice's husband from the guerrilla's. I have nothing to say more about this. All I gotta say is that I like the end battle where Terry and his men saves Peter from the guerrilla's. It's complicated to go through reviews that I find hard to do so I guess I'll leave it here.

Now for the most part they both stared in No Mercy which I have not seen but Final Analysis is the one I've seen. This is actually going to be like Vertigo which I didn't know but it gets old quickly. Richard Gere plays Issac Barr, a doctor psychiatrist who helps Heather's sister, Diana who is having nightmares in the past about frightening and horrific childhood memories about his father. Heather is married to Jimmy Evans who is a violent and wealthy Greek gangster and she's suffering from pathological intoxication. Now this is where I go from here. Final Analysis is an Alfred **** unfocused neo-noir psychological thriller with unfocused performences, the courtroom scenes are kind of rushed and a dull story that rips off Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo. I actually don't mind myself analysing a flower shaped like a ****. Aside from that, it's not much. It has it's moments but the film itself is dull but it was all right.

U.S. Marshals is a film that got people interested in watching this, just like me. But what shocked me about this is the fact that this is a sequel to The Fugitive starring Harrison Ford. Tommy lee Jones is at his best in The Fugitive because that's his Oscar winning role as Marshal Sam Gerard. Hey, I just watched the Oscars, I haven't seen the film before but I am interested to go see it. In U.S. Marshals though, Tommy Lee Jones is back as Marshal Sam Gerard along with his team as they go and track down another fugitive called Mark Sheridan, who attempts to escape government officials following an international conspiracy scandal who sets him up. I have to be honest, guys, I really kinda like the plane scene where it crashes with the prisoners and marshals inside. Actually, didn't Executive Decision did that? Yes it did. The chase sequences are enjoyable to watch for those of you are intrigued. From what I've experienced in U.S. Marshals, I actually kind of like it but I haven't even seen The Fugitive and I hope I would be able to watch it cause I've heard it's fantastic.

Yeah, the fight scenes are enjoyable including the jewellery scene Steven and the Jamaicans and the best thing the end fight scene between Steven Seagal and Screwface. Now this is a toughest challenge for those two gentlemen. It is actually based on the novel by Michael Crichton and he even directed the film which is really obscure. I really do like the thrills and I really do like the train sequence at the end. The entire movie is even thrilling and funny at the same time that add some scenes for the people to laugh at, like Donald Sutherland has to stay in the coffin pretending to be dead with stinky dead cat while covered in green paint. I really like this film for it's extraordinary production design, the thrills and it does gets some laughs. I actually do love every second of this and I think it's magnificent.

It's K-9, a film about a cop and a dog. Now there's something in comparison to Turner and Hooch, with it's comedic elements with a funny pooch dog and Tom Hanks and a sad ending. OK, I don't wanna be thinking about it again. This one does the same thing and people slammed it for being lacking, lacking some sense of comedy and not being funny. James Belushi as Mike Dooley is out to track down a drug dealer called Lyman but he was set up and now he gets a new partner which is a dog named Jerry Lee. Now what is it with K-9 which looks similar to Turner and Hooch? Well, I don't know. I'll leave you to figure it out for yourself and see what you like better. With what I got with Turner and Hooch and with now what I've got with K-9, I just think it's better than each other. And do I think it's better than with what it is with Turner and Hooch? That's a little trickier. I mean the ending is not sad and thank Christ, I didn't cry at it. But with what I think of it, I do got some of sense of comedy in this movie. James Belushi is funny and I really like it when the dog looks away from Dooley making him not knowing that he is alive, And in many respects, I would almost rather watch this than Turner and Hooch, now that is to say it's not very popular at that time but still lifts up to it's fans. So I had a look on this thinking this is going to be interesting since years ago I've heard about this knowing for the fact that my mum rented it from a video store along with Red Dragon, 28 Days Later and the remake of House on Haunted Hill. The only thing I didn't notice is that it's actually a sequel to the critically acclaimed film, The Silence of the Lambs which came out about a decade ago not to mention that Manhunter which is directed by Michael Mann which are both based on the novels by Thomas Harris. Since I'm a huge fan of The Silence of the Lambs which is one of my favourite films of all time I have a feeling that Hannibal is gonna be as good as the first but hey, let's give it a try. Ten years ago after tracking down serial killer Jame Gumb aka Buffalo Bill, Special Agent Clarice Starling who is replaced by Julianne Moore is blamed for a shootout at the drug raid. Mason Verger played by Gary Oldman who is not recognisable but is recognisable with his voice whether he is paralyzed and brutally disfigured by Hannibal Lecter, played brilliantly once again by Anthony Hopkins, and the rest goes on. After the success of Gladiator, Ridley Scott decided that he can direct Hannibal and it became unclear Jodie Foster would return since she won an Oscar for her role but she decides she doesn't want to do it so she was replaced by Julianne Moore. So what do I think of Hannibal, the sequel? Hmm, It's actually quite good. I mean, again it's not as good as The Silence of the Lambs. Yes it is bloody in parts, in fact, it's even gruesome and sick and quite bizarre than the first film. I even found the brain-eating scene sick and twisted. However I prefer The Silence of the Lambs over Hannibal. It won five Academy Awards for Best Picture, Best Actor for Anthony Hopkins, Best Actress for Jodie Foster, Best Director and Best Writing. Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter is always something that gives people the chills whenever he kills his victims but doesn't want to kill Clarice Starling. He is such a great a great character. So since Hannibal came out a decade after The Silence of the Lambs and since it came out years ago many people love it or hate it, for me I go for the positive side. People love it for it's gruesome, sick twisted nature while some will find it lacking. If you really enjoyed The Silence of the Lambs like I do then you better bring your freshly baked liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti for the sequel. "Ta-ta. H."

