The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask10
Mar 7, 2025
Time Travel in Zelda is unheard of! Well at least at the time of this game's release it was. The game is beautiful the game has a deep story for each of its characters, it makes you feel like you want to invest the time to enjoy when the characters have something to say as every impending doom lingers overhead. Deep connections through and through, the dungeons felt unique and inspiring and overall fantastic to play. The laser focus on the time commitment is and still is a fun challenge to get through. No Ganon this time around which made the plot more enjoyable as an overused bad guy can sometimes be a hindrance to the game's story and level design. Pros: Deep Character Connections
Excellent Dungeon Designs
Amazing OST Cons:
none

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker7
Mar 7, 2025
If Exploration was at the top of your list, I'd recommend learning how to swim first. Wind Waker proves that shell shaded graphic doesn't automatically make it worse. Coming off of the space world tech demo the game got a fairly negative response at the time it was shown off as people expected gritty graphics. Wind Waker is one of the games that sets the story and its pace to a halt when it comes to wanting to find the next thing in the story. Its overall ocean aesthetic doesn't bode well with what I expected and an overarching travel time doesn't make the quest to defeat Ganon any more enjoyable. Pros: Good Graphics Funny Dialogue ~
Cons: Story drags Travel Distance elongates buffer time over gameplay

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess9
Mar 7, 2025
Unexpected ways lead to unexpected territory. Twilight Princess is one of those games that sets its tone even before you begin the main story. Alone by itself, the title screen gives off a sense of importance not seen since Ocarina of Time. It delivers on the expectations of being one of the better Zelda games to come out of the series. The OST is right on par with OOT as a contender and offers some good dungeons as well. A slight negative here for me would be needing to traverse as Wolf Link more than regular Link which gives it a slight shortcoming as it stands. Pros: Excellent OST
Good Dungeon Designs
Great Story
~ Pros: Wolf Link is too much
The intro slightly overstays its welcome 9/10

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword8
Mar 7, 2025
Skyward Sword is one of those Zelda games that sets a new standard for how the player plays the game, both literally and physically. Its pacing can be a bit bad at times having to redo the imprisoned fight multiple times, but, the dungeons and their set pieces blow the redone fights out of the water. The entire OST is also amazing throughout, really feels like an adventure is taking place, whether mysterious or a sense of danger is approaching. The other negative thing I'll add is, having to use Motion controls. Now granted it's part of the game's overall design philosophy which is understandable, but, sometimes it gets in the way of enjoying the game outright. Pros; Good storytelling Excellent OST
Amazing Set Pieces ~
Cons: Redoing Fights
Motion Controls I give Skyward Sword an 8/10

The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures9

What an amazing experience this game offers from front to back either single-player or multi-player, there is fun to be had with this game. The overworld and its levels are amazing, its choices to make certain decisions at certain times feel like a back-and-forth chess match with yourself, trying to discover every little nook and cranny in each level. Comedic dialogue improves this game as well which offers some needed stress relief. The music is banging and spot-on. Granted it takes from A Link to the Past, which is also a banging soundtrack in and of itself. I highly recommend this one if you're looking for a neat get-together with friends or just want to explore solo with 4 of your clones. Either way, this game is absolute cinema.

What can I say other than it's the best 2D Mario game I've played in years. The visuals are top notch, and the transformations are crazy. The level designs are fluid and feel nice to play and replay. Having online ghosts to help out, make the experience elevate to new heights, it's like couch co-op without the couch. The music is really good, it makes you feel like you are in the correct place at the correct time. It's a must play if you enjoy Mario in the 2D environment, you won't be disappointed. 10/10

why just why. I don't understand the hype, and maybe it's just bad timing, but every time I watch someone play this, its looks extremely boring. The dialogue means nothing, and the character look bored as all hell when engaging with NPCS. There is no way the hype can be this strong, for something so off putting. The character voices don't even match the characters they portray and makes liking them even less possible. If you enjoyed old-school combat from FF, do not play. 0/10

Why? It's almost disrespectful at this point. It's as if a fever dream was a nightmare. Please release me from this pain. It's like being brutally stabbed in the eyes, except its 5 FPS and you can feel all 5. Real-Life looks better than this and I'm not even joking this time. Trying doesn't even describe this hideous game. If this is trying, I've been lied to. 0/10

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge10
Jul 16, 2022
Absolutely amazing experience to see and play. The characters are back in that '90s style beat'em up which reminds me a lot of Turtles in Time. Turtles in Time on SNES was amazing and STILL is. Shredder's Revenge revamps the experience back in the modern era and brings you back to playing Turtles in Time all over again. All the enemies & boss designs are amazing and bring each of their own unique challenges. The Soundtrack is quite something, I've had to of heard it all the way through at least 10 times now equaling 10 hrs overall (roughly 1 hr). Highly recommend a purchase of Shredder's Revenge if you desire a classic Turtles experience in the modern era with a banging soundtrack and amazing fighting mechanics. 10/10

