I am really starting to hate gamers, another MASSIVELY overrated game. It's an OK game, maybe a bit above average for 2026, but this is NOTHING SPECIAL. The combat system with hacking is weird and there is no flow to it. Annoying levels with annoyingly to find loot. Boring basic 3rd person shooter. But they put some AI girl face robot in the game and everybody is up in arms how this is the best game ever. Story is supposed so great. Stranded with an AI robot in space, nothing special or unique about this "story" so far. It's not a bad game, not at all, but its NO WAY a 10/10 game. They commit the sin again to only let you play on hard if you already finished it, its only 10-12 hours of playtime, if you do annoy mod and item searches that are as basic and annoying as it gets it takes longer. I am usually not the person who judges by playtime but this is so average maybe it's a good thing It's over fast, but it feels cheap and low content if it's over this fast and most of your time is spent running around and upgrading at the shelter. Its really baffling me how gamers think some basic 3rd person shooter is peak gaming.

Graphically very impressive, camera movement and smoothness is really great, you would expect this after 30 years of experience. Have not finished it yet, but it seems massively operated. The game has nothing to offer that is original in any way. The "Classic" difficulty with limited saves seems completely pointless as you get spammed with save items, I always have 3-5 save items ready. The actual hard difficulty is artificially locked behind you completing the game, a SIN game devs keep repeating, and I HATE IT. The balance between "horror" that and action is non existed. Its 90% Grace and 10% Leon, I just now entered Raccoon City, I guess this is Leon's big part to even things out a bit, but I felt it should have been closer to 50/50. Puzzles are just pointless or annoying. Same old map to get items to get more doors open to advance. Blood mechanic seems rather tedious and nothing to get excited about. Difficulty is way too easy, I had ammo issues at the start, then it flipped, and I always find ammo, requiem ammo wasted, Molotovs wasted, did not matter, plenty of blood still unused, items everywhere. You can just hide with total ease form the big monsters. There is nothing really hard about this game. I would rather have it be actually hard and have unlimited saves. Leon sequences also way to easy on "Classic". Basically always enough ammo and heals, I think I never died so far or just once. I am not saying it's a bad game, but It's for sure not as good as the RE2 Remake (my fav). I fail to see what is 90+ about this. It's a good game, but why is everyone acting like this the best thing ever? Finished it now, essentially a piss easy "press button to advance story" game. No real challanged EVER, get damaged, press heal button. You always have a heal, its impossible not to have one. You can avoid enemies if you want to. No gameplay depth at all. Bosses are piss easy and boring as well. All this game has to offer is graphics. Gameplay wise RE2 and RE4 remake have way more to offer, actual challanging and action packed gameplay. I do not mind the mix of "horror" and action. But even the Leon parts do not have anything close to good gameplay.

Running + Driving sym. Tedious, empty and boring. I fail to understand why people call this a masterpiece. Go to private room - cutscene going down the elevator. Waling up - cutscene Showering - cutscene Going back up - possible multiple cutscenes - story flashes and going back up the elevator ... AND THEY FOR THEM ON YOU EVERY SINGLE TIME. Yes you can skip them but THE SAME **** CUTSCENES PLAY OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN, everything is tedious and annoying. Get into your vehicle, force watch a 5-second animation all the time. Fighting so far were absolutely laughable easy even on "brutal" difficulty. Boss battles were annoying and you can recalibrate multiple times??? Game is stuffed with overly long cutscenes with a weird world that does not feel believable and feels like weird for the sake of being weird. Kojima should make movies, he is friends with moviemakers, yet he still produces games that seem to just be an excuse to make hours of cutscenes. Graphically its fine, even the after a while you see the environment is not that impressive. The characters looks and graphics performance is pretty good compared other modern games. This is the most pointless "game" I have ever played. I hate modern gamers who like this. I hate how I actually kept playing this, I hate everything about this mind trick of a "game" that is a glorified "press button to watch cutscene if senseless, convoluted weird stupid story". And after you finished it, it feels even more pointless to build roads and mines? FOR WHAT? To you can make 1 or 2 deliveries on them to read level 5 to get an item you do not need. POINTLESS is not a strong enough word for this game.

Absolutely boring walking sym, no real gamplay so far. 45 minutes or so in and I am already bored out of my mind. NOT SCARED AT ALL! No ultrawide support, camara is often way to far away, takes away from teh experience. "Gameplay" so far is just picking up keys and one run away sequence that was boring and not scary at all. I think I played little nightmares 1+2 but I remember NOTHING of them so this is a testament to how forgettable these games are. Nothing exiting, just another iteration of the same boring ass game, supposed to be moody and scary because of visuals. The visually looks impressive but also boring at the same time. The game has not much to offer and I think its massively overrated. I already read in other reviews that its short that might me plus how boring it is but they are cashgrabbning the ending behind DLCs so you buy a game that does not even come with a ending after all the walking sym boredom. No story to start with, just you in the dark out of nowhere, no narration nothing engaging. Does not work for me, they made this exact game already 2 times. ZERO innovation or interresting ideas (so far and I doubt they come).

Absolutely horrible performance, worse than other UE5 titles, totally unoptimized. I have a 9070XT my CPU is not the bottleneck. The first medium-sized area fighting scene in the game has my FPS drop below 50, I can play other games, including UE5 titles, without upscaling. When I enabled FSR quality, the FPS gets WORSE! Something eats at the FPS like crazy in big scenes in this game. As always, this is a mix of UE and the devs faults. I bought a GPU for €800 so I can play modern games! Not have below 60 FPS. Humor is like written by 13-year-olds for 13-year-olds, but it's also very sexual, so I have no clue what kind of audience this is for, I am proud of not being part of that club. Game is piss easy even on hardest difficultly, gunplay feels basic and boring. Music IS OBNOXIOUS, absolutely OBNOXIOUS! If you turn it off, there are so few environmental sounds in the game that the game suddenly feels incredibly empty audio wise. 1 point for art style, can look quite cool in some places. But certainly looks cooler when you see in on video then when you actually play it yourself, does not look. I tuned the graphics down now from maxed out setting, and it's not helping! Total mess. I also had a bug where the game catapulted me into the sky, then I slowly fell down and landed locked into some building having to restart from last checkpoint. Then there are the "fans" of just look for a reason to get butthurt over some voice actor not being part of the game, this is the least of my concerns but also is very telling. The game just has nothing to offer but frustration and boredom.

Overrated game. Repetitive AF, 75% of progression is grind, build and luck. I like overcoming challenged where I know it's my skill. This game over is the exact opposite. It's about picking OP boons, having some luck and then button mashing. It creates a wonderful illusion. INSANELY repetitive. Only two LINEAR areas to go into! Nothing is really randomly generated, sure rooms and boons can be different, but it's always the same route, it feels exactly the same every run. There should be some randomness to it in a game like this, it's not! Weapons are very unbalanced, some are like 10x harder to play, Zeus is clearly totally OP. Chain lighting, blitz cast, aspect of Cercie staff, your screen just explodes and you just button mash. I fail to see why this is praised as one of the best games ever. For sure, it's addicting, but that does not make it great game design. Music is massively overrated, the Transistor Soundtrack was much better! People praise the game for making if "fun" to fail, and sure it does a good job "auto" progressing you as you fail as roguelikes do. But later on its becomes INCREDIBLY frustrating to fail at a boss NOT because of your fault AT ALL, just because you have another build that is way weaker. You dodge about as good as the last time, but you fail simply because you do not do enough damage. Not sure what is fun about the game when you know Zeus is OP and you made the 32 fear run with a OP build finally. There are still tons of things to grind for but nothing that makes me any powerful anymore.Forcing speedrun into fear runs I also HATE. I get this is a good game to speedrun, but I do not think it should be part of the fear system. Of course, you can not bump it up, but other things make it ever harder so you rather rush that having harder enemies ... do not like it. I do not like speedrunning, but the game basically forces me to be on the clock. Cool game, not saying its bad, just overrated. And this made me realize roguelike is kind of stupid in many ways. I get the appeal but its just illusion and frustration and REPETITIVENESS.