Previously on Back to the Future. This is it! Finally it's the final chapter of the trilogy you all been waiting for. Whilst Part 2 was not as good as the first, the characters are the same and it still has the charm to it. Now I will know what I could think of the third one and I've watched this twice now. I watched it after I finish watching Part I and II and now III. With it I finally watched the entire trilogy in one day. Just like I did with the others of course. After the events of Part II while being stranded in 1885 during his time travel adventures, Marty discovers that his friend Dr. Emmett Brown is trapped in the year 1885. He was killed by Buford Tannen, played by Thomas F. Wilson, who is Biff's great-grandfather. Marty then travels to 1885 to rescue Doc and return once again to 1985, but matters are complicated when Doc falls in love with Clara Clayton, played by Mary Steenburgen. You can tell from the cover that it's taken place in the western world where there's cowboys and indians. Due to the fact that this is the final part of the trilogy I don't feel any perfections in this not to say that it's the weakest but to clear up the fact that this is a western but some sci-fi moments in it. It contains some same scenes that you've seen before, Marty McFly wakes up in Lorraine's bedroom thinking that this is a dream but he realise that he's in a different year it's not. In Part II he walks away from Griff and then he calls him chicken and he hates being called chicken. In this one he just he calls him yellow and he hates being called that too. You get all the rest. Now with new scenes which are ripping off pop culture references when Marty wakes up again thinking about dueling with Buford Tannen making references to Robert De Niro from Taxi Driver and Clint Eastwood (which he calls himself) from Sudden Impact. I like the train scene after Marty fights with Buford in the third act and I also like the ending of this film after when the DeLorean is destroyed just like Doc wanted. An ending to the trilogy is what I love about when it gets wrapped up even when it says "THE END". So that's it for the Back to the Future trilogy. I hope you stick with me throughout all this. I know it's been a long journey but it's worth it. I still the first one because it executes perfection, the second is similar in terms of scenes and time travel but does it differently and now the third one is the last of the franchise. Thomas F. Wilson stole the show from three films, he's funny, he's psychotic and his performance is charming and intelligent. There's a cartoon series after this which I haven't seen but you can watch in the bonus disc when you own the entire trilogy. And I guess that's a wrap at this rate. Back to the Future is over and done with.

