This does not feel like a "celebration" of the history of Batman. The game starts extremely slow, the prologue just to get to the main story takes over an hour. As a big fan of the DC Comics universe, I am disappointed that this is so myopic. It's a generic Batman story with some Nightwing and Batgirl. To be a real "celebration", I feel like they should've took many eras and jumped around points, creating a thru-line with narrative. Some year one to Bruce taking in **** to some time with him as Robin, see him quit and become Nightwing along with Jason as Robin, to Tim and Knightfall to Damian... Bruce's relationships and how it all harkens back to his trauma.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga takes everything players loved about LEGO games by TT and throws it out the window. 80% is walking! Walk around levels doing bland "puzzles" that a game 20 years ago did great, cutscene, walk to next objective in open hub world to do more walking to the next cutscene. With 19 bland open worlds where you can collect 1200 Kyber bricks by breaking a wall down or shooting a meteor. With a character rosters of 380 where Finn has 10 different variants! I am floored that this game is acclaimed by fans and critics, this walking-to-cutscene simulator where you do one press "puzzles" and panels.