- Zero challenge if you start of the hardest difficulty. The make this stupid game design to lock the hardest behind competing the game, now after I played for 3 days I am not looking forward to replaying on ultimate AT ALL. Such a trash game design. - Fighting system totally DESTROYED from what was great in the badman games. 8 Abilities with superfast recharge times you can CONSTANTLY just spam abilities, order does not matter, just spam what ever is ready. Such a trash game design. Only kids who are excited about this being their 3rd video game would overrate this game this much. Such wasted potential. - World look good but very generic and repetitive. Nothing in this game I would consider true art, everything is like generic standard "produced" looking. - Game is HEAVY CPU bottlenecking and not properly optimized from what I read I am actually lucky with an "only" 6 core CPU. I read even on high-end CPUs the game is bottlenecked by the CPU, and It's painful to watch your GPU not getting fully optimized. Game goes below 60 for me when swinging down low through the city despite traffic and crowd set to medium. SAD! - Game is filled with woke trash, some art questline that feels totally out of place and only put in the game for wokeness, deaf GF for miles ... apology galore to MJ during the ENTIRE boss fight ... but I am NOT down raking the game because if that, just adds to the mess. The game could be much better with a "less is more" and an actual challenging combat system that requires strategy or reflexes and not mainly just spamming abilities. I guess the game is fun for kids because they feel like a god. Stealth is also incredibly overpowered, you can put web ropes to walk on EVERYWHERE and later perch web two enemies at once, it becomes rather trivial to take out everyone from above. I with I would know about the ultimate difficulty unlock b4, WHY DO GAME DEVS HAVE TO DO THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I like a challenge, but It's also just lazy just giving enemies more HP, for a good challenge the games system would to be reworked and balanced. "less is more" is something the devs never heard of. I purposefully upgraded HP always last, sometimes burst damage from the big symbior brutes killed me when getting shot at from all sides at the same time but boss fights were too easy with upgrades. Also the game punishes you with more easy game for actually doing sidestuff. Like rushing the main story would have given me more challenge without all the upgrades. Sadly another thing devs never learn. Always this bad old game design. Come up with something better, it's time. Do trailor an interesting and challenging experience for "hardcore" gamers to just jump right into.

Not sure why this game goes so much praise, yes it was pretty cool at first my as a long time game, later on it becomes EXTREMELY reparative and boring. I actually do not think that a building game is a very good for roguelike. I played 50-100 hours I guess, I do now even know, actually. I just know I was not finished, and I moved on to other games even there was still a lot to do in the game. Furthermore, I became tired of once again building a new settlement from the ground up. And he became rather repetitive and just based on what location you pick next and not about skill.

The entire game is unfinished, you can get to 500 population and level up your town to max with just ONE marketplace. But the radius of theater and temple are insane so it's clearly intended to build multiple marketplaces. You already "win" the game by just building a monument in a very unclimactic way. The entire endgame is totally discarded and slept on. And that in a game that is basically just a sandbox building game with no difficulty. And YES, this is exactly what the game looks like, tower on-off switching, the same stupid boring predictable a piss easy raider attacks, unless you taunt them on the military monument ... And the game lacks basics key and shortcuts its pathetic. No ENTER to confirm dialogs. Like after every fight 10–20 fences/gates broken, and I need to run my mouse one my one on my ultrawide screen from one edge to the other of the screen 20 times because these devs in all their wisdom spawn the windows on the opposite side and their position is NOT remembered. No button to "rebuild all buildings", no key to cycle through buildings, no overview screen for buildings, no shortcut for the happiness screen ... THIS GAME IS EARLY ACCESS STILL, they just LIED when they claimed it's ready! No key to put all towers on production on off, tediously with mouse only input to go through every **** tower all the time really kills the already boring endgame. The devs do not even understand the difference between FPS and refresh rate, do not expect anything from them. They also can not program a efficient game. The fact that you need a high-end CPU to play with a large population is insane for a city builder game where is pretty easy to get there, so you need to artificially limit because. No campaign, no challenges, nothing interesting happening, the same reparative stupid 5 different traders ... the same raider attacks like clockwork every 5 years or whatever the duck it is. But yeah all the plebs praise half-assed unfinished trash like this anyway. Gamers standards are to pathetically low, and It's proved once again. Glad I do not own this game. The devs claim you are not supposed to switch towers on-off the claim there is no machanic in the game to do this to "punish" players, yet they let them do it, its totally failed games design and it makes ZERO sense to have 80 guards sitting in towers doing nothing for 5 years until the next attack comes, operating at a loss and not having enough workers for no reason makes ZERO sense. Yet the devs claim you are not supposed to on-off switch towers and you supposed to just maintain them at all times. They have no clue about game design, no clue about game optimization, in fact they do not even know what the difference between FPS and refresh rate is, I notified them of this and they still not have changed it. I guess Unity lets you limit FPS and that is what you can do in the menu, but they call it "refresh rate" that is the Hz of the screen and I doubt Unity can control this or there is a mixup with fullscreen and windowed mode, the setting for sure did not make sense in EA and still does not in this "finished" game.

The game is so piss easy it's quite laughable. Even on the hardest difficulty, the "challenges" provide ZERO latest challenge. The economy in this game is so easy and simple and as soon as you have any dinos and a viewing gallery and shops you get flooded with money. You can make photos of your dinos at any point and gets ridiculous amounts of free money all the time if you actually do that. All the "Jurassic" (hardest) difficulty does is that it makes you take longer to finish the goal I guess. The campaign does not even have a difficulty to select from. This is a casuals kids game. The entire campaign is essentially a tutorial. It's especially boring if you played the last iteration of this game and actually want to get challenged, instead everything is even easier in this game. Sad, could have been a good game. Especially the 4th "challenge" shows you how easy the game is. You do not even need fences between dinos, just one giant area, release everyone into it and drop the ones that do not cohabitate far away on the other side, they form territory and mostly stay in their area without even needing to be fenced in. This map showed me how ridiculous this game is. Took me almost 4 hours to finish it, zero challenge, just draining and slow buildup. If you want a boring game where you can look at pixel dinos and build stuff just to look at it, this is for you. If you're looking to be challenged in any way HARD PASS this one!

