"Gate Keeper" Review Good: Decent retro graphics as in it doesn't use any cheap rotation effects but instead actually has frames for things like swinging an axe instead of rotating a static png. The music while decent only really allows you to listen to 1 song 90% of the time. Bad: Moving the goal post for nearly every quest. Every time the game tells you to do something for someone, you expect to get the reward you were promised but not in Graveyard Keeper. Take getting the stamp as an example, you have to do like a dozen quests with gated requirements tied to the tech tree. 40 hours in and I still have stacks of meat waiting to be stamped so that I can sell them... The progression is absolutely terrible, the reward for giving someone what they want is them asking for more things. I've done 3 quests for snake and he has offered NOTHING in in return but rather wants me to do MORE for him. No meat stamp, not even a HINT of the location of Charmies necklace, but rather "HEY I WANT MORE". Just look at the stupid skull gary, he asks for beer, then wine, then cognac but offers NOTHING in return but vague "I think u might find something if u talk to so and so". I'm about to open a Tavern but yet to get the meat stamp to sell meat, so dumb. The economy is hilarious, you can only sell things to the people that produce them? Why the hell would the guy who lives on a quarry want to buy stone from me when he can get it for free? Same thing with crops and wood when it should be the exact opposite, the dude with a garden full of carrots... Wants to buy more carrots? Pepega developers... Overall: Game is fun at first but the terrible progression, moving of goal posts, lack of rewards, arbitrary tech tree unlocks, constant gating, etc completely ruin it.

Not really sure what they were smoking when they decided this was a good idea. Not only is it using the same bug infested engine from ages ago. Btw, most of the game is client side so cheating is super easy and rampant before the game was even released. Highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Its really just Pokémon Go on the Switch. What if I don't want the PokeBall plus, and I just want a Mew? It really is just a soulless cash grab on nostalgia and the hype that surrounded Pokémon Go a year or two back. Also there's tons of graphical errors especially in the overworld when wild Pokémon basically "clip" through your player character. Simply moving around causes some weird stutter on the characters animation.

Minecraft was a really cool idea when it first came around. The whole concept had literally endless potential. At the $10 price for the alpha it was great and even at $20 I think is fair enough despite it's shortcomings. It is now $30 which is too much for an incomplete product. I stopped paying it during the Beta and went back for 1.2.5 only to find that almost nothing changed. The game still had the same inherent limits and problems due to poor core coding on Notches part. The game still lacked proper modding support (which was promised), lacked optimized graphics for low end systems. Still ran poorly on Java (Java is fine but you have to optimize). The part that blows me away is that Mojang made so much money from this small game that you would think they could hire 1 guy to add content and even create proper DLC. The survival mode is still stale and only fun for a several hours until you realize that there is nothing to do once you built your home, mineshaft, and farm. What amazes me is the amount of nothing coming out of Mojang, several modders take time out of their day to provide all the basics that the game is missing via mods and what does Mojang do? Release a patch to break over half of them. The funniest part is how long it takes them to put something out after Notch says he "likes the idea". I remember reading a tweet about the fence doors which took months to get released meanwhile a modder had already made one in about an hour. I don't blame the whole company for dropping the ball on Minecraft, I think what it is is the code they worked with was so bad (Notch) that it was extremely difficult, time consuming, and probably had to be hacked in anyway to get anything added. Notch probably decided to spend more time/money on a new project (Scrolls, which will flop) instead of spending 10x the time to implement something in Minecraft for free. Overall, fun game that had a lot of potential but fell in the lap of someone who lacks creativity and vision. Sure he made a lot of money but if he was more careful and invested a little bit more into Minecraft it would have been a timeless platform for selling DLC packs and official "Mods" for years - think space, crazy dimensions, Heaven, etc).
