This is arguably one of the best remakes Capcom have done. I'd like to start with the people signing their own L's on Metacritic for all to see, just because you can't figure out enemy patterns or a method to fight against them doesn't make the game bad. It makes your ability to adapt and learn questionable to say the very least. That and "It doesn't feel like a RE game" absolute waffle from people on their high throne trying to cast judgement too many people are trying to live off the days of fixed camera angles. Whilst not being a perfect 1 to 1 remake, I don't think that would have been the right thing to do. There are plenty of areas within the game that just feel incredibly familiar even without it being a direct copy of the original. It targets a nostalgic portion and targets a newer crowd a good mix that isn't trying to just be a simple copy paste something which RE2:Remake was guilty of. The fact this game isn't trying to be an entire copy paste is the reason its probably the best remake in the series. Puzzles have been slightly improved so they no longer are of the bog standard basic version that the OG RE4 were. Another nod to the nostalgic portion of RE fans who can never be pleased.

Imagine a FIFA game which is pretty much the same from the past 6 to 8 years. This is what this game is. Difficulty in this game is basically turning your AI into potato mode where you will have AI controlled players willingly allowing the opposition to progress. Come on, I'm somewhat annoyed at the moment because I'm experiencing it myself. THIS IS NOT DIFFICULTY!! The AI in this game is dreadful, they need to dictate difficulty by turning your teams AI into braindead mode. Does that not speak volumes to how bad this game is? I'm not saying anymore about FIfa because you can look at my past Fifa reviews and apply most of it to this game. They're not getting better that is a fact.

Plagued with cheaters, aim assist on controllers overpowered, matchmaking each game no matter skill level its like you're in an e-sport competition... This is hands down the worst COD game of all time. They have also stripped down their last game from removing the social hub, the fun game mode where you have an objective you have to stand beside and move it towards the point and the customisation of your character. In its place is generic game modes and boring inclusive operators which have zero relation to this wars setting. That's just the multiplayer aspect. Singleplayer campaign is god awful, it's another cinematic movie experience because we don't have enough of them and we don't have enough games trying to preach and lecture us about something. It is truly a disgusting and disrespectful approach to the war it is meant to be covering, it truly is fan fiction for people who don't like games. Polina is the Mary Sue feminist strong woman character, then we have the bizarre option of a black British soldier who is apparently from a well off wealthy family who is incredibly intelligent (during that time, definitely not accurate) and we have a rogue German soldier along with a Yank and someone else... An odd cast of misfits who never are we truly interested in anyway. This is what happens when you let gaming journalists sway your decision making with games. Zombies is just bare, for as little content it provides it deserves as little content written about it. Abysmal. Worst COD since COD Infinite Warfare, albeit I would genuinely without being sarcastic or bitter say that Infinite Warfare provided a better COD than this.

Disclaimer, I have played mostly on PC but If I'm being honest the difference between next gen and past gen aren't really that noticeable. Straight to the elephant in the room, If you're buying this without expecting scripting of any kind you best find another football game. Scripting still exists and yes its still unfair as ever and ruining the game. Yes, EA deny this but do politicians lie? EA aren't transparent, they lie we all know this and this game is just riddled with this rubbish which ruins it. I want to take a moment to compare the scripting to SBMM, whilst I'm not entirely against SBMM because it is something which tries to match people on an equal skill level, the scripting of EA's Fifa nerfs players stats, nerfs the AI's ability upon holding position to give the opposition an easy attempt to score. This is basically ruining any notion of this game being competitive, the best don't always win because this game decides who it wants to have a big advantage. Like past Fifa's often you'll find its not your fault that you concede, whilst its not me saying I'm incapable of making a mistake it's just a good portion of the time the AI will decide what will happen. Another issue to point out is crossplay still not existing, those playing from Stadia, Xbox, Playstation and PC the overwhelming majority are using you guessed it a controller. There is no unfair advantage and there is no reason to not have a crossplay function to make the playerbase larger. For example, last time I bothered playing seasons it told me that only 88 people were online. That is laughably dead and that follows a trend with past Fifa's purchased on the PC. Gameplay wise Fifa this year does seem a little bit more open on the attack end, I'm finding myself scoring more freely. Making passes to attacking last quarter possible and 'tramp' goals exist. Yet, here is another disclaimer don't take any of this early review for granted because I suspect EA will update this game to the point of nerfing most of this and changing an early version of the game to something potentially frustrating. Graphically the game is as you'd expect, it's an old build so its nothing improved but i's still passable graphics don't make a good game. Music wise, it's the same old trash. Its main selling point is the arcade card gambling simulator in FUT which has ZERO accuracy on delivering a footballing experience. Career mode is the same as last year, star faces added in are at the usual bare minimum. Barely any attention to other leagues has been all but typically followed with no attention to smaller leagues and once again only attention to the big leagues. It's something which evidently does ruin the immersion and the lack of mod support to perhaps add faces in really is killing the experience. In summary, I would like to say that this game doesn't feel much more than a roster update whilst charging you $70, It's a very hard sell. If you're just looking to play a game which delivers a footballing sim I would avoid this game and stick to PES. The game delivers with nothing new and I don't think anything will ever change so long as FUT exists which is pretty much the same thing year in and out as well.

