Really cool game! I first tried it during a Game Pass trial on my PC, and knew I had to get it on Switch (where it of course plays beautifully)! Still waiting for the promised free DLC levels though. I love the pixel art, animations, gameplay, music, etc!

Having loved the previous "boost formula" Sonic games (Unleashed, Colors, and Generations), I had high hopes. Sadly, this does not live up to any of the previous entries and strips away more control away from the player. Even Classic Sonic controls worse than ever. How did they break what was already working? I don't understand what happened here, but it is super disappointing as someone who was pretty hyped for it. Giving it a 4 because it technically "works" and a small child might have fun, but anyone who's played other entries in the entire Sonic series will instantly feel the downgrade. I simply can't recommend this game to anyone.

Having an absolute blast with this game. Best Lego game in a long time - perhaps THE best ever. You will of course get better visuals on other platforms, but it still runs well on Switch at a locked 30 FPS with a few dips here and there. Looks terrific in handheld mode! So glad they got quality voice actors too (including a whole bunch from the Clone Wars cartoons), while also offering Mumble Mode as an option. I will most certainly be 100%-ing this game and revisiting even after it's all complete.

I really loved this game. While it was around, I played it almost every day for a few matches to get into the gaming groove. No idea why Nintendo made it a timed exclusive as I would happily pay to own it. Let me give you my money, Nintendo! :'(

This game is awesome!! The Wii controls feel good, the graphics are great (for Wii), and the level designs are super fun. Criminally underrated/overlooked!
