Best mobile TCG nowadays. Hearthstone has less complexity and is more expensive. Eternal has less playerbase unfortunately. Magic is more expensive. Watch Arcane to get in touch with the League Universe. Riot MMO soon will probably be great too.

Just more of the same, like most ARPGS. Not much fun. Zelda ToTK however, as a good comparison, is very innovative how to control the environment differently instead of just pressing buttons.

Before Blizzard went full diversity. SC2 has it all. A fast action packed gameplay, great complexity and unit variety, responsive controls and custom maps, coop as well as good MMR system.

ONI is one of a kind. There is no comptetitor that can come close to its management simulation. The atmospheric aspects and the many other layers, which are all connected to each other and therefore productivity or survival are great and this game could easily be a 10/10, especially because it is the pioneer in this field. But to make it a 10/10 experience it has to be played with mods. The basic version doesnt include many quality of life things, that mods can add. Mods also add so much content of buildings or UI. Due to the Steam Workshop support mods are great to install, but still tedious to search and find them as well as go over the struggle of a new patch and identify broken mods. Steam Workshop support is great though.

PoE is easily the best arpg on the modern market. After the latest new AAA releases, its position just got stronger. You can try Titan Quest, Torchlight, Grim Dawn, D4, but none of it will even come close to the huge content PoE has as well as the most important things: Itemization, builds, progression and endgame content. This is a arpg for life.

Guild Wars 2 with its latest expansion is the nail in the coffin for its future. After more than a decade, this game still offers the same button smashing, not enough skill complexity, a bad UI without supported Addons, and a predatory monetized game model, where content lives from buying it instead of farming it, so the actual farm is for currency as a trade-in, comparable to the lately added WoW-Token. Normal QoL things, with a character bound preference, are also part of this system. SotO is a mediocre content patch, that is marketed as expansion, to monetize it. Every Raid Patch in WoW adds equal amount of content or even more - enjoyable content. Their discounts of previous, up to 10 year old expansions are almost nonexistent. For game connoisseurs like me, this game died already after release and never increased the most important stat: FUN. People who can compare to other MMORPGS will understand. Just, in this game, the community is very toxic and prejudicing biased. It is sad, but at least the game and its remaining community of people, that complain about taxes for their whole life, is on the same level. Guild Wars 2 identifies as a Shop with an inshop game and fashion outlet.

I was really hungry for it, trust me. But it disappoints and I have to stay hungry because it is a terrible snack. Diablo 4 is something that was truly anticipated for years. And therefore it hits harder that it is just a mixed bag of Diablo 3 (before it got polished, nowadays it is a solid ARPG in many regards) and Diablo Immortal. This game is no 10/10 and it is not black white to also give it a 0. It has good graphics (likewise to DI for terrain, but more polished to PC performance) and campaign/story - that is the good part. Now the bad: Itemization simple for monkey brain. Complexity and true skilltree choices that matter to make something special outside the box of what the developers intented to make as a build is missing completely. In the current state it does not even have sets, runewords or anything to do when you reached 100. The journey to 100 was ok, but the progression felt like you are losing and there is no anticipation whatsoever to get anything particularly worthy as item or reward when you continue the grind. It is also too easy, not only can anybody easily oversee the best choice to make in skills and points, but also there is no challenge whatsoever. Mobs need too long to die, while making not enough damage. I played to 100 HC in 70 hours and experienced everything once and killed it. I didnt have one challenge, where I died. The fixed hotkeys for the 6 skills, while having to pick, as intended for the developed build, a primary skill and set skillpoints in it, a secondary and so on, makes it just worse. People are given too much hand and developers thought for them instead of giving them itemization and complexity so the players can create something new, that was not intended before. Lastly I can say that the shop is just Diablo Immortal 2.0 . But this is not f2p. You pay 70-100 bucks and afterwards you pay 20 for battlepass monthly (when it ll release, ....) + many mtx , up to more than 100 bucks for the platinum package with almost 800% extra value. It is a joke and I rate it 4.6/10. PS: I have to add, that I checked the 10/10 reviews, which were there first and it is very obvious that most of them are paid or bots. Like amazon recommendations or anything is faked nowadays. You can often see that the blockbusters of all genres, which were released, all got 10/10 from these persons. Or they are just new accounts EDIT: NO HUD OVERLAY :D - yes in an ARPG Diablo , better skip this one EDIT2: lowered score from 5/10 to 2/10

8/10 for mobile game and PvE without paying a cent. 0/10 for PvP and MTX This game is pretty good. When you just want to enjoy a H&S PvE, this is the best game available on mobile and it is totally for free! Only in PvP you are forced to pay if you want to win. But no Diablo or any other H&S ever was about a balanced Multiplayer more so than Singleplayer. Anyway they still are doing great QoL updates and could potentially also transfer this to new PvP modes or balancing depending on the resonance. It is a 10/10 mobile game, and the best on the market among Wild Rift and Legends of Runeterra

This game has high technical requirements. Gollum is a very good game for the game it wants to be. You climb the whole time, move with gollum and have the lore around. It has better graphics, hard riddles and a good gameplay feeling. The story is LOTR. All in all great game, you could buy the hardware for it, but also playable on lower. Way better in relation to titles that get hype bot ratings.

really bad, doesnt come with a graphics update like competitors ff or wow do. Doesnt have a lot of new content. Still comes with the GW2 core gameplay: farm gold, gold for shop is everything. Doesnt give a lot of content which is without the shop grindable. Doesnt give any new gameplay, still all classes are button smashing, button smashing and more button smash. Strikes are solo boss raids now, which is great, but not in this game where the fight is nothing but stand melee and button smash. There is no sense into playing this game, it is only about grind gold, get some glowing skins and then be honored by your other gold farmers. It is basically a idle gold farm expansion, in a mainly ingame-shop-game with some minigames attached where you just idle and press 1-10

The game is good but not on Switch. It looks garbage while having low framerate. It is absolutely devastated on the Switch port. I would ve loved to put my money into the PC version instead

this is not a sequel. It is a worse and monetized version of the first part.