Previously on Back to the Future. I just want to point out something about it. I don't understand anything about time travel when I watched the first film. I just found time traveling confusing. But watching it again I understand what it is, when you travel back in time in the old years and of course, recent years. Robert Zemeckis is back to direct the second movie, Back to the Future Part II along with Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd returning to their roles. Marty McFly and Doc Brown travel from 1985 to 2015 to prevent Marty's son from sabotaging the McFly family's future; when their arch-nemesis Biff Tannen, played by Thomas F. Wilson again, steals Doc's DeLorean time machine and uses it to alter history for his benefit, the duo must return to 1955 to restore the timeline. OK, so after the first film got it's massive praises back in 1985 the movie itself takes place in the year 1985 and now in 1955 where Marty had accidentally traveled in the year 1955. This one does the same thing and this time something is seriously wrong. Okay, now let me get to something that what changed about the movie. You know Claudia Wells, right? Where she played Jennifer Parker from the first film, she was replaced by Elisabeth Shue because she retired from acting due to her mother had been diagnosed with cancer, so now they reshot that scene in the opening where the first one ended. And of course, Crispin Glover didn't get to return which he want to due to he got paid less money. He sued the producers for using his likeness without his permission. Now there's something I didn't know about one thing that I completely missed out is the fact that I see Michael J. Fox in drag. It always baffles me that I didn't know who dresses up like a woman. I do know however that Tim Curry is always like that from The Rocky Horror Picture Show. I gotta say I really love the sequel much like the first one. I know it's not as good as the first but once you've seen it you grown to appreciate it. It had a funny story that correct the mistakes what Biff has done and it reenacts the same scenes from the first movie without bumping into the other selves. I also liked the funny part where Marty sneaks into Mr Strickland's office to get the almanac but finds the cover of it with the "Ooh La La" catalog. Now that I'm going to do the third and final film of the Back to the Future trilogy, Back to the Future Part III. Stay Tuned.

As I am familiar with Back to the Future I thought about wanting to look at it. As the film became the 30th Anniversary in 2015, the three films became a 30th Anniversary Trilogy celebrating the release of the first film which gained massive praise from critics and audience. Yes, I watched the whole trilogy in one day, believe or not, but I'm going to get these two later until I'm finished with the first film. Marty McFly, played by Michael J. Fox, who accidentally travels back in time from 1985 to 1955, where he meets his future parents and becomes his mother's romantic interest. Dr. Emmett Brown aka. Doc, played by Christopher Lloyd, his friend and the inventor of the time-traveling DeLorean automobile, who helps Marty repair history and return to 1985. OK, so what people love about this film that has sense nowadays that I know this is a popular film and definitely the most popular Back to the Future film out of the trilogy. I love the story for what they've achieved with the first act where the story of the characters saying about what happened back in 1955 and when Marty is traveled in that year it goes what they usually do but not for Marty McFly 'cause he got hit by a car instead of George and now Lorraine, played by Lea Thompson, who now has the hots for him. Yeah, kinda weird while you think about it. For what I didn't know is that this film is used in pop culture such as what is "Rick and Morty" and that's all I know about that. I love the characters in which Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd plays along with the other actors. They both play fan favourite characters like Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly is a typical teenager who accidentally went back in time in 1955 and he wants to get back in the year 1985. From what I heard that Michael J. Fox has been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease which kinda **** but he did continued work. Christopher Lloyd for many people know as an eccentric scientist, Dr. Emmett Brown aka. "Doc" who built the time machine made from the DeLorean and is my favourite character of the film. I bet many of you know his quotable line is "Great Scott!" Lea Thompson plays an innocent Lorraine McFly who falls for Marty and his mother in 1985. Crispin Glover is George McFly who is a teenager in 1955 and Marty's father in 1985. And then Thomas F. Wilson as Biff Tannen, many people known him as the best character in franchise. His bully type really does suit the character really well and he throws in one of his catchphrases like "What are you looking at, butthead?", "So, why don't you make like a tree and get outta here?" and he hates being covered in manure. Also, I've heard the song "The Power Of Love" by Huey Lewis & The News and this is a good song. Christopher Lloyd appears in the music video as Doc Brown from the movie but what really caught me is Huey Lewis made a cameo appearance as one of the teachers. There's also a scene where Marty sings "Johnny B. Goode" by Chuck Berry. Yes, this song is in the 50's. In fact, Chuck was thinking about doing this song back in the mid 50's, believe it or not. You know, as much of these sci-fi movies that are popular at the time. Back to the Future is one of those movies you will have to see in the lifetime. It has great directing, fantastic writing, memorable characters, great performances and good effects. It boosted Robert Zemeckis' career up like he directed Romancing the Stone. This is one of my favourite films and my favourite sci-fi film of all time much like what others think of it when they put it in their Top 10 or many number movies. Do not miss this movie. Stay tuned for Back to the Future Part II. "Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads."

