I downloaded this game with little expectations since I kinda enjoyed the original Wonder Boy in monster kingdom and was expecting a mildly decent game but ended up incredibly surprised, Metroidvanias are my favorite genre and this here is legit in my all time top 10

The best combat system of any RPG I've ever played, the fact a game that puts most others triple A to shame is only $50 is all the reason you need to support it

I liked this game but I didn't love it as I did the first one,it's still very solid and fun just that the first one was more unique and had it's own personality while this one feels like another Metroidvania. Edit:as months passed this game really grew on me and I find myself thinking about it very often, so while I still think the first one is better I'm bumping the score for this one

I freaking love this game,amazing visuals, great gameplay, killer soundtrack, hell they even threw 3 DLC for FREE including not only a new game mode, but a new area, new bosses and new ending. The game delivers what promises and then some

I wanted to put at least a decent amount of hours into the game before giving an honest review and while I don't think it's bad, my score may be biased cause this is the biggest disappointment I've had with a game since Doom Eternal. Origins is one of my favorite games of all time and I fairly enjoyed both 2 and Inquisition despite their short comings cause for me the most important thing in these kinds of game are the story and the characters,both of which Veilguard fails to deliver, I can't even put into words how massively disappointed I am that every "choice"it's basically the same with a slight change of your line delivey, your choices doesn't seem to affect the game at all and worst of all for me is that your companions are TERRIBLE,while in previous entries they felt unique and special here I always feel like I'm talking with an AI, which they probably used for the dialogue , "oh I validate your feelings, you're an unique and special individual and I respect you being a murderous **** could have given it a pass if it was one character but every single character in the game speaks with therapy language which completely took me out of the experience several times and killed all the immersion for me I guess as a game it's ok but as a Dragon Age it just feels flat and devoid of charm, if you want a great Dragon Age origins like experience go play Baldur's Gate 3 cause this one ain't it

Game is fun for what it is,it's not really like Splatoon as so many people say as it is more a hero shooter, the foundation is there but right now there are too few characters and modes to make it anything more than "good"

I remember when this game was announced a few weeks after Callisto Protocol I was so excited for Callisto and thought this remake will be a terrible cash grab. Boy was I wrong, Dead Space 2023 is everything I loved about the original 2 games but better in every possible way, it takes a lot for an action horror game to actually be tense but despite knowing I had good weapons and health pack every hall or corridor kept me on edge with the outstanding sound design and atmosphere, also the inclusion of the side missions is an amazing add to fleshing out the story and every character now has actual personalities and are not just walking plot devices. The only reason I'm not giving the game a 10 is because the zero gravity zones control like ass, but everything else is superb

Let's get it out if the way, game is janky AF, graphics are mediocre, and voice acting is one of the Worst I've Ever heard And yet the atmosphere and gameplay is so good I enjoyed it far more than I thought I would, the music, sound effects and general overall feeling is th closest thing to original Resident Evil 2 I've played, and that even includes The RE2 Remake,and the reload mechanic is a welcome addition that adds a lot of tension to the combat While it shows the limited budget the game was made of it's a worthy experience than any Survival horror fan should give it a chance
