In spite of its great setting and promising core aspects, the content fails to deliver on any of the tasks at hand. It has a clear target and well laid out plan, but fumbles clumsily to the point where a mere accident could service your ends a lot better than looking to this one for fulfillment.

At the time it was leaps ahead of the game, but what it offered was flash and spectacle. As this spectacle has worn off and the frontier of expectations has surpassed it, all that is left is a shallow husk **** that hardly holds itself up. When you take away the glitter and glory, all that remains is a boring slog that drags on from end to end like a funeral dirge. Future installments in the franchise will expand upon this core for better or for worse, but this installment is by far the weakest and least compelling of them all.

It sets before itself a brilliant idea and begins to weave unique gameplay with a one-of-a-kind story. While the ending may leave the player wanting more, a tapestry so artfully woven is its own reward.

Even when an ocean of newer titles buries it under leagues of content, it persists as an immortal relic; an accomplishment to creation and a delight for the curious and the free spirited alike.

GhostShip deserves all of the success and fame for their triumphant accomplishment in this title.ROCK AND STONE, BROTHERS!

It shines with the hope of a new dawn, but like its own balancing choices - it often runs out of steam before it can get you anywhere near satisfaction.

So long as you check your brain and maturity at the door, there's something in here that will keep you engaged and entertained.

Copper, not Gold. The game is a matter of choice where you can choose how unique you want your day to be.

It's a very strong 4 hour experience - just know your own limits and don't fret about missing out.

While holding merit, the oppressive overtones and dreadful machinations instilled by the game churn into a miasma of unpleasant gameplay that rewards little for the cynic, and offers even less for the veteran.

Age Of Empires II is a straight Good game. It stands the test of time and continues to be more than worth the asking price today.

Not only did it fail to live up to expectations laid upon its shoulders from its industry forbears, but by its own merits it is a pathetic waste of human effort unfit for anything other than the trash bin.

It will never let you down. While other games tie you to an online service, have complex narratives, demanding gameplay, and clunky shortcomings - this one holds true and continues to deliver a timeless experience with great replayability 15 years later.

While each, individual aspect has its fatal flaws baked in – it cannot help but surpass your expectations for variety, hilarity, and adventure.

The developers put all of their heart and soul to make this a game where you feel for other people – where you develop warm connections and see human nature in all of its forms, for better and for worse. And even in the game’s shortcomings – you see the trials that the people behind the game had to go through in making it an actual product. It is the single most Human game I’ve ever played and it may be the most sobering piece of art I’ve ever played in my life.

In spite of some very daring improvements over the previous title, the game itself is a rusted chain connecting anticlimax to anticlimax. All to labor in vain under the shadow of much more worthwhile predecessors, and the grueling truth of better future endeavors.

Among Us is a Below Average game. While you can extract some enjoyment from the experience, you're better off doing just about ANYTHING else with your time.

While it lacks the flourish or staying power of the titans it stands beside, in its own humble space it accomplishes what it strives to do.

While you will get enjoyment and value out of it; you're going to have to work for your entertainment, because this game is not interested in working to bring it to you.

Whatever prospect that the developers had to make a good game, they decided it would be better to force you through one of the most aggressively egregiously bad police storylines I’ve ever had the displeasure of embarking on.

While it has some rust around the edges and some notches in its hilt – like a trusty silver sword, it stays reliable and true whenever you reach for it.

While it ushered forward a legendary franchise - the original title offered all of the good basic concepts, while this one took it all in the exact wrong direction. Don't waste your time playing it.

No matter who you are or what you like in a game - you'll get your money's worth out of this title.

It stands out in the myriad of other titles and stands strong on its own merits. While the toxic design flaws that Ubisoft injects into their games still has infected this product, it has survived and surpassed - a survivor of the developer's folley and excels in spite of it all.

Outer Worlds is a Below Average title, filled with inconsistencies, tedious elements, and uninspired pretense. The only good thing about this game is how much it made me appreciate other, better made games out there in the world right now.