Take Psycho and Jaws for example. It's one of those movies that many people watched when they're in the cinema and once they've watched them, the more frightened they'll get. They'll be having nightmares about them once they think about them which is why I'll be doing William Friedkin's box office smash hit, The Exorcist. It's about a 12-year-old girl called Regan, played by Linda Blair, who is possessed by the devil, her mother Chris MacNeil, played by Ellen Burstyn, who seeks help of the two priests to save her daughter. One is Father Karras who's mother has passed away and the second is Father Merrin. The Exorcist is something that the audience were horrified to see and their reactions are strong they love it and I did too. It's directed by William Friedkin who did The French Connection and written by the same guy who wrote the novel, William Peter Blatty. I had nothing wrong with The Exorcist since I first seen it and the disturbing parts in it are controversial like the **** scene with the crucifix and the spider-walk scene from which I found out that it wasn't in the final cut but made it in the Director's Cut. The demon who is in Regan's mind is the most scariest part of the film. It can make her twist her head backwards, use bad language, commenting on Karras' mother and even make the bed shake. Regan's face is been used in pop-culture references where people including kids are playing a maze game. While they're playing, Regan's face pops up and jump scares the people when they're going to complete the level. I loved the third act where Father Merrin appears to save Regan from the demon with Father Karras and I know most remember one line that they say "The power of Christ compels you!" What can I say about The Exorcist that hasn't been said already? It's one of those horror films that you must see to know about the force of good and evil. If you haven't watched it already then turn down your lights, turn up the sound and enjoy William Friedkin's masterpiece of The Exorcist.

Since that I have seen the first two Terminator films and I found myself loving them and when I think of the other sequels like the third, fourth and the fifth. Before I ever got a chance to see them I was like "They not gonna be as good as the first and the second." and you know what? I am right. I got a perfect feeling they're not impeccable as the first two. And now that I heard of the 6th film they're going to be making, Terminator: Dark Fate, I know exactly that this is not going to be as good and impeccable as the first two even though that Tim Miller who directed Deadpool and James Cameron will be attached to it as the producer since he directed The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day a few years back. Fans of this got really excited to see this and it was announced that Linda Hamilton will be returning in her role of Sarah Connor and Arnold Schwarzenegger reprising his role as a T-800 "Terminator", reuniting the actors after 28 years. This is actually a direct sequel to The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day ignoring three sequels that have nothing to do with the continuity that T2 has had for us back in the day. Before I get a chance to go see it at cinemas I just need to address something first. I've just seen The Graham Norton Show and I've seen Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton along with Debbie Harry and Nadiya Hussain and I actually enjoyed it. Now lets get to something that the fans including myself in general are going to be p***ed off already. It is a box office bomb and by thinking of that, people have already predicted that this is going to be a bomb like what are they're going to make of it and what I thought of it, I actually liked it. I know it's not as fantastic as the first two films which I already assume that the other sequels are not as brilliant and I did actually watched this right after Terminator Genisys which apparently for most fans think it's a complete arse wash but for Dark Fate it's not a bad film. I was surprised that I didn't see any kids in the cinema but this movie is made for adults. The Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgment Day is one of those movies I can watch over and over again. In my eyes I can never get bored of them. I love Linda Hamilton as Sarah Conner, she's always great in those. Now as it is, for me trying to do the other Terminator sequels, "I'll be back."

