An addictive puzzler with a great soundtrack, good graphics, responsive controls and a number of fun modes to play. Would wait for a price drop, though, as I wouldn’t recommend it at it’s $30 price point.

An underrated game. Almost everything about it is great. Great graphics, great gameplay, great story, great music, great controls. I personally didn't mind the voice acting, but if you don't like it, you can set it to a gibberish-like language in the options menu. My only complaint is that the game is a bit too short, averaging around 3-5 hours for the main game, but the fact that there's stuff to do after you beat the game makes up for it. This is a remake of a PS1 game, and a great one at that.

Splatoon is, hands down, one of the best, if not THE best game on the Wii U. It's innovative, charming, graphically impressive, and a whole lot of fun. The controls do take some getting used to, though, and there's also an annoyance in some multiplayer maps in Tower Control mode where players with chargers or any other long-range weapon could camp out in a high area and snipe players, resulting in the match going nowhere at times. Other than that, thumbs up.

A great game. The controls work well, the music is catchy, and the game has a decent sense of humor. My only complaints are the story (which is kinda meh), the annoying level-locking system, and the whole game can be beaten in about 4-5 hours.

Overall, this game is a decent game with some room for improvement. There are things like glitches and framerate issues that need to be worked out, and the graphics aren't that great, but it was fun in the end.