Lets keep this review brief Strengths - Story narrative ties in with D1 lore Improved story telling Improved super structure (although there is a flaw to the new super) Weaknesses More of the same old content Big price point for less content i.e. Taken King provided more content Sun setting of weapons without proving enough new weapons Only 1 new strike No new gambit modes or maps No new PPV maps Raid is forgettable and very easy No returning incentive since no difficult modes of raids or strikes is added Stasis is problematic, not many people want to be frozen still for several seconds Balancing issue with PVP mode makes any lure to returning to this mode null and void a mode built around sweats who play it several hours per day No incentive towards strikes, gambit or PVP since all gear is rehashed Unfortunately the game just lacks big time, it stinks of being overpriced I feel like I've been ripped off and sadly this is a common trend with gaming. I would tell anyone considering a purchase of this game to maybe watch some gameplay and decide if you really think its worth it, gameplay in my opinion is padded out with a boring grind like most games nowadays a cheap and rather pathetic means to make a game feel more longer than it actually is.

Fifa 21 follows the same trend of the yearly released titles, the difference with Fifa 21 is that it feels less like a new game but more like a refined experience of Fifa 20 with small changes. Each review I do of a Fifa game seem to be very similar perhaps this will change when more effort is put into the game. Every year we seemingly get very little return on the money we invest into EA's Fifa title, this year is no different. The career mode changes with regards to player growth EA decided to borrow a lot from PES so that every player can have a plan to grow and improve. So, however long Fifa has been around it has took this long for the ability to change a player position it doesn't seem groundbreaking because its not. Once again EA also recycle old content and bring it back to make it out as if they're doing something new, yes the loan to buy option is back. In summary the changes made are minimal and seem lazy. Gameplay follows the same trend of Fifa 20, if you didn't have some minor UI changes and new kits you'd be forgiven for mistaking Fifa 21 for last years game. The changes to gameplay are more in the responsiveness of trick moves, last years Fifa had a seeming delay behind tricks and often times they wouldn't register. Some AI changes have happened as well you will see your players make better runs and throughballs seem better for cutting teams open, you can also direct your AI teammates with what direction they run. Minor changes, but overall welcome which improves on 20. Finally, ofcourse, its not a Fifa without the weird scripting this year no different the system is here to stay im afraid. Graphically the game is starting to show signs of age, nearly every year and we see little change with this either. Generic non scanned faces are hard to look at, this is something that needs to be upgraded on but for whatever reasons its not. Another issue is not enough scanned faces and EA's lack of drive to add more and give the fans a means to add them themselves. I haven't really touched Ultimate Team, but I don't think this detracts from my review. The audio is fine usual old typical Fifa tracks, nothing that really adds to a higher overall score of the game. Finally, capping my review off with some important point for you to consider before purchasing this. This game is more like a seasonal update, ask yourself this, is a game with a few years work done on it worth the same as games with 5 year plus cycles? I believe PES 21 did the right thing, they did an update and didn't charge the excessive unfair amount that EA expect you to pay for 21 whilst going through the usual rubbish grind with Ultimate Team pack openings. I am aware iv went down into a bit of a rant, but how far does a company have to delve before the consumers call them out on it? Verdict, its good to see career mode get a little attention but its simply not enough. There isn't enough meat on the bone 4/10. Could have been a 7 or 8 if it was packaged rightfully as a seasonal update.