Creatively bankrupt, cheap DLC for a game with ZERO innovation gets praised as a great game. Gamers standards are so pathetically low. I have seen people praise the combat and the parkour as "refined" or "improved". I literally feel ZERO difference to DL2. The combat could be way better. You need to spend HOURS playing, like 5+ hours to have some basic skills like the head stomp. The beginning of the game is frustrating and annoying on hard, then it gets piss easy when you get the hang again and level up a bit. You lose massive amounts of XP on dying and gets teleported half across the map if you dared not to unlock save points nearby. The there is no fast travel in the game and the quests send you all the way across the map on purpose. Done this already in 100 different games, run from A to B maybe to C and kill still and go back to A. The game has NOTHING to offer that is new in any kind of way. The parkoor has NO FLOW TO IT, in the city the roofs are so clunky and small ... the parcour had more flow in DL2 but at the same time I am glad this on cut down in the required parcouring. The head stomp finisher timing is ridiculously fast, as soon as the mode you can no longer get it, it's not fun! How is this "refined" in any way? IT'S NOT! And why TF is F to head stomp and not the kick button? If not get the stomp, you can kick them to death or trigger the finisher with one kick. The flying kick gets old and annoying fast as the animation takes too long, and you need to get back up. I used the grappling hook with a head stomp a lot later, at least you can consistently trigger it off, you kill zombies 1 by 1 easy this way. But It's not very either after you repeat it so many times. There is no survival in this game, and let me be clear I do not want a pure survival, but this is just anything stupid sandbox playground for kids. You get SPAMMED with all kinds of loot that looting becomes annoying AF after a while. ITEMS RESPAWN! This is so stupid. You get spammed with fuel so at least you can drive, but cars are too scarce on the world map. The driving is slow and UNFUN. The acceleration and top speed is SLOW AF. You basically can run as fast as you can drive! Horrible. The racing quests and so utterly generic and boring AF. I fail how this game gets so much praise, it's literally an overpriced DLC cash grab with nothing new. Having everything a bot more condensed and a supposedly smaller map is cool. But I really see not much difference to DL2 here, and people praise this as so much better? WHY? I give it one point for at least keeping me engaged because I have nothing better to play ATM. Night "survival" is laughable and was never a challenge, you just run the nearest save point and there are MANY, simply sleep and continue on day. DL2 forced you into the night for something, right? This has ONE quest that does this, with a save spot right next to it. Apart from story forced changes, there were never some kind of interesting chases or ANYTHING going on that exited me. So generic, so reparative. The enemy variety is laughable. The bosses are boring, stupid and unimaginative. Did almost all bosses on hard in the 1st or 2nd try. No fun challenge, no survival, this game is a sandbox zombie killing game. The story is cliché, predictable, boring, and uncreative.

Remember official approved critics are just the advertising arm of the gaming industry. That is why Metacritic promotes them and not real players. This is nothing but the last tiny cash grab, trying to squeeze the last bit out of a failed "game". Everything but the graphics about this game is worse than the first title that Iiked! This "enhanced" fixes nothing of this. The fighting system is atrociously bad, it's like 5 slow ass animations that get chained together by your button presses. The getting pushed to the ground animation is like a forced cutscene that happens in every single fight. The level design is not existent, the puzzles are bad and not fun ... the story is already used up by the 1st title where it's a buildup, and you only have the voices in your head at the end of the game, or they get more intense towards the end. This game STARTS with that, and I was already annoyed like 30 minutes in by the annoying "personalities" that are basically just 3 different voices that annoy you and speak left and right in your ears. But the most iconic and best thing to describe this game is one situation where I was supposed to craw through a house that broke over my head or something like that. The camera perspective was soooo unusual, so cinematic, and it transitioned me into this that from an actual in game cutscene I think. The cutscene was suddenly stuck, I thought the game bugged out, and it took me ages to realize that I had to press the stick forward to see a slow ass crawling animation, but it was actual "gameplay". This is what this game is, it's a glorified UE5 tech demo, it's a cutscene, it's something, but it's not a game. And anyone telling you this is an improvement from the 1st game is lying to you. Play the first game if you find nothing else to play, the fighting system is basic, but it works, the pacing is OK, the story is original and actually interesting. This game has NOTHING of that!

Sad, this game can not be appreciated more. YES it has performance issues, I personally have a good PC, so I do not have them, but I can see it. Especially the first area is very demanding and 99% FPS go quite low even on my system. YES, the game has frustrating typical souls like parts with having you fight status effects, cheap enemies that are placed to push you off the cliff or slow magic that does the same ... BUT underneath that is an AAA Souls Like that does look absolutely stunning, reminds me a bit of Wukong and many recent UE5 games look very good BUT this stands even out from them. It's fantasy, but the game looks VERY NATURAL. More so than Wukong and Expedition 33 (that looks very nice as well but is "beauty spammed" and very unnatural, and it has bad and basic level design.) Speaking of level design, it's VERY GOOD! I call BS on people calling it like a "maze". It's not that complicated, actually. It like the visuals feels very natural and fits very well together. The game has multiple hub areas with very fun exploration and a lot of shotcuts and aha moments when you find them. I absolutely LOVE the woods area, most magical, beautiful area I have seen so far. The fighting system is GOOD and brings some new ideas, feels polished and methodical and really AAA. I am a **** for Souls Likes and I played them all, the bad ones and the good ones and the one that are borderline or not actually Souls Like defending who you ask (Wukong, Stellar Blade). I honestly, despite its shortcomings, this is one of the better ones. I am not Chinese, but I am giving this a good rating just because I feel they deserve it. And the game is HUGE, it takes like 60 hours to complete from what I read. Also, no bugs so far. I hope they improve the performance and more people can enjoy it, just try to look past the bad parts, and you will find a very good game.

Ugly, buggy and no save function. Broken Arrow is indeed BROKEN! Game looks ugly. Unity is just sooo far behind all the mayor engines. It looks like toys. Ugly vegetation and popins for details, shadows, plants all over the place even on maxed out game. My game is hardlocked to 50 FPS, seems like a bug. My drivers are set to cap a 144 FPS and I set the game to 120 FPS cap and other values higher than 50 but nothing is happening. I have a 9070 XT that does not even get fully utilized at that FPS. When I died failed doing the first mission on hard I for to the screen where I was supposed to click "continue" or "restart". Clicking on restart does NOT WORK, I was forced to quit to the menu. Another annoying bug. The game has does not seem to have a save function so its no fun to play on hard and try to get a challange as you have to restart from scratch every single game with the SUPER EXTENDED boring **** ass mission beginnings. So the game already prevents me from really digging deep into it with these issues. I fail to see how this game gets so much praise. Because the ugliness and that fact that you can not save happens for everyone if they do not have the 50 FPS cap issue. Maybe It's because they did not test on AMD or something. Gameplay so far seems very basic, nothing innovative or especially groundbreaking so far. The game does not have any fog of war or anything that indicates where your vision actually is. You have to use recon units to spot that is perfectly fine but units can be right next to you in some woods and you do not see them, the issue is you have NO INDICATION to where your line of sight is, that makes it pretty annoying. Tutorails ****. Does not really explain how to play the game, you have to trail end error it. I also do not like how the game is so political and how Russia is the evil aggressor. Is the game not done by Russians? Or are they Ukrainians? The names in the credits all sound very Russian. I do not need current time war propaganda in my games. They display this typical distancing text about "all events are fiction blablabla" and sure they are, still it feels like it purposefully uses the current state of the world. If its function makes something up, invent nations instead of the USA vs "EVIL" RUSSIA BS. Voice actress for the female officer or whatever she is in the campaign is just bad. The males are more or less average OKish, but she just stands out of doing a bad job. It's awkward to listen to, and she sounds cheap and amateurish. Also, am I supposed to be a military nerd? Inits have no overview all, no description of what they can do. They are icons and categories, but that is it! There are 3 different infantry units with bazooka like weapons. Some are specific anti-air units, and you learn this AFTER you order them and the voiceover says "AA unit here" or something. Another unit is Anti Tank and I still now know what the 3rd is if they also are anti tank or WTF the difference is. Seems Marines can also shoot at tanks ... the game needs some basic overview of units when you order them. I am baffled why this game gets so much praise, sounds like bought reviews. This is an alpha version, typical 2025 games are sold in early access alpha state completely unfinished.

