Would be a great game but lazy devs didn't bother to add gyro and the controls are ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Bosses that just dont work sometimes. The controls oh my god the fking controls are so bad. Insane pop-up loading even in small areas. Great humor lost in crap design and a lazy port. Not even worth the $5 on sale.

Wow, really wish I could refund this. My main gripe with the original was too many flying enemies meant to cheaply bump you off platforms, annoy you and just generally make the game frustrating. What did they do? Added way more variety of annoying flying enemies TO EVERY SINGLE ROOM. Combined that with the wonky diagonal attacks, no meaningful movement (or anything useful, really) upgrades for hours and you have turned a classic I to a crap show of frustration. Well done Team Cherry. Id like to see ONE case where people say they enjoy annoying fly/bug enemies in games. Just **** cant be done.

Feels cheap and janky. Looks better in videos as when you're playing the projectiles are rendered weird and its way too hard to tell if its coming right at you or not. Add some confusing progression, the only way I can spend any level up points is by beating the level that I cant beat because my weapons are all weak. Sometimes when I die it tells me can continue, other times its New Game only. I don't get it. Poor game.

Pretty dumb. Drowning within 10 **** the ocean..with a sci fi pod that can magically create entire med kits **** remove the salt from the water. Right.

Like a 3rd graders first attempt at a game. Battle gone wrong? No pause exit type of deal, restart the game or let the veereryyyy grindy battle end and try again.

It looks good and runs well but its just bit that fun due to the very cheap and dumb enemies.

Even the rose tinted glasses cant make this worth playing outside of messing with the destruction physics. Those are still as neat as they were back then, but my god the rest feels so bad. The driving, the combat, the **** bad.

Horrible gyro. I mean THE worst I've ever felt. So incredibly sluggish with it maxed out. Crashes. And just bot as good as one remembers it through rose tinted glasses. Not even worth the $20, to help with 10 more for "upgrades" that arent there on the Switch version.

Not sure if everyone else is just easy entertained or what but this gane is boring. So bare bones it has no place being on anything but a dusty SNES cartridge. Charming? Uhh if simplistic dialog is charming to you. But but..kots if side quests!! They don't tell you 90% of them are so mind numbing "hit ball here".

Boand and uninspired. The theme is all it has going for it. The enemies are spammy and rely on you running into thek over anything skill related. Boring attacks that are just spam attack over and over. The random map layouts are a lie as you'll constantly run into the same layouts even after an hour or less. Avoid, even for the sale price of $5.

Cool ideas but horribly executed. Totalturd controls in a platforer? Check. Annoying projectile spam to replaceany real difficulty? Check. Not even worth the $2 it goes on sale for.

Real fun if you enjoy every drunken bum wanting to kill you (and easily doing so with maybe 3 hits?) I around every corner when you're just trying to find some semblance of a story in this game. Such a blurry turd.

Has a neat atmosphere but the actual game is ass. You might find it enjoyable if you love boss fights that are incredibly one sided and requires more luck than knowledge though. I sure as hell don't find that funny though. Playing squirrels all day for them to die over and over so you can actually play one if your **** idea who thought that was fun. Play a better card game than this.

Has a lot going for it but the idiotic game mechanics ruin it. Running from two evil Ent like creatures, I narrowly escaped back into the safety of the building! Sounds good right? Except I walked into that.building, at low health, and was insta killed by an endlessly respawning enemy that is literally right by the door. Fun stuff. Not. Otherwise it's good but you'll die too many times from some BS to want to see it through.

One of the greatest games story wise I've ever played. Gameplay is always changing up and leaving you surprised. Late to the game with the Switch version but so glad I got to experience this. Glory to Mankind.

Really nothing of value here. If you've played one game of this genre, you've played this. Decent music, bland gameplay.

Very overrated. Really nothing special going on here if you've played any Metroidvaniall, you've played this. Looks nice in some places and the music is good. Plays smooth but it's a really average game just over hyped by critics due to "indie team".

Very over hyped. Music is by far it's.high point as the game ****'t very fun. No idea why I fell for the hype and wasted $5 knowing it wasn't my sort of thing. Have enough frustration without a game of see how many times you die adding to it. Don't take the plunge unless you know you like trying to do the same jump 500 times.

Really has nothing to do with skateboarding in the mechanics. Could just as easily be a panda on a jetski. Bad graphics make backgrounds mix with foreground so your only real way of knowing what is what is to well, run into it. Fun. Glad I got it real cheap on sale, definitely not worth full price for what could easily be a mobile game.