The worst of the Dark Souls game to put it in sbort imagine you have a winning formula and you decide to trash it to appeal to a casual market i.e. Call of duty and Fortnite crowd... THIS IS WHAT DARK SOULS 3 IS!! I'm not going to go into too much details ill give you all tje maom points why you shoulsm't buy the game. The pacing of the game caters to a casual low IQ audience who can't deal with real timing. The gameplay is essentially just a boring hack and slash. Constant roll spam, the roll spam goes unpunished because what it takes to roll is minimal in stamina department therefore gameplay is very lacklustre. Just forgetable dodve dodge dodge dodge Boss fights are incredibly easy no challenge at all Honestly im telling you this game isnt worth getting its a massive downgrade on DS1. The high positive scores are fake bots casual souls fans who didnt play the original.

HEAR ME OUT AND READ THIS!! This is the greatest game ever! Let me spell it out to you white privileged men, trans rights matter and finally we have a true strong powerful female. Sure, there are problems with the game that I won't deduct points from the game for example there is a clear lack of black main characters in the game. To me Neil Druckmann needs to create TLOU3 and prove that black lives truly do matter, we could have Will Smith and Al Sharpton be playable characters with the main arc of the story being oppressive white men dictating our current political landscape. To me, that would be so true of today's current landscape, but until this happens Neil Druckmann can't tell me that black lives matter!! And yeah another amazing hit from Neil Druckmann what a powerful man this guy is, another wonderful game and finally that toxic white man from TLOU1 is gone. THANK YOU DRUCKMANN!!! 10/10 best game in the world and universe ty for reading.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONSIDER BUYING THIS GAME!! This game isn't a Battlefield game, don't let anyone confuse you into believing this, essentially this game is a pathetic COD clone hid underneath Battlefield clothing. Dice tried to put a heavy emphasis on teamplay but low and behold the awful community of Battlefield couldn't figure out how to do this..... This is partly why the mechanics of suppression, random bullet deviation were needed.... Credit where credit is due, Dice understood for long enough that the community of Battlefield were awful this is why those methods were put in place. Now, without those mechanics in place all you find is a pathetic excuse **** where you have lowlife losers camping and just playing pathetically that and a game where cheaters runs rampant. What a disgrace ****, Dice are absolutely awful and by god it would take a miracle to save this game. BF1 by far surpassed this pile of ****.

Resident Evil 2 **** for the same reason why many other EA major titles ****, people accept the difficulty adjustment but I will call it for what it is. It is a cheap and lazy materialistic mechanic which avoids the devs of the game to actually make AI smarter. Nobody buys a game to have inconsistency and boring gameplay (I'll get onto the boring aspect later) which makes one zombie tank 15+ bullets to the head to suddenly one zombies head exploding with 1 pistol shot its beyond absurd and it ruins the flow of the gameplay. Whilst I dislike the DA (difficulty adjustment) we must also talk about the somewhat awful controls, they have looked to put in the over the shoulder style whilst this is something I wanted they haven't implemented it effectively. Whilst the boring fanatics of the game may argue the controls being manipulated to speed run a game is necessary how can I ignore that other reputable games removing bugs and unintended things that allow people to move quicker than intended whilst Capcom leaves their game a buggy mess? All the stupid bugs and inconsistency in the game will remain just with the lacklustre AI and reliance on DA because the devs are devoid of any creativity. We're on the precipitant of pushing the barriers of gaming creativity look no further than RDR2 and Cyberpunk 2077 what does RE2:Remake bring to the table? NOTHING! Moving towards gameplay which for me is the boring aspect, the entire gameplay is on the basis of doing puzzles, speed running the game... Who is this fun to? A small handful of people, why are you targeting a game with a budget of multi-millions of dollars towards a small crowd? The actual gameplay, boss fights are absolutely piss poor! Absolutely some of the worst boss battles I have ever, EVER seen! I mean, literally what were they even thinking? All the latest technology available and we are talking about a boss battle being no different to fighting a bog standard zombie? Shoot the big glowy eye, really that is it... Such a weak set piece. Let us also have a quick little talk about the devs being lazy with audio queues, seriously all of the different pistol types sounding the EXACT SAME!?! Are you kidding me? I will also break this into animations, when shooting the guns it doesn't really seem like you are actually firing a real gun when firing the handguns. I will give credit where credit is due whilst RE2:Remake massively fails on gameplay, being fun, consistency and giving a true B scenario it does get the atmosphere right. The game has good nods to the original with the original soundtrack it does somewhat stay true to the original. However I'm not ending it on a positive note because this game is absolutely not GOTY, for once I must say I think Capcom rushed a title its not normally something they would do but I am sure as anything that they have done so with this. It could have been much better but it appeased a very very small portion of their audience and ruined the games replay-ability.