That went from addicted to annoyed pretty fast. This is This War of Mine 2 in space with LESS depth and filled up with WAY too many forced conversations that get annoying pretty fast and do not have much impact at all, if you answer all the wrong things your altars get angry, and you need to play with them more and watch more movies, but that is it apart from a very few key story decisions in the end. Anomaly destroying is just a patience game and silly and underwhelming. Music **** beyond one song. No dreadful and haunting survival atmosphere at all. This war is Mine did that better, especially with the great exploration music. Resource management seems very bare bones and people even ask you to switch work locations, so the game partially plays itself. It focuses too much on "story" but it just alters getting crazy or fed up with you. Movies you find are absolutely cringe and not funny at all, not that actually funny would fit a survival game. Play This War of Mine if you have not played it. The Fancy UE5 graphics add nothing to the game that you need. In fact, you can not move when the base is in a zoomed out state, always forcing you into an annoying very close up view. Certain visual effects from Radanium and anomalies totally tanking the FPS in an unbalanced way. At the game otherwise performs OKish similar to other UE5 titles. I kind of dread already loading an older save. So far I played the game on hard and restarted one time early on after I died because I had no radiation filters during the first storm, apart from that, if you have common sense and played War if Mine the game seems not very hard even on hardest difficulty. Some answers are not obvious and basically trail and error and the game weirdly claims you will have the same conversations again, when you will only have them again when you actually reload the game, completely **** it will NOT mark your answers you previously gave for some reason. Seems a silly system. The entire idea of Alters is not very compelling to me. Having essentially yourself with different haircuts and skills instead of unique and interesting characters. How is that better? They should have don't This War of Mine 2 with UE5 more challenging, randomness and more depth and not so many forced conversations every single day. Hub pylon ****. 5 pylons for just one hub that does not even at as a travel pylon at the same time. I tried to like it, but I can build 4 pylons and get the same value out of them. I used this ONCE because I was high above my base and wanted to connect to a pylon below, I only needed it for range and only in ONE situation so far. They should at least double as a travel pylon as well. Characters may get angry and one does a crazy thing, but the conversations feel bland and not very emotional at all. For people with this fate, the delivery seems off and not conveying that is happening in a good way. Not sure why this game gets so praised for all the things I do not see. Ah and the Endings are TOTALLY underwhelming and stupid. Your so called choices are not really there or barely change anything. I was telling my lawyer in the end I WANT TO TELL THE TRUTH. They game just refuses to let me do that. I was thinking there is like a scene in a courtroom coming and I will have the choice to tell the truth but NO. If you never ask the "fugatives to come back" It's still piss easy to do it without them in the end, especially on and 2nd run. Base building does not require ANY planning or skill, just put your elevator in a straight line and THAT IS IT! Reorganization is COMPLETELY FREE so you do not need to plan and can just rearrange everything at any time, so the entire base building is completely meaningless. And the kicker is, they made it even worse! You are actually forced to expand BEFORE you actually need the space because the organics tank size is somehow linked to expansion so you will have to expand to be able to move your based without you actually needing the new space at the time making the base building even more meaningless and unbalanced. Giant waste of potential, they start selling this for just 35€ because its not a AAA game. But they actually could and SHOULD rather turn this into a AAA game instead and charge more. Why are the areas for ressouces to huge? For one mining site that is always in the exact same position, making replayability stupid as you already know the locations. They could have randomized the location to at least make it a little more interesting. You also can only build one farm (I guess its good for balance) but the game never tells you about it. You just waste your ressourced building the 2nd only to find out you can not place it.

Could be the best shooter in the world. Reality is that is one of the most buggiest games ever. After 6 years the game is still full of bugs and serious issues. Every update brings new bugs into the game. You as a player are an ALPHA tester for a 6 year old that that feels like it has like TWO actual programmers work on it.After 6 years the game only had 3 maps and guess what for the relaunch they REMOVED all 3 of them. They removed skins people paid for because they could not be bothered to make them work. "Hotfixes" take two weeks. This game is such a bugfest and with every update there is a 100% guarantee for new bugs. The game had/has bugs in it FOR YEARS. reaction to community feedback is way to slow. This game is so severely mismanaged it hurts me to say. It had a lot of potential but they basically made the game worse over time. Weird changed nobody asked for all the time. Stupid perma "events" with the same boring reskinned items on the map or some new **** game has stutters now and frame drops even for people with **** core mechanic of the game is hearing people, the game is famous for it. Guess what they did with the last event, they gave solo players a cheat that you can not hear them.I could give you lists of 100th of bugs, not joking. The games dev cycle is worse then any early access game and its 6 years **** game is one giant experiment some amateur team at Crytek is allowed to play with or **** new UI shows they have learned ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in 6 years. The old UI was pretty bad but got some improvements over time that made it somewhat usable it its later stages 6 years in. Then in all their wisdom they come out with a new UI that is so absolutely terrible, buggy and unfinished that you really question them even harder then every b4. I called the bugfest or the relaunch because I knew the track record but they had time to prepare and announced this update like 1 year ahead. They did never bothered to test anything. Updated hard crashed people when they opened the map ... let that sync **** its now like 55 days after the mayor update and they only hotfixed the worst bugs. The game still stutters and the UI is still not fixed. Not even the most basic fixes. The last update was like a insult only fixing a few minor **** graphics in the 1896 only got better a little bit but the FPS took a huge hit for it. Having DLSS is a must now for me to use, at least it fixes the games horrible native AA.

