After completing the main story, I am both satisfied AND raring to go back for more. The ability to change camera perspective at any point REALLY helps to make things feel fresh for however you wanna play. I played 90% in first-person, but some sections just felt better in third-person, so being able to switch was just awesome. Gameplay is sublime. Best it’s ever felt. Both, the gameplay and the story feel like a distillation of every Resident Evil that came before it, all in one package. I’m blown away by the quality of this massive game. It’s also the most scared I have been while gaming in a long time. I didn’t find RE8 that scary. Do not wait for sale. Buy this game at full price so that we get more of them. -Lifelong RE fan

As someone who knows the ins-and-outs of the original. I’m very happy with this. I REALLY hope we get the second game (with co-op) remastered, just like this one.

This is as fun as the best Mario games. I went in skeptical, but it’s impossible not to be won over by this absolute joy ****. Tight and precise controls. Joyful atmosphere, bursting with personality. Addictive gameplay loop. Really fun pickups.

Some of my favourite childhood games. I purchased this collection on Switch and PS5. The fact that it improves on perfection AND packages it all together (WITH TROPHY/ACHIEVEMENT SUPPORT!) is crazy. All of these games sell for hundreds of dollars now on DS. Getting all 3 for ~$30 is just wild. Thank you, Konami. This makes up for a lot. lol
