As a gamer who enjoys the idea of choice in games, I was expecting a much different storyline to most other zombie games and I came out disappointed, there is nothing extremely bad in terms of gameplay and story in this game, but there's nothing amazing either, it just results to too many genre cliches during the half, while the second half simply starts to drag the simple idea of transporting someone from point A to point B, in the end, graphics are quite good, gameplay is average though puzzle solving and platforming sections are nearly exactly the same every time in a different area which is frustrating, another criticism I have is the ending, it left me speechless, but in the wrong way, I couldn't tell weather the game was good or bad after reaching the ending, which just felt like I went in an entire circle and happened abruptly, it wasn't a bad or good ending it was more like a stalemate in gaming, in the end, if you're looking for perfect. the first half-hour will be impressive, but the rest of the game, simply became an exercise or predictability, sudden and annoying combat and a story that tries to invest you emotionally, but worked more at the beginning then it did in the actual ending, in the end, I am waiting for the day when games like Spec Ops, The Walking Dead and the new Tomb Raider are combined properly without any problems and choice that affects the story, not just the combat, In the end, an overrated game, but not a bad one, the story intrigued me at the time despite predictability but ended horribly

A unknown gem, I bought this game for $20 in a bargain bin and boy did I get more then what I paid for, the game basically combines Vanquish, Final Fantasy and Gears Of War together, giving a great RPG like TPS with command elements, the major reason that game succeeds so much thought is mainly in the story, which has a few different paths to go down and is made more emotional then many other shooters which have become quite mindless in the past few years, the games voice controls may not work properly but it's rare that a shooter try's to get the player to care for the characters and therefore makes a good attempt at something different the only other major problems with the game is that it becomes quite monotonous after a few hours play time, but despite it, there's not much holding it back as one of the best games no one played this year

One of the best open world shooters released, the graphics, gameplay, sound, environments, characters and scale of the game create a gorgeous atmosphere and a simply amazing gaming experience, there is barely anything wrong with FarCry 3 other then the occasional slight glitch in either graphics or animation which don't really bother much considering most games which aren't open world have more of them

This is a game that rises above what has been released in the past few years, it brings back some of the original point and click elements and attempts to be story based game not a "lets shoot crap loads of zombies with tons of ammo and not care about the characters" instead the game is a attempt of giving players choice in what they do, but restricting them to only a small amount of gameplay which may bore some players, but there is no denying that the game is an emotional, well written experience that is worth the price, the only reason I am giving the game a 9 is because it can sometimes feel a bit like emotional blackmail in the way it gets you to care for characters enough that the twists can often cause anger but however it is probably the best game released in the last 5 years

Everyone who gives this a 10 is completly stupid, Open your eyes, Activision is just money milking everyone with the same gameplay and no innovation, Sure it's in a future setting, but does setting innovate when it has no atmosphere, of course not. It seems now that COD is beginning to gain so much money that the devlopers don't care if people start hating on it or not, just so long as all the eight year olds out there playing it will buy the next one their satisfied. The only thing that this game manages to do that is actually intresting is the several endings to the campagin, though I haven't passed the campagin, there are many people who have found multiple endings quite different from one another, but still other then that, this game is the same thing released 3 years ago a bit more shinyer and in a different setting.

An amazing game that gives half-life fans more to get excited over it's funny how it's been over ten years since the original has been released yet the gameplay still remains nearly completely unchanged and it still manages to be fun and fluid, there are some aspects of the game that could have been improved, but as a fan project it's a solid ten, I doubt i'd ever be able to make anything like this even with my passion in gaming

Genearlly an average game, it does have pretty graphics and an okay story, but in the end I was dissapointed with most of the games aspects, I wasn't a fan of the story or of the multiplayer and I found that the game was lacking in some areas during the campagin, but despite these problems of course fans are going to like it, but if you're not a fan, don't buy it, a waste of time and money.