After getting addicted to the game a few days I have to say I am disappointed. The game is too easy on hardest once you figure it out. Way easier then the first. Big fan of Unreal Engine but weird choice and implementation is VERY VERY demanding for no good reason, more so then many 1st and 3rd person games done in UE5. Even with lightning and shadows to low and DLSS to balanced I cant get 60 FPS where I get that in other UE5 games with DLSS on quality! Visually it seems to take style and visuals over gameplay, and that is bad. And I do not even think the game looks that impressive, they could just stick to Unity and have a more clear look. FP1 was more pleasant to look at and IXION even better, both done in Unity and run better and its all that is needed. You build in tiles, not really bad BUT you have to press a key to even see where your buildings are, you have to hover over your districts to even see where there start and end, its annoying. The city builds itself and the devs are super proud of this fancy dynamic city that builds itself based on where you placed things but its weird. Same goes for trails and skylines, it picks style over play ability as its not easy to see where you already build and it actually builds not where you place things but dynamically near that. Mechanics are flawed and annoying after a while. Massive illusion of choice as you are basically forced to just do what your factions demand most of the time on harder difficulties. I failed a few times figuring out how the game works but after I finished the story I finished two "Utopia Builder runs on hardest (Captain) difficulty and easy finished them both on the 2nd try after I figured out he map and resource limits and things. All the end game mechanics are totally meaningless and irrelevant. The game is decided LONG b4 that, its not really well thought out. And choosing different factions barely effects anything really. There is no "playstyle" its just tiny bonuses and things that you get at the very end when you already made it. The first and 2nd storm are the hardest, and the game is very forgiving even on captain you can lack every resource I basically NEVER have anything stored but as long as the deficit is not to high you are fine. Sadly if you really play the game for long you find out how flawed it actually is. Its very much like the 1st game, despite what people claim. Lots of things are exactly the game. Generator, fuel, heat, cores. It just feels more sandboxy and has a bigger scale and more mechanics that in the end give you way more opportunity to turn things around. In a way this is a good thing but it lacks serious fun challenge, its not easy but its repetitive, gets boring and annoying and the endgame is really filled with lots of things you will never need. Maybe DLCs and mods can save the game but probably not. FP1 on hardest was too hard for me actually, it felt like if you made one tiny mistake in the beginning it all spiraled to the end, it was too much like "turn heater on in that exact second or die" type of gameplay that was not that good either, but at least it was like constrained and thought out very well so it was actually very challenging. FP2 just offers so much stuff without giving it actually an opportunity to really shine. And overall I think the first game is better in both graphics (for gameplay) and the gameplay itself. Again UE5 is great but a game that tries so hard to look fancy that it ends up just looking confusing annoying. It took me a while to get used to it. The UI is stunning but also has like shifting elements after clicking it that are not very good for gameplay. Also why TF do I not get the generator view by default when clicking the generator? So annoying. Also the "switch between city/settelements key simply do NOT WORK, last patch 1.0.4, bind them to different keys, nothing happens when I press them. Its also annoying to sit through the annoying ass voting animation 100 times. If you just play the game for a 9 hour or some story then this is more for you but if you look for some deep engaging RTS this is sadly not really it.

This game is ART! Absolutely STUNNING looking, the love for detail and distinct style and architecture ... wow I am blown away. The are so many scenes on this game where you just go "wow!". There is literal art on the walls, and the levels themselves are art. Visually this is 10/10! Great story, great humor. Unlike some people are saying the English voiceovers are perfectly fine. Soundtrack is great for the most part, sadly a bit repetitive and some tracks get annoying after a while, but better then pretty much any other game that I recently played. No woke BS! Protagonist is refreshingly "dumb" (good reasons) and not some unrealistic Hollywood creation. It makes me sad that the game-play has its flaws and its too easy even on hardest. It will never happen but the game should get an game-play overall. This game deserves better game-play. You are just too powerful and you get flooded with loot and even you max out things you become like a almost unavailable god. The ability cool-downs are just too short, especially upgraded ones where the upgrade makes it faster. You can spam you 3 abilities. Still enjoyable but make sure you play on hardest if you know how to play a shooter with 3 abilities. Took me 33 hours on hard, with very few challenging sections, a couple of retries, with tabbed out time included to look up a few puzzles and stuff here and there, pretty much tried to look everything and backtracked sometimes. Could be much faster if you want to. I did all testing grounds but one. Just buy the game, the devs deserve it. Hopefully their next title has better balancing and gameplay.

Squeezing simulator. I am REALLY getting tired of this. I think the Tomb Raider remake invented this so you can look at her boobs from the side. Ever since games have been copying this and OVER-USING IT. This game is the worst offender I have played. You will be spending half of your playtime looking at your character squeezing sideways thought something, crawling slowly though some vents or below something. It really drains you. Not even boobs to look at while watching dude from the side. I thought it was a bad Dead Space clone, and it is, but its not actually from other people, its one of the co-creators with some people who worked on Dead Space actually. Literally a clone where everything but the graphics are worse. Its sad because the Graphics are stunning, but this does not safe the game. The game focuses too much on melee combat and that just feels unfun and awkward to use. It took me like the entire game to somewhat get OK at the dodge system. Glad I played on medium and not on hard as I usually do with games because it was forgiving enough to not get frustrated to much. The dodging system, even if you get better at it, is just not fun to use. There is no Plasmacutter or any of the original Dead Space weapons, YOU DO NOT CUT OFF LIMBS by shooting, but you can stomp on them and cut them off when they dead of the ground later! WTF is this, and get this abomination: They added a completely different game mode that is not the normal story mode where you actually can cut of limbs. Who ever came up with this brain-fart of an idea? But speaking of stomping bodies, one of the worst parts of Dead Space was copied, you need to stomp (or throw something at) corpses to get your loot for every single enemy you kill. Such an annoying pointless waste of time. Already hated that in Dead Space, why would you copy this? It would have been a better game if it actually were MORE of a Dead Space clone. Like more focus on shooting, better weapons, more action. Apart from the squeezing and crawling the game also slows you down a hell of a lot with forced walking sym sequences and lots of ground where you can not run on. The playtime is already pretty short, given how much you get artificially get slowed down there is not much action in this game. The stealth mechanic is poorly done and later on your meet enemies that can not additionally hear you, they can ONLY hear you and its pathetically easy to kill them. They are all balling next to each other you can basically duck and move slowly right in front of them and they wont do anything, they also wont react of you kill their mates (making sound) right next to them. It felt very poorly done and not thought out. Overall it was OK to get this free on Epic and play in through quickly but that is about it. Given how stunningly good the graphics are (yet kind of boring after a while and the later areas do not look as good as the early ones) its a shame, the game has A LOT of wasted potential. Not going though this in NG+ again or starting a new game mode just to be able to cut off limbs.

I feel guilty for getting addicted to this below mediocre generic game. Story is somewhat interesting and unique as I do not know a game where you play as a couple. BUT the game has so many flaws. The combat system at first feels clunky and it actually gets worse the more powerful you get the more boring it gets. Forget about parry, just button mash the same skills and dodges all the time. You basically do not take any damage if you actually learn to play. I played in hard and it was easy for the most part with some unbalanced spikes. The game does lack a fast travel from the map for no reason than to stretch the playtime. Way to few fireplaces, annoying walking if you to quests and exploration. Exploration just "rewards" you by making the game more easy. Typical stupid design flaw pretty much every open world has. Level design feels outdated and generic. World is incredibly generic. Same pieces all over the place. Can look lovely at times but there are many better looking UE 4 games out there. Badly optimized for a UE4 game. With DLSS on quality I play other UE4 games with 60-90 FPS. This one has many areas where the FPS goes below 60 for no apparent reason. Fireplace resting animations for example kill the FPS and many of the open areas have FPS issues. Exploration was relaxing at time and I did like 80%+ did all the quests FOR NOTHING. You most of the gear you find you will not use. I experimented with 3 different "builds" and maxed out many items for them only to find out they play all the exact same and there is not much of a difference, just more damage with different things but you spam all of them so it does not really matter. Fighting system is just overall bad. Exploration rewards hardly ever there, its just for nothing and tedious. If you play the game I encourage you to resits and just rush the story and adjust the difficulty to what feels OK to you. As for the sidequests. The are basically always the same, I was not very interested in this kind of ghost thing but for the main story it works. Sidequests annoyed me at some point and I just skipped the dialog. Always someone plotting/betraying someone else. Almost every character in this game is haunted by some ghost its so representative. Illusion of choice. My ending only showed one of two obvious outcomes the game may have. I will look at that after writing this but all the choices during sidequests seems totally irrelevant except one thing that you can do that the game tells you that was the obvious evil ending. For that it seems you have to sacrifice every single NPC in the game you can. There is ZERO repeatability in this and it would be pointless of the game would send you back into the world after ending because there is nothing to do anyway. Max out all gear FOR WHAT EXACTLY? Feels unfinished and generic. Yet for some reason I got addicted and sunk so many hours into this game. And I still was not even close to 100%. I an proudly skipping the most annoying tasks that make you shoot things that are very hard to find - NO THANKS. For what, some pointless stupid achievement? No you wasted enough of my time. Devs need to come up with something new. And lastly the game is WOKE AF. I was able to overlook it but its woke. Black female lead who is basically the boss. Feminist and woke narrative. She is the boss in the relationship, she fixed him. So many gay characters that feel totally out of place for this kind of timeline fantasy. "You cant cook" OF COURSE she can't. So many woke hints and dialogs if you listen for it. It was easy to overlook, was was not sitting here fuming about it, I judged the game based on the other things. So do not get me wrong, just for completeness - its woke!

