I'm not going to support mobile game dev practices on PC/consoles. Remove progression walls and micro-transactions and it's easily 8/10 just like Origins was. But this practice of paying full price and then having your progress hindered to milk more money is cancer. We, as gamers, have responsibility over what we're going to play in the future. So we have to say it now or in 5 years all single player games will have slow progress and micro-transactions to speed it up. Let's make it clear to publishers that this practice must stay on free to play mobile market.

A brilliant experience built upon little scenes that make impact. The best interactive movie I've seen so far. And the only one that makes you, the player, one of the participants of the story. When I chose to raise hands in an ultimate gesture of peace, I cried. To me that was the biggest success of this genre.

It's neither masterpiece, nor perfect. But it's a game I can recommend to anyone who owns PS4 without second thoughts. If you ask me what PS4 games one should definitely pick up, God of War would be #1 on the list.

I was a Destiny player on PS4. It is a game you come to understand with time and if you check my Destiny review, you'll see I didn't like it at the time of writing the review. I didn't count a lot of hours, though, and I didn't have friends to play with. But there were moments when I felt the magic. I dropped in Destiny 2, I felt right at home. I played through the intro missions where you lose Light and re-obtain it, I felt the magic. Then it turned to MMO with unique Destiny mechanics and tricks. And I finally fully understood Destiny at that moment. However negatively active gaming community members will score this game, it will still attract millions of players who see that magic and joy of playing with friends and against them. This is a unique game, there's nothing like it on the market. It's either love or hate. You're either a Guardian or not. I became one.

While being cliched hacker story coming straight from the 90s, this is exactly why this game excels compared to its predecessor. Beautiful San-Francisco Bay, colorful and lush, multicultural haven where it's easy to see open gays as well as Russian immigrants who work in Silicon Valley and discuss drone races (in pure Russian!). At its core Watch Dogs 2 is still a typical Ubisoft open world game and has same flaws as usual. But this time hipster-grotesque hackers, deeply interconnected with real-world memes and popular culture, will make you smile a lot and think "yeah, this was totally worth it". That's a breath of warm fresh summer air in the middle of autumn that I believe many gamers will like. Just don't take it seriously. It's made for fun, exactly what those haxx0rz like.

It purely depends on your liking of setting. If you're into stone age, it will click. If you're into linguistics, it will click. If you like to find yourself in an ecosystem simulation, it will click. If you liked playing Warlock in World of Warcraft, it will click. If anything, Ubisoft shouldn't be blamed for lack of creativity. Building an interesting and engaging gameplay in stone age setting is no simple task. Bonus points for ability to turn off all UI and play like primal.

First 5-6 hours the game feels enjoyable. But when you want to dig deeper, there's nothing to dig. To that time you've already done and seen everything game has to offer. Building is atrocious. Props look horrible (will people REALLY live in those dirty shacks with holes in walls even after apocalypse? doubt it), snapping is horrible, controls are horrible and WASD stops working from time to time, fences hang in sky, corner props stick to wrong walls, and there's really no point in building except for the defense turrets. I don't even want to start talking about quests, characters and story. Other people have already said it multiple times. This is an emotionless piece of concrete that feels way outdated. When you look at other games which came 2014-2015 you see castles, mansions and cute huts. When you look at F4, you see dirty shack with holes in walls and rain coming through the ceiling. Bethesda... Bethesda never changes.

Besides exceptionally smooth shooting and control mechanic which makes PvP fun to play there's nothing. No story, no progression, lots of childish game design mistakes, and tons of repetitive grinding. I've been expecting next big sci-fi game, and I got this. I suspect Destiny has been through development hell and Bungie had to cut more than half of the game to simply release something playable. More ambitions = less results.

This is probably the funniest game I've played in months. We've started to forget, that games are meant to be fun, only Nintendo seems to still remember it. Any game that's been out in recent years demanded something from player, you had to continuously struggle against it. Destiny is a high point of this stupid trend. But this game is not. It pure fun, no less, no more. Absolutely love it, switched to it from BF4 and Destiny with no regrets.

It's nothing special, but it's not THAT bad as many journalists say. And it's quite challenging in a good way. Because, you know, Dark Souls showed us that a game should actually kill you, and do it often.