I would rather spend my time getting refreshing sleep and or taking a nap than play this, honestly very dull. I don't understand the appeal of these types of games, there is no real objective, and once you complete 'something' it feels very dull and unenjoyable. Each subject takes forever, and most of the time you end up with nothing earned or gained, a waste of time and effort for the player/players. Only purchase if you meet the following conditions: Bored Hate Yourself Worked 12 Hrs for 5 days a week Want to get absolutely hammered and possibly overdose Would rather solve crossword puzzles Would want to get hit by a car *going 5 MPH* Cry Be Angry at family/friends Dislike Life Would rather drown in your own tears Would rather go #2 for as long as it takes to finish 1 session

Fall Guys feel like molasses. Fall Guys feels like waiting at the DMV, and then the DMV closing and you were the last in line. Fall Guys feels like getting glass stuck in your leg, but, leaving it in and bleeding to death. Fall Guys feels like taking a **** but, wiping is optional. Fall Guys feels like driving to McDonald's and asking for a square burger. Trash game, Trash Gameplay, Trash Mini-Games

Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed1

the game is horrible. The physics are asinine, and bumping into anything feels like trudging through molasses constantly. Honestly, I want a refund. Pros: None Cons: You spin out and absolutely just get turned around, then you wind up in 10th for no reason You can't see if anything is being thrown backward, and you are just driving blind the entire time hoping to just finish a race in a decent position. The stats are complete trash on pretty much any character you play, and the game asks to mod them, shouldn't have to, should just be stats that make sense like seen in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. There's no hidden tech that makes it fun and exhilarating to come back and play. Stunts don't work half the time you try and trick over them, so what's the point of having them implemented. 1/10 on entertainment 1/10 on gameplay 1/10 on controls horrible all around.

Star Fox 641

Star Fox 64 oh boy where to begin. Well as it turns out Foxs can't drive, seriously when is the last time you've seen a fox steer a plane or whatever they are called. Rumble Pack? What exactly is it rumbling, the only thing rumbling right now is my stomach, I haven't eaten yet today because I got so mad at this game. Laser? - But why, and when are they needed when you got ... Bombs - HELL YA BRUDDER KKonaW Braking? - I wanna go fast, not slow. Boosting? - Damn right Fly Straight? - More Like Fly under the radar Peppy - AWW MUSTID, YOU GOTTA PUT A LITTLE SEASNIN ON DAT THANG. Slippy - Sliders Falco - F U is what I wrote in 2nd grade, got sent to the time-out corner on a metal chair. Wolf - on Wall Street Plastic Utopia is better than this game that I can attest, but, I do know it beats out the rest. For now, I depart, while I go to malo mart. This is the end, but, I need to first go around the bend. It's not easy, but, I do know it seems cheesy. Just because you won't doesn't mean you can't have a boat. Trees are neat, but, I bet you can't handle this sick beat.

At this current time, it's a game that was way too overhyped. I'd rather play a more respectable game like Bugsnax. Just saying, Bugsnax, a game designed for 5 yr olds, still makes this game look lackluster. I'd say I'm more amused with all the problems this game has rather than being disappointed with what was produced.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time10
Nov 4, 2020
Crash 4 is one of those games, that shows that making a game hard, does not automatically make it bad and or unplayable. The difficulty factor gives a new edge over any other newer game in today's market. The game has a way to tell an interesting story from start to finish and keep the player engaged at all times. The new game mechanics make it a memorable experience, and I would easily recommend it to anyone that wants to get into the Crash games. The movement, it is also enjoyable, the classic slide into the spin move makes going fast fun. I am an avid fan of Crash 3 Warped, and Crash 4 set my expectations through the roof. 10/10

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe1
Aug 11, 2020
This game is a lot worse compared to it's Wii U release, and the luck factor that comes into play even makes it's a worse experience. Unlike the Wii U version where skill was a factor, luck felt more reasonable. $60 for this? no, no more like $30 maximum. For someone who played A LOT of the Wii U version, I can tell you that, this is not any better. If you still like Mario Kart 8, make sure to keep the Wii U version and dump the Switch version entirely. Coming from someone who spent all their time on the Wii U Version (13K) it's recommended to skip this.

Horizon Chase Turbo10
Nov 28, 2018
Horizon Chase Turbo is really fun and exciting racing game that gives the classic arcade retro racing feel. For me personally, I would say that this game is really fun, it has no crazy gimmicks kind of like top gear 3000, but it brings back the top gear 1 and 2 feel right away, which brought a smile to my face. If you are a big fan of retro racing games and don't mind a long game (roughly 15 - 25 hrs) ( 2 - 4 hrs per session) then this is the game for you.