I am a **** for Souls-likes (or Souls-lite as they call this). The game itself is pretty decent, looks great, combat has some depths to it but kind of feels a bot too much. It took me 40 hours to finish the game on hard with some annoying backtracking fro wood as I wanted to upgrade both my weapons (Judge Hammer, Flame Axe) to max. It seems the game has not easy to find or to buy resources to even max out more then 2 weapons. There is not even a NG+. I played in hard and its decently challenging. Heard people finished the game in half of my time. I switched to normal difficulty for the 1st and last boss. The first boss I was just tryharding and did not even try with the hammer, it was annoying to learn insane range, red attacks that you seem to need to predict instead of trying to shoot interrupt when they actually show red. Felt annoyed but later was annoyed with myself for not trying with hammer and learning some more. The first really trash boss was the 2nd Remnant miniboss. The boss area is covered with water, yet he makes some fire ring attacks where some kind of glitter follows that is hard to see and still hurts you. Sometimes I could not really see it on the water. Who came up with this crap? You can argue its magic but still fire on water with some stupid glitter that is hard to see. Annoying fight, especially the end where the spam takes insane levels. You just have to blast with granades, motar and whatever you have. I had a feeling for "less is more" at times. Some bosses can be kind of slowly taken down by Enki poison and you just circling them in a distance. Some are just so hard and so few opening that it feels like cheesing them this was and then all the explosive stuff the game gives you makes them stay on fire for long times. It makes it manageable but feels a bit weird. Compared to Ashen that took some kind of dark cartoonish art style the was like budged but has its own charme. This game looks more realistic, yet pretty generic, while looking pretty good (modern UE4). The last boss was absolutely horrible, managed to get him into 2nd phase after couple of tries but I also gave up on hard on him. Not because he was to hard, just because it was a fight I did not feel like learning. Absolute cancer to fights, locked on **** almost as much as not locked on for this fights. He seems to grab you mid air when he flys above you, shooting him while he glows red did never work for me when he did that attack ... just about everything about this fight is annoying and not fun to learn. Overall I would give the game a 6.5/10 maybe BUT lets talk woke infestation by Sweet Baby Inc. and them lying about it. Not supporting that! Its actually had lots of potential. More better bosses. NG+ or some way to actually max out more weapons at the end of the game. Not sure how much wood and sulfur I missed but I lacked those and maybe more. Could have easy be a 8/10 game with just a little bit more. But instead they rather wokeify the game and release it like half baked.

The usual recycling cashgrab. Was a good game but 20€ for a 20 year old game is too much. The changes are very minimal, better textures, better lightning and shadows, and they sill left some light sources static. There was not much effort put into this. Very basic remaster. Game looks almost like the original and that means DATED AF. Some even say the comic style comes across better in the org.

I just have to balance out the overrating a but.Graphics are only nice-ish. Characters, especially the ones you can create look kind of weird and ugly. Facial animation is wooden.Inventory management is HELL, absolute HELL. The game floods you with total useless stuff. I read there is about 800 trash items in the game. I literally need like 2 or 3 mods to make the inventory and selling trash not make me go insane. Game presents rooms with 20 containers to you you have to click all 1by1 and loot mostly useless **** in hope for something good. "Leather boots" with no armor rating that are just visual, clothes that have no purpose then to make you look ugly. WAY to much items. I do not like spending so much time in inventory. Party inventory can not be sorted, sorting is not permanent and as soon as you move one item its all messed up again so you have to resort all the time. Not fun at all. The fact that your inventory and weight is split among characters adds to so much useless pain that I consider a weight limit remover mod on top of my trash auto-sell and autoloot mods now. The stuff the game throws at you **** the fun out of the game for me I can not stress this enough. It feels like intentional annoying the player.Difficulty "Tactician" is more like trial and error then to actually learn to be "Tactical".Loading times are **** pathfinding is bugged, they sometimes do not follow you jumping. They run into traps, you have ungroup them out of combat to navigate traps sometimes, not very fun gameplay. Running into traps and then reloading is not fun gameplay.Seeing stupid Dice Roll screens that are slow AF and you already see early on that you passed it but you have to sit through the animations of bonuses all the time. You win 90%+if these screens anyway. This strict D&D stuff for a modern game is the wrong choice IMO. Could be done better, something that fits a modern game better.Game is woke AF but even if you like that it for sure does not deserve this insane ratings. Not saying its a bad game but its so overrated. Its a decent turn based party RPG if that is what you like you probably like that game but acting like this is the best RPG ever made is total delusion.

I feel really not good about giving this game a 1 without even finishing it. I really liked the 1st one, despite its flaws I finished it two times. Somehow the 1st one drew me in, even though there is not much of a story, at least its something new and there is a built-up to her voices. The 2nd one starts off with 100% voices in head. And 2 minutes in I was already annoyed, i have not played games in months I was so exited but there is ZERO evolution here if you no mention the graphics. I am a **** for good graphics and there were games were the visuals actually carried the game to a huge extend for me BUT I am getting SICK of these glorified walking syms and "movie" games. The 1st one kind of obscured the bad fighting system behind a slowly building story and you only fought later on. Here is basically starts where the 1st game ended and the fighting feels actually worse! Its so damn basic. And to get to fights you need to watch suuuuper long dragged out cutscenes that you can not skip. This is not real games, its a UE5 tech demo walking sym. And its lots the charm of the first one because you know it already. You look for some kind of evolution behind the stunning visuals and there is nothing there. Stupid perspective puzzles where I already ended up on YouTube after not finding the last symbol after running back and forth 5 times. This is supposed to be an action game but it feels they intentionally slowed walking and running down and make the cut-scenes 2x as long. So for one I do not mind it being what the kids call short. I read 7-9 hours and every hater of course claims 5 instantly. I wonder if its 7-9 hours of this, I fear it will, I may torture myself through it, but not in the way I am supposed to be tortured feeling with her but just thinking "when will this be over already.I really wanted to like it.