Another miss-score Final Fantasy XII is awesome and done the best out of all FF titles on PS2 for its epic story and FMV's which help immerse players into the game

Crysis is a ahead-of-its-time shooter with still amazing graphics and great gameplay combined with a long and well plotted campaign, Crysis 2 is a brilliant game from start to finish

The best version of half-life is on the PS2 and while the game is dated compared to most other later PS2 releases I am still a massive fan and still play this classic from time to time, a very good game ported even better, pretty much true perfection.

I was a big fan of Oblivion and Morrowwind but skyrim managed to never really be anything but terrible. When I first bought it crashed and manages to allmost every hour not matter what console, glitches dont help keep the experiance fun and the RPG mechanics aren't implemented well, pretty much a let down for many fans and allthough many people can play through through this buggy mess, I find that the game was ruined by all the technical issues and bad bugs.

A great game for allmost anything, Quake 3 may have lost some of its community but it still is addicting and fun to play and is still defining online shooters to this day.

This game is MW2 with a faster framerate that can not be praised because with the amount of lag on multiplayer it is shadowed. Why is the game bad Well for starters Why I am not a battlefield fanboy after playing BF3 I felt that this game Is a dull piece of crap re-imagining of MW2 therfore should not be a stand alone game and is probably the worst in the series Sorry IW, activision and slegdehammer but you let the fans down and created pure hatred.

Quake 4 on Xbox is a good but not brillient game and although it startes good the cutscene is clearly dated (I started playing this in 2007) and the quake gameplay is'nt there for instance in quake 1,2,3 there was no gun reloading and attempts of horror while in quake 4 weapons are constantly reloaded and the attempts of horror were weak however the game was overall fun and the campaign is intresting the game really needed to be the orignal quake we new and loved from 1998 that was the best looking game at the time.

Duke nukem 3d had defined sexual content in gaming but when picking this up and looking at the stupid OFLC rating of MA15+ for strong violence,sexual refrences,drug refrences and crude humor I thought it was going to be a fun and slightly dirty game but I was wrong in more ways then one. The games graphics were dirty the framrates were strange and swearing (which was in the raiting) was so frequent and disusting that the game had me on the edge plus the games nudity was not funny or sexual in the way the original made it but insted reliestic and strange the game also seemed to try so many things to make it worth the time E.G throwing feces, making jokes about the games devlopment and large amount of gore and weapons but the game just fails in 3 hours then its run gun and get fustrated then turn it off from the content that the game does so well but makes it fell that the devlopers tried too hard. in the end its mediocre but got a six because the multiplayer is good fun and the boss battles are good large scale and remind you of the old duke.

For starers I liked portal 1 it was an intresting experiance but valve wanted more money and came out with this. Portal 2 has a better story and good charicters but the experiance is stuffed but the aged engine and the repetitiveness which really harms the experiance. The liquid effect was a let down and the action was slow as well as the pacing. The voice acting was good and certan puzzles were fustratingly hard which lead to portal 2 being more of a hard to get sequel trying to gain attention becasue it uses the title most people loved and played so much in 2007.

A good and intensly fun take of the RTS genre with many patches and room for improvment. The game has an intresting plot and the game makes it though without being terrible with the main flaws being the Instant action difficulty annoying. Online is a fun experiance and lets you choose who you want to have cmd and the game has some fun elements and Strange graphics similar to halo but with better Framerates. Best FPS mix ever and probably one of the most important games because it was the first to have been a mediocre game made better.

The game is dumb scary fun for starters it has some of the best graphics on DS and is amazingly beautiful for a game from the new developers Renegade KID and the game also will scare most people. The main fun element are the boss fights and the main scary element is the plot which has to be one of the best plots on DS so far. The interactivity is great and the voice acting is brilliant and compared to the fisrt one this is a god of ture horror gaming. The only main flaw is the game has not enough reward and difficulty levels are not quite balenced enough however replayability is also great and makes this game the most fun,scary,pretty,and intensly large games on DS and will be so forever.

The game is not perfect but for the time the graphics were state-of-the-art and the gameplay and realism were top notch and allthough it has been 6 years the game has aged but still feels fun and refresing compared to newer games like COD and MOH and also the weapons may not be new or as fun as you would have thought SOF2 Had spawned the realism of modern shooters and you have to hand it that.
