Only reason its a score down is because I **** at FPS games.
Amazing presentation, the art direction is so good that some games that came later in the same franchise look worse compared to it.
This is when Ubisoft reeeeally started printing out them bills.
Yearly releases with minimal movements in the story.
Gameplay is mostly repetitive and the parkour was still a bit rigid.
The cutscenes are immensely well done, performances really sell this one.
Combat is a bit annoying, gotta get used to saving and loading a bit too much.
I can excuse the ancient gameplay tho, it has arguably the best story in gaming generally speaking.
I have plenty to say about this one.
PC version is surprisingly ass still to this very day of the written review.
The immense amount of mods barely save it.
Its lacking in many features that SA had due to the engine switch, which tends to make the gameplay a bit more repetitive then it used to be.
BUT, with that said, technologically speaking when you compare IV to SA it is a huge jump in every step of the way.
The story is more gritty and genuinely depressing, despite it having some of the worst Yugo (BCSM) language dialogue ive ever heard.
The updates for the game through the years have also degraded the games quality by Rockstar removing so many songs due to licensing that the best radio station (Vladivostok FM) went from being an actual radio station to a damned playlist **** total of 3 songs?
Hard to love it when it has so much going against it but hey, what the hell. The physics alone are an achievement.
The writing is a bit wack.
The Enclave in particular are written without much care, and the Brotherhood went from techno crazies to this "army" of honor and saviours of the wasterland, or whatever.
Without Fallout 3 nothing afterwards wouldve happened tho.
The gameplay and the world is interesting to explore.
DLCs are bit of a hit or miss situation too. Mothership Zeta is just ass.
Feels great to play.
Looks amazing for it's time, and the music in the game kicks ass.
Bit over the top in the cutscenes but to be fair, the entire game is like this
Back when I played it, used to be far more wrecked than it is now.
It was stuck in a sort of early access for a bit too long.
Later updates weren't entirely interesting.
But I respect that it brought a cool new genre of shooter in the mix.
Very cool idea that oversaturated the market for a while.
i love fortnite i love fortnite
Played PUBG a bit more tho.
Making the game free but the skins inside to cost money, is an awesome tactic of pulling more people in tho, insanely clever.
For that tactic alone it gets a 10
They needed the cash all along!!!
This is what everyone wanted all this time. Feels like 3 awesome games packed into 1.
Just missing the mod support for the OG Gens.
Classic Sonic's controls are still not Classic despite the name...
In this age, the capitalists seem to have started competing who can **** out the cheapest product with the smallest amount of effort.
Not a single redeeming quality.