TLDR; Superb graphics, Great characters, Superb (banter) dialog, Great storytelling, Great pacing. I went into this completely blind. Just finished it a 2nd time. I barely know what Marvel even is, I am old and was never into that stuff ever. I did not watch the movie and thought I just try it out thinking its some superhero game. Turns out it is, but its about a bunch of lovable misfits and I loved it. The Graphics are stunning, the lightning, the colors the entire art direction is fantastic. Some planets/places look really alien and it has a kind of style to it that I can not praise enough. Its really colorful but without looking cartoonish. It performs really well and it one of the best looking games I have ever played. I think its a combination of the engine and the artists. I actually do NOT like movie game that are like "press button to advance story". This, to some extend is that but you can really feel this is AAA production and the people know what they are doing. I actually like the combat, even though its too easy ever on hard and its basically just spamming all your skills and with 4 team members and yourself they recharge a bit too fast, you can just spam them but its still fun. The pacing is good and, as much as this game is carried by great dialog and cut-scenes, there is also plenty of game-play and the balance is good. What really made the game great is he banter between the members, and the way you can participate in it or just listen WHILE you traversing through the level. Its so jam packed with banter dialog that there is hardly and silent moment and I really liked that, its like a 15+ hours movie-game hybrid. It reminded me of Mass Effect but this was done better. Other games should learn from it and not let you always just stare in characters faces when taking to them but have some talk during the missions that felt natural and barely ever repeats. I am really sad that there is no DLC actually, its a honorable decision and maybe that was actually the key to make the game as good as it is. Because its a well developed story with a closing. But there could be side adventures after. The gameplay might be to easy and simplistic but I do not think I have every seen a game make such a good use of it anyway and keeping it dense so you basically do barely notice or care. Probably will never play it a 3rd time but I preferred replaying it over other games I have installed and that means a lot. Ahh and also nothing woke in it from what I can tell. I wonder of they would wokify it if it came out in 2023.

ZERO innovation, its such a awe-fully uninspiring Fallout 4 reskin its unbelievable. New name for a game with NOTHING NEW. Boring loading screen sym. Boring and basic gunplay. Trash AI Absolutely soulless "Teleport from A to B" a thousand times "gameplay". No sense of exploration AT ALL. Everything is instanced and you never discover anything. You just open up your HUD and places are shown to you or you can pointlessly run around on empty planets. Performance is horrible as well. The "ultra" preset sets the scaling to 70%. Let that sync in. I can play Unreal Engine 5 games with 5x the graphics quality with DLSS on quality with almost double the FPS then this with my 2080 Ti. In typical modern games fashion turning down details gives basically nothing in performance. I basically CANT play this game in a reasonable way with 60 FPS. Like all the AAA games these does this of course is infested with wokeness as well but you can believe me or not I really do not need to down-rate this game because of this, the game itself is just complete 100% recycling. The same boring looting of too much loot, companions just act as annoying packmules. And a utterly annoying way to give them stuff. You first need to talk to them, select the option "can you carry stuff for me" and then you end up in a pointless screen where you AGAIN have to push another button to open your inventory to actually then dig down into the **** UI to select items. Its unacceptable for a PC game in 2023 to be this bad. And this is not some kind if new IP from a indie studio. This is the xth iterations of the same game they already made again and again. One of the biggest game studios on the world, bought by M$ but they do not dare to develop a proper PC UI. The UI it total trash, no grid system with a nice overview and drag and drop. Instead a oversized stupid console UI that just makes me want to puke. Its kind of mind boggling that they did not even improve ANYTHING and many argue they made it worse. If if this would be "as good as Fallout New Vegas" or some of the titles I actually liked back then I am not down for the game game again and again. I already passed on Fallout 4 because the graphics (style) turned me off and the beginning was so uninspiring and boring and I already felt I played this b4 in better that I just could not make myself play it. I do not even know why I had some hope for this game, its on me to think a new game name brings any kind of innovation.

TLTR: Unbalanced, repetitive, outdated graphics, gameplay not fully satisfying. 1st boss is very hard, but then I had a situation where he was like not moving and I was kind of below-behind him and it felt easier. When I figure out you have to assault and melee him he is still hard but I think its a bad decision to throw players in and give them such a hard boss at the very start. Baltheus is very hard as well, BUT for me the solution was not really that much skill but just the build. I went to a website looked up a build, did not work for me. Went to another website. Build with all plasma weapoins plasma handgun, plasma rifle, plasma rocket launchers and then I spammed it flying above him and made a few dodges and lots of panick dodges just to get distance and I beat him. Graphics are pretty outdadated and boring, even maxed out the explosions look like from 2 generations back, you can clearly see the they are 2d sprites that are too slow animated they look like trash. The world feels like dystopian scenario was just picked as an excuse for having super boring and bland level design. Even when there is snow it still looks the same. FROM had such great architecture in many of their Soulsborne games. This does not keep up at all. This is my 1st AC game, I do not know how he others played out but this is clearly inspired by Dark Souls. But its not really delivering. There is a dodge but it is not super clear and obvious when to dodge as you have things flying at you very fast and often simply moving is enough. The bosses so far (I am chapter 3) except the two I mentioned above were pretty easy and kind of boring to fight. All I had to do its constantly fly in the air while spamming my weapons basically. Not really 100% satisfied with the gameplay. Its fun to try out new builds, but going back into levels to looks for combat logs feels artificial game time streching. I kind of enjoy it anyway more or less because it give me parts and money. I experimented quite some builds an have many parts by now. My current build feels OP dual long range shotgun with a medium weight. I fly somewhat close and spam all my weapons. I do not need this to be Dark Souls, it clearly is not, yet I would probably enjoy it more it it was, again the combat feels it lacks something and is generally not challenging at all or it depends just too much on the build. All the basic enemies in the game basically provide no challenge at all. Sometimes in bigger levels you may run out of heals because tanking some thing seems just a part of the game. And serious game design flaws in the menu. Why do the sorting resets every time? WHY, WHY TF do I need to sort every single section in the assembly and the shop? Seriously! And then they reset it when I restart the game. Who came up with this BS? There should be ONE sort for everything and it should save. Hopefully the fix this b4 I am done with the game. I am not saying its a bad game but its soo much wasted potential and I clearly can not take this FROM fanboys seriously who give this 9/10 or 10/10, I am basically a FROM fanboy myself and DS3 is my favorite game of them. And again I do not need this to be more like DS but its just lacks challenge so far. That bulldozer boss had even its weakpoint ob top right? If you just always fly its super easy to beat. I find it too hard to see when my weapons are reloaded with all the things exploding on the screen, again I basically just button mash all guns and concentrate on flying and positioning. I it feels there is something missing, it could be better.

Why would you give them money for a eye cancer game from 1997 (addons and console, special versions excluded). I read its a free upgrade if you own the original, well at least I have to give them that. You can tickle your nostalgia with it in 120 FPS sure, but actually seriously playing it. The games size is not even 5 gigs. With all the campaigns the stuffed into it! That tells you it s **** lazy eye cancer game without even good res textures. And this gets praised as a "the definition **** remaster" by Ron in the reviews? Seriously they do not even call it a remaster themselves because its NOT it. It looks better but it still looks incredibly bad and not in any way comparable to any decent looking game, it does not have to be "modern" looking but this is just painful to look at. They did the minimum amount of work and just stuffed everything that was already made with one new campaign into the game. This is not a nice looking remake/remaster with DOOM Eternal style graphics and modern gameplay. Its a nostalgia eye cancer game with outdated everything. Outdated graphics, outdated boring gameplay. I can not imagine anyone having actually fun playing though all the campains it offers, as its the same boring AF gameplay from AGES ago. Maybe in coop 1 point for that. I am also pretty sure there are open source versions of various quakes out there that feature better graphics, raytracing and stuff out there.