When it comes to action films you can't really go wrong. There are several films out there were turning out to be good or bad or okay or a bit of both. They're not guilty pleasures unless they're considered to be cheesy. In everybody's eyes when they think about it, it stars Nicolas Cage, John Cusack, John Malkovich and many other actors. The result in John Malkovich puts it best: "Welcome to Con Air." Oh yes! This is one of the most ridiculous over-the-top action flicks but in most parts they really love it and doesn't care. Well, I'm on the other hand had seen it and you know what, I like it. It's not a perfect film in anybody's opinions they still enjoy it. Nicolas Cage is Cameron Poe, an Honorably discharged Army Ranger is been sent to prison for manslaughter after killing a drunken man and his three men who tried to attack him. He befriends with Mike O'Dell aka "Baby-O". He's been paroled and takes a flight to Alabama on board. U.S. Marshal Vince Larkin played by John Cusack who is approached by DEA agents Duncan Malloy and Willie Sims. Cameron and the other prisoners are on flight and now it's been hi-jacked by John Malkovich's character, Cyrus Grissom aka Cyrus "The Virus". Now I went into this movie thinking I'm gonna look upon it and no, there's nothing much apart from the action. It just takes place on the plane at Alabama. I looked up parts of it and what I find is those lines that I can't get out of my head. The first of which is "Put... the bunny... back... in the box." "Why couldn't you put the bunny back in the box." and "DON'T. TREAT. WOMEN. LIKE. THAT!" And there is one part that I found stupid is that when a dead body who is actually Pinball played by Dave Chappelle thrown off the plane with a message sent by Poe to the U.S. Marshals and landed on the car with people in it. That scene looks like I'm watching a commercial even thought kids love watching commercials. I just find it silly. "I like Pinball." And before that, I just found a song that I think I listen to when I was a little kid and that was "How Do I Live" by Trisha Yearwood and I think there's another song which sounds like that with LeAnn Rimes but I am thinking about that, I'm thinking the Trisha Yearwood version, the version that I always love. I listened to this song every time I'm in the mood cause when I was a kid I'm into 90's songs and in recent years I did not know this song is from Con Air, so that might've been a coincidance. But what's really strange is that this song is been nominated for both an Academy Award for Best Original Song and an Razzie Award for Worst Original Song. How does that make any sense? I think I do believe that this is not the first time that I've ever come across a movie that has been nominated for both Academy Award and the Razzie Award and with this song I have no idea. So as I like Con Air if people were interested in this will know that it's over-the-top and silly however they might love the silliness already. Some people love it are fans of it and some people hate it saying that it's silly and stupid or even as I said already they enjoyed the silliness, it just doesn't matter. I think somebody puts it best: "Con Air won't win any awards for believability – and all involved seem cheerfully aware of it, making some of this blockbuster action outing's biggest flaws fairly easy to forgive." "Well, hooray for the sounds of f**king silence!"

(Sighs) I can only imagine how much I completely forgot about I actually watch the different version of The Zodiac and that was like when I was a teenager I watched the 2006 version of it but I have not watched the David Fincher version with Jake Gyllenhaal, Mark Ruffalo, and Robert Downey, Jr. Years later I watched it finally and it was actually quite good. It based on the true story America's most notorious serial killer. Zodiac tells the story of the manhunt for the Zodiac Killer, a serial murderer who terrorized the San Francisco Bay Area during the late 1960s and early 1970s, taunting police with letters, bloodstained clothing, and ciphers mailed to newspapers. The case remains one of the United States' most infamous unsolved crimes. Jake Gyllenhaal as Robert Graysmith who is the cartoonist is obsessed with investigating the murders and researching into the Zodiac killings. With a lot of help from his fellow friends, Dave Toschi and Paul Avery played by Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey, Jr. Okay so as it is the Zodiac investigation goes on throughout the entire movie and when Robert watches Dirty Harry for the first time, in his vision it's really based on the Zodiac killings loosely and then he meets Dave for the first time. Like I said in the couple of seconds the Zodiac investigation goes on throughout and it's gonna take days and months and, hell, even years. With all that said and out of the way, I will say for one thing that I am going to tell you about. I think the ending is crap! There are some scenes nearly at the end is that Robert continues his investigation and in the next later and after that it just ends abruptly with some disclaimers about how it ends. I don't know if you notices this but it looks like this movie had no ending. Well, I know it's based on a true crime and it is based on the 1986 non-fiction book of the same name by Robert Graysmith played by Jake Gyllenhaal in the film. I just help the fact that it ends so abruptly. So yeah, the downside is the ending. Despite this, I still think this is a good movie. I mean, not perfect by any means but it is a pretty good crime drama that is so true. If you David Fincher's directing style you'll like this. It had a memorable cast that you'll recognise and it had good writing, solid directing, stellar acting and historical authenticity. You know the rest. Give it a watch and see if it'll grip you and you'll know the story is true.

