This was one of my favorite gaming experiences of all time. The only conflict you encounter is the environment and the worlds are beautifully built. The game itself runs super fast with zero loading. If you are on the fence, give it a go. Be patient and have fun.

I've played all of the souls games and enjoyed them immensely, even Dark Souls 2. What I enjoyed most about them is finding cool weapons, exploration, and the co-op features. Night reign has these but is in overdrive. The time restraint can be stressful and the often fruitless hunt for just the right magic weapon. It really does seem to be geared especially for more advanced players, which is a good thing IMO. I might check it out when I upgrade to a ps5.

Found this game looking for pS4 local co-ops, and I am totally blown away. At first it seemed simple and potentially tiresome, but after figuring out some of the seasonal changes and all of the details - it has become my favorite. The graphics take me back to Loom with amazing animations and the score is so well done in capturing the feeling of the ongoing environment changes. My girlfriend and I played it for three hours straight the first time.

Amazing multi-sport experience that has you navigating the mountains by board, ski, wingsuit, para glider and other stuff if you cough up more money. Everything is on point here. My gripe is that there is content that appears in-game (like the sled) that is not playable unless you have or buy the expansion. This trend belongs on smartphone apps. It's a real bummer, dude. The controls are great I thought and found it very easy to win gold medals left and right. I'm a really awesome snowboarder I guess.

So, you want review? Want a game with zero grinding or annoying side quests? Want a game with almost zero dialogue? Zen out with the almost kid friendly boss-climbing masterpiece. When other fantasy games get you lost in some kind of narrative- SOC leaves a lot to your imagination which I found to be similar to Dark Souls. Yes there is a damsel in distress but it's no big deal. The difficulty level on this game was not high. The graphics here are super. REALLY SUPER. Ride along cliff sides and peer down to the water falls below. Relax, you will never be attacked. You can fall off cliffs and die however. SOC provided a very memorable game experience that I will not soon forget.