The "gamplay" is NOT a XCOM clone as one outlet called it. Its not turn based, you can not position your squad members individually and the gameplay on the difficulty above normal ranges from boring to frustrating trail and error. There is no "strategy" to the gameplay. You may try to sneak but that is basically it. The same boring waves of alients get sent at you. The gameplay is spam granades and shotgun ability while walking backwards and if you have a long ling of sight you can use supresive fire or basically all at once vs the stonger enemies. The game boringly also warns you about every big fight coming so you can prepare and set up turrents and smart gun tripods. I mean it eases the frustration but it feels just boring. When the hive turns "hard" you bascially have to leave, the game tells you this and its true. There is basically nothing for you to strategize other then not runshing into enemies and healing when you ahve to heal and spamming abilites. I really am baffled by what people see in this game. Its just a boring trial and error that you may just get overwhelmed and have to reaload and setup a sentry or something to make it better not with some great "strategy" but just because you know what is coming. I am not even a super big fan or turn based combat but I really enjoyed XCOM. It has A LOT more to offer and for you to actually strategize and make decisions other then a to be forced to extract at a certain point in a mission. Then there is the fact that you can not rest when you have one guy injured in the ARC for whatever stupid reason, or its a bug. I also had a bug where rest was basically not available and I wasted wrenches welding doors for nothing. I think about not even finishing the game. The base also as no base building AT ALL so again NOT like XCOM at all. Some tiny similarities but a very bad game design poor mans version if it. Graphically is looks nice, but feels too forced dark. Wasted potential. It COULD be a great game but its for sure is not.

First of all, unless the games story ends in some morale that gov spying is pure evil it abuses the name Orwell to suggest that spying is good and needed to prevent terrorism. Some propaganda nonsense and quite the disgusitng irony to name a game after Orwell to let players to what he was exactly against. So on to the "game". I have not "played" that far, got it for free on EPIC. Can you actually loose? I have seen somone write that the game is basically a tutorial till the end. All you do is drag thing from right to left. What happens if you upload to much meaningles info like the favorite color of a person you are spying on, besides getting scolded by the "tutorial guy" who seems to be our handler througout the game. The highlight so far was a list of courses and I could thoretically read all but I needed to pick a specific teacher from the list instead of reading though all ... this is not a game, its more like a visual novel. And its boooring.

Its hard to describe why this game is sadly such a massive lost opertunity. The game is basically almost the exact same as the first one, except it looks and performs really nice thanks to Unreal Engine 4. They really did a good job getting stunning graphics out of it. The fighting system to me felt to slow and sluggish at first but when I got used to it it feels really nice. The problem with the game: 1. Weapon spam and auto adjusting level of everything makes the game kind of boring. Its mostly too easy, until you suddenly face a hard enemy but when you die you just respawn, no loading screen nice but the game lacks any real challange and is more like a arcade sandbox playground. But the world is not really open world and not big and interesting enough for that. You get spammed with weapons, selling what is in your "no claimed" items locker is a pain in the ass as you need to move it to normal locker and from there to your inventory and then go to the trader. This is so tiresome and annoying to manage. You just get too many weapons, like 1/4 into the game they do NEVER BREAK because you just have a entire wheel to switch to. Throwing them does way to less damage to be worth it. And the rarity system is laughable. You just get rare items on the regular demanding on how far you are in the story. You can level up your weapons, that makes you just sell **** to level up your weapons you like. Its more or less a pointless annoying system IMO. Characters are far worse then in the first game. The first game captured me so much more. Story is not funny, but characters are total cringefest cliche ones. You are too powerful. You have tons of deadly weapons, and later even guns that make it just a walk in the park. You have two things to throw and instead having them on 2 different buttons the game is so utterly stupid that you have one button to switch and one to throw. Who came up with the stupid idea. Its like mind boggling stupid. it feels like they intended to give you even more at a time. So and of that all is not enough you have fury mode that turns you into a total god that just kills everything. The game lacks the interesting or challenging things or could have to actually justify this power. But its more like a playground. Many different cards that change some abilities and damage and health buffs but look like more then they actually are. The game could have been so much more. Given the first game was more or less the same, a mindless zombie slasher that was just fun and not really challenging but for some reason back then it was just more fun. It maybe that I aged that ads to the that but ... i really find it sad this game is basically a worse version of the game with better graphics. There is no island! The first game had cars, this one does not. It took them so long to finish this game and its essentially nothing more then a graphics upgrade. Some zombies are immune to some of your weapons, a lost opportunity to make you actually force to use different weapons for different areas, enemies. its usually just one or two and you just switch weapon or kill them with any of your other OP things you have. They could have evolved the game into something more and of not that, at least make the story and characters better. The world looks way to pretty to be waste with such a mediocre game. Lets talk about all these locked things everywhere? WTF? I do not think I opened a single lockbox yet and I already finished the game and did some sidequests. I even searched areas. Speaking of searching, these stupid search ring quests get on my nerves in EVERY video game, but especially here. And you can not clear areas, the zombies respawn constantly so you well never EVER get your silence to search in peace for something, that I find a major annoyance for some of the quests you get. Its fun for a while the fun could last longer then just finishing the game. I do not feel like playing another character or doing boring quests now. I also had a bug that I lost "Emmas wreath" the weapon you get on the end of teh story and I read people call it the best weapon in the game. Apart from this the game seems relatively bug free and actually mature technically, sadly something that it less and less nowadays. Games often get released in a bugfest stage, apart from that bug I did not notice anything. Lets talk multiplayer: Why the F is there no server browser? I can only play with friends or just randomly just some game. If I do not want to play with one guy and leave and rejoin, it puts me in the game game again. I like the system that it puts you with people with your story progression and hat you both continue the story but you also should be able to join any game you like. This system is stupid. It seems to force people to play with friends or that ONE single game the game assigns to you at the game. BAD system. So not 2023! I think the original game did it better but I am not sure.

Does not even look that good, old game not worth replaying anyway, but NVIDIA turned it into a crappy advertisement to buy a 4090. This game is unplayable on my 2080 TI even though I played MANY RTX games just fine, most need DLSS, but that is ok with me. WITH DLSS on performance and LOW SETTINGS, this game is a UNPLAYABLE slideshow! Total trash.

This is for sure one of the better souls-likes. I do not care about the story or the at times cringe dialog. I recommend playing it on hardest and choosing gamepad layout C as a Souls player. I had my challenge with some bosses so far. Fighting system feels great and is fun. The backtracking and Side quests are annoying to me without a map and a quest marker. This game is not so serious, and therefore it should not copy all the souls tropes IMO. Imagine playing this kind of game without a gamepad and giving it a 0 rating because you can not rebind keys. Seriously! And BTW, you can use steam to rebind EVERYTHING, no need for the game to support it.

More interested in hyping up the game than to actually finishing it. Game is almost unplayable on machines where Witcher 3 looks and runs gorgeously. They tried everything in their power to HIDE THE TRUTH about the game from the actual games by things like not letting reviewers review the game on consoles, not letting them use their own footage of the game just their pre-produced marketing material! Absolutely disgusting. They now bowed down to the Chinese dictatorship banning Devotion of their store for a JOKE that would be perfectly fine in Poland and represent the values of society that at least still enjoys some freedoms. Absolutely disgusting move! Do not fall for them, they have become corrupt now. Not any different from EA, Bethesda or Blizzard (who also censored for the Chinese dictatorship)

I have serious allergies against censorship and SJWs and the devs decided to discriminate against me and ignore my group of socially marginalize people who suffer from the same allergies. Very disappointed that there is still this level of injustice in games in 2020! Download and play the original if you do not want to get attacked by this hurtful devs.