Okay so I know what people are thinking if I was going to review The Patriot when they're thinking about the Steven Seagal version of The Patriot which has nothing to do with historical Revolutionary War. Mel Gibson gained on Braveheart before this came out. Why did I say that? It's because the battle scenes are similar. Hey, I haven't seen it I just know it. Mel Gibson plays Benjamin Martin the veteran of the French and Indian War and a widowed father of seven children. He refuses to go to war but his eldest son, Gabriel played by Heath Ledger goes to war to join the Continentals against his father's wishes. Colonel William Tavington played by Jason Isaacs and his army of British redcoats arrive to the house, captured Gabriel, Thomas tried to stopped them but is shot dead by Tavington calling him a stupid boy. So when their house got burned down, it's up to Benjamin to take down the redcoats. He and Gabriel joined up with his army of friends to take down a bunch of British redcoats once of for all to protect their family. So it's not that long for an epic war film but it does have some slow-paced moments that do fit for some part. As much as I enjoyed most of the action in the war it gets bloody. What people like especially women is the costume design. But there's only one scene that got to me in tears is where Benjamin's daughter, Susan telling him not to leave and she'll say anything he wants but he promises her he'll be back. That scene gets me anytime it gets emotional. I'm not gonna lie, it really did get me. Years ago this is something I checked out before I checked out the Lethal Weapon films now that's saying something 'cause I said before that Mel Gibson is one of my favourite actors of all time. I know there are people out there who don't really like the movie mainly because of it's antics of the American's hatred on the British and the Britain's hatred on the Americans especially when those redcoat b*****d's murdering innocent people, destroying their homes and families. But I'm not one of those people who hate this film, I liked it. It may not historically accurate but it is a fantastic war film with some good cinematography which really made the film look real in the war. Actually I heard somebody in the film mention the word "accurate". Mel Gibson, his character said it and the second time somebody else said it. Well, that's just the fact. I'd say give it a watch if you haven't already.

OK, so I have heard of this one so I thought I was gonna check it out and I enjoyed it but not one of the best films I've seen but it does has some awesome action but not on the high note. Let me explain: On the 6th day, God created man (as you can tell by the tagline). "God created man in His own image, and behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day." Cloning humans and animals are acceptable. However, cloning is illegal and forbidden now. Adam Gibson played by Arnold Schwarzenegger is going on a skiing trip with his friend, Hank played by Michael Rapaport, then he goes to the "RePet" store not only to get Oliver cloned 'cause he died but to get a SimPal doll named Cindy for her daughter. When Adam got home, he discovers that not only Oliver was cloned but much worse, Adam himself was cloned and he's with his family. Four Replacement Technologies security agents arrive to kill him but he escapes, stole his cadillac and the chase is on. When those bad guys are dead they get cloned and if they see him with his family, they'll be killed. So now it's up to Adam to clear his name, protect his family and defeat the cloning baddies. Okay, okay, okay, so I have to get to the point where I share my opinion on The 6th Day. This is truly a generic, generic action film but it is enjoyable for the most part. The concept of this is pure genius and intriguing but disturbing, no way! But it was poorly executed by it's cheesiness and bad acting. Don't get me wrong, what's really surprising is that two Arnold Schwarzenegger's met together and now they team up to stop the cloning. I saw the commercials of "RePet" from the Special Features. Two of them to be exact. I think the reason for this is because they wanted to be in the film for the "RePet" store scene. I will say for one thing that Tony Goldwyn was such a letdown in this film. Really hated his character, didn't really represent anything and overall his character is quite boring and what I found out is that he's been dead for years and now he's being cloned. This would've been an awesome film if it weren't for the poor acting from both especially from Arnold Schwarzenegger and the clone and the cheesy dialogue but it does have some thought-provoking ideas with the illegal cloning. Gee, I wish smoking can be illegal so that people don't get cancer. Don't expect too much from this movie, it wasn't anything special but it was enjoyable for what it is. I don't hate it, I liked it for what it was, it was an okay film. Not one of Arnold's best and not as good as one of his previous films in the past.
