Im not saying its my favorite game ever, but its definitely a perfect game in all possible ways consider it’s proposal.

This game has it all. Really. Playing it is fun, challenging (if you want), engaging, relaxing… Multiplayer versus mode is also a nice addition. Can’t think of anything to complain really

Game is mid. Lacks challenge and variety. Gets boring very quickly. The final parts are fire, though. Pauline looks cute but is annoying at times; specially in the beginning. DK looks and acts like brain damage, with his tongue sticking out and crossing eyes. Super weird and out of character. Music is hit or miss. The “Banana!” “cutscene” is super annoying after hundreds of repetitions.

First, some context: I’ve played Pokémon Blue and Crystal when I was a child. Some months ago I played Pokémon Violet. Pokémon Legends ZA is the most fun I ever had with the franchise. From the new battle mechanics to the “deep” character customization, everything is better and more engaging than it was in my previous experiences. Does the game have modern and impressive graphics? No. But it looks fine to me. On contrary of other opinions, I really enjoyed how focused this game is. I understand the desire to more immersion elements (like entering houses, for example). But would it really make it a better game? I don’t think so. Legends ZA is a polished, fun, addictive and engaging game. I highly recommend it to anyone, honestly (couldn’t say the same for Violet, which would be a 5,5 for me). Now, could game freak do better? Definitely. Does the game feels like made by a small studio? Definitely. But I’m judging it for what it is, not for what it could be. Also I’m judging a game, not a company.