So much self-copying, a huge step back from BO2 in terms of gameplay, storytelling and direction. BO2 had amazing level design which lots of options, where is it now? Weapons are ****. Stupid dog which does not do anything gameplay-wise except pushing you out of cover to enemy fire. They even put a tank battle trying to copy what BF3 did, but resulting in what I hated in Quake 4. Yes, damn it. It felt like Quake 4 hence Raven took part in development. Just a damn shooting range. Idiotic story, stupid mute character and completely dumb gameplay. It's the first CoD game in which I'm so disappointed. Even MW3 was better. IW should be closed for good and Activision should give franchise to Treyarch so they can give us a decent game each two years. I'm not even going to talk about multiplayer. One does not simply compare that rotting **** to what DICE did through past 3 years. P.S. Lol, South Americans? They look like Russians who speak spanish. Really, I mean it.

A mix of the worst game design decisions in first-person shooters for last 10 years. Even Call of Duty manages to deliver better SP than this. Damn, even MoH 2010 SP was better in some ways. MP feels boring too, not much difference from 2010. I don't know why EA tries to "re-launch" MoH franchise and makes same mistake a second time. If you want to re-launch, make at least decent game, not this crap.

I can praise only visual style (however there's too much of a bloom and lighting is bad) and main music theme by Skryllex. Everything else is horrible. Interesting thing is it's actually mediocre on "easy" difficulty and absolutely horrible on "normal" and "hard". Outrageously repetitive non-challenging stupid gameplay (go to next same-looking-room, kill 5-6 waves of enemies, repeat; I know, it's shooter, but "action" is then _something_ happens, not just waves of enemies swarming you). The only good thing in the whole game is second boss (jumps around and shoots rockets). He was fun and interesting. Everything else is just awful. I thought I was playing oh-another-fps-from-CITY-Interactive: no story, tons of cannon fodder. Oh, and "upgrades" and "DART overlay" are absolutely useless, you don't need them at all. Actually, this game had a great potential, but it was wasted. If they'd spend another year or so, it would be a good game probably.

It's Star Wars game and it's slasher. As a fan of both I don't need more. But still I don't like playing horrible games. Fortunately TFU2 is good. It has nice visuals and sound, fast combat and good controls. PC port is much, much better than of the first game. Yet... The game is repetitive, very repetitive, and surprisingly small. 4 hours on normal and then you have no reason to replay. May the Force be with you, Lucas, and better luck next time.

Spectacular! Graphics, music, sound effects, design, levels, monsters, characters. Everything is made extremely well and combined tight and solid. Nice and original setting, non-repetitive gameplay, a lot of combat, simple yet fun puzzles, awesome voices and dialogs. I just can't stop playing. And there are not too many good slashers on PC. Worth every cent.

Very fun indie game. Simple and common gameplay mechanics (used in many japanese games, i.e. Princess Maker) makes the game even better. Nice and beautiful visuals, cute characters, lots of stuff to buy and sell. Some parts may feel a little repetitive, but it doesn't hurt good atmosphere. Btw, the game is bigger than it looks. So... Capitalism, ho!

Good story, bad gameplay. That's it. It's like Metro2033 that had same problem. Mafia 2 is good as movie, but as game it's awful. Still, I suggest it's nice buy for fans and nostalgic gamers.

Polished, balanced and very detailed game. Everything is just good. The only problem is that SC2 is very repetitive and old-school. Nothing really new comparing to the first game. Anyways, it's a new cybersport discipline for a long time now. That is what Bliz aimed for. If you're nostalgic - buy w/o thinking. If you're SC1 multiplayer fan - buy w/o thinking. Others probably will be disappointed. I would prefer something where more thinking and less clicking required.

I can't believe it's IO Interactive. More like CITY Interactive. K&L2 is like a horrible shooter from Poland. No story, no gameplay, no scripts, no videos, no damn ending scene, NOTHING at all. Total waste of money and time. Don't buy it. If you never played K&L - then buy first game, it's so much better than this crap. P.S. Oh, and crappy fullscreen effects blow your mind - disable them and see awful graphics, which is worse than in K&L1.

Singleplayer ****. Multiplayer rocks. But it is not an old good BF2. It's more console-like casual team shooter. But that doesn't mean it's not fun. It is fun. The problem is the game has too many PC performance and gameplay issues and bad support from developers. Patches are coming out very rarely, and you have to fight against enemy and against technical issues. However this game is awesome, and anyone loving team multiplayer FPS should buy it. But if you have console, then I would recommend buying for console, because console versions don't have so much issues, just keep in mind that experience will be very different from PC.