It’s an Above Average title that’s easy to enjoy. While it isn’t perfect or outstanding, there are worse games to be stuck at home with!

Banished is a neat game that makes you proud to survive a winter and bring prosperity to your little hamlet of exiles. The main draw back is that the limited building types and resources means that most scenarios play out almost identically. But while the enjoyment is limited, it is absolutely there. Even though much of the game is bleak, dry, and impersonal.

While it has its own innate shortcomings – there is honestly nothing like it, and I cherish the time I’ve had playing it.

It’s a car that takes you to new and exciting places, it’s only a shame when it runs out of gas all too soon.

While it sounds like it would be incredibly entertaining to create your own team of dynamic superheroes from the Marvel universe, the lack of nuance mixed with the over-simplified combat means that teams blend together and have a shocking lack of actual variety.

There are people who will compare it to others and try to measure its value relatively – but the fact is that this game is still stupefyingly well done, even a decade later. The truth is, even for its many shortcomings – New Vegas will still be a standard that other RPGs will be measured by for years to come beyond today.

It's a serviceable game. But you should just play XCOM 2 and not bother with this awkward step sideways for the franchise.

Just flat Awful. If you actually want to buy a product, play Hotline Miami. The worst thing about this glorified Flash game is having to play any part of it.

It's a neat little game and worth checking out - but just take note that it's nothing mind-blowing, and the difficulty manages to be both braindead easy at times, and BS hard during others.

It's a Good game. Fun for all ages, and is absolutely worth a purchase. If it's on sale, you really have no excuse.

I used to play more of this on an old account. But the sad truth is - it's a dead game. When it was around - it was average at best. But now it's just a waste of time, and a waste of space.

Simply Awful. Skip this one, it belongs in a junk heap. Every minute I spent playing this game was too much.

While Age Of Wonders can keep you engaged for the most part - it has a tendency to fizzle where it should shine. It's a blade with a dull edge. It's not a horrible game, but for what it asks in money and time - it's absolutely not worth the investment. There are better RTS games out there - which are far more balanced, sensible, and less of an absolute drag.

I was more than pleasantly surprised at the game. While it's not perfect, I advise you check it out for yourself if you're looking for something interesting.

It's a worthy ending to its predecessor, and adds a little - but it does little to stand out in the sea of monotony. But if you want a better ending to Alan Wake's story, this is a must - and will satisfy any and all desire to play any more of the franchise. Which, in and of itself, is both good and bad.

The game took me all of 3 hours to beat, and I'm forgetting more and more of it even writing this. All that remains is the skeleton of the ideas buried within this piece, and the tragic knowledge that such a beautiful thing was wasted so horribly.

I was surprised by how well put together this piece is. It was 8 hours, and the perfect length for what it offered. I leave this game pleasantly satisfied with what I got out of it - which is what every game should aspire to accomplish.

Not only are there better games out there. But there are better tower shooters out there. Many of which are free. Or for a competitive price.

I could only bring myself to dive so deep into this title before dropping the gavel and calling it quits. Uninstalling. It's just too... poorly done. The weapons are unbalanced, new players are at an initial disadvantage. Quests are random, there's no flow or real story to the game. Online is bugged, dead, and dying. If you log in as a new player the first 3 hours of playing will have you wandering aimlessly as you get pitted against pros who are core players - hell bent on obliterating you and your noob teammates. I mean... really... it's a PvP combat driving game that has poor car handling, laughably rudimentary combat, and piss poor PvP for the massive world that it sets out to nurture. Take this as a "first impressions" review, because I don't intend to go back to see how much more I can pull from this title.

It's hard to complain because the game is so beautiful, and the dialogue (nouns notwithstanding) is actually pretty well written. I actually cared about the characters and wanted to see what became of them all in the end - having invested a lot. But, spoiler, there is no character explanation in the epilogue. All the side characters you grew to love, even some of the main ones - nothing, just cut to credits after a lame 'cliffhangar' to set up the sequel. I can't talk about this game without complaining. The game robbed me. Not just of my money, but of my time and investment.