Graphics are genuinely very impressive, but that aside the game falls short on implementing anything fresh. It lags behind its competitors because of this, the story is always going to be the strongest point for Gears of war, but this time It certainly has started to deteriorate. There just seems to be a huge lack of connection to the newer characters that are being shoved in-front of us, the character development is pretty awful or perhaps its just they don't come close to those of the original. Multiplayer on the other hands, I've always said the multiplayer is awful nothing changes at all. The type of gameplay is just a shotgun fest with no real skill, the different type of plays in the game i.e. mid-range and long-range combat seems to be completely ignored. The multiplayer is left very linear and unskilled in the action that you're forced to rinse and repeat i.e. hug round a blind sight and one shot someone who gets too close to you with the gnasher. The game will never really touch a high level remaining with this sort of gameplay.

Fifa 19 is a game that is further straying away from what a football game should be based on, the games focus is too heavily on the money juggernaut which is FUT and the gameplay of FUT to be quite frank is nothing that comes even close to accurately depicting a game of football. Pacing wise FUT is just a mess with people regularly scoring stupid goals, uncontrollable situations like your defending A.I. deciding to leave massive gaping holes in your defence resulting in you conceding. With patches coming somewhat regularly the game becomes even more unpredictable, it now looks as If Fifa/EA wish for the arcade FUT style to be brought forward onto the normal base game. Hate to say it, but this is arguably the worst state I have ever seen Fifa be in! Gameplay wise I really just don't get it, FUT is not fun the only fun factor I could perhaps take away from FUT is the grind of making a great team, but when you take gameplay into consideration its just awful there is no proper pacing the build up play is terrible. I would recommend the game If you're into a bit **** and like arcade sorts of football, but realistically most people buying Fifa will be buying it to have a somewhat realistic simulation of what a football game can be, but with the newest patch as of February 2019 I would completely tell you to avoid this game If you wish to have a good footballing experience when playing this game. If you wish to have a good game that gives you good build up play, decent AI, realistic sort of gameplay I'd tell you to get PES 2019 it is easily the best football simulator right now. Career mode is defunct, it is dead the devs have shown they don't care about it. Online divisions once were okay for a quick pick up and play, but now absolutely trashed down to the patch turning the whole game catering the FUT arcade style, same applies for Career mode, but there is nothing to do in career mode anyway. FUT same old cheap gambling simulator that turns 12yo's into the next line of gambling addicts, good ole EA. I rate it **** out of 10, in second thoughts **** is actually useful which this game is completely void of.

Not a bad game by any means, but not a great game. Battlefield 5 tries to be something that it is not and it seems to be taking a step away with every title which makes the game more comparable with Call Of Duty with the addition of squad killstreaks, they might call it something different in game, but this is essentially what it is! Then we also have pre-set perks, the whacky over the top customization of WW2 guns. Perhaps my review comes from someone who actually prefers the days when Battlefield tried to give good gameplay. With regards to gameplay it's good that they have got rid of the random bullet deviations so now bullets travel where you aim... Most of the time, I find it worrying that I have to say this is a good point about the game this type of feature should be expected! I can honestly say the gameplay isn't bad, albeit perhaps it has been slowed down a touch due to the super fast TTK, you will find people hiding in corners a lot more, but that's more an issue with the games poor map design which puts way too many peaky holes, too many massive open spaces so on certain maps you can be finding yourself having a hard time through no fault of your own other than the games poor map design. Carrying on with gameplay I do like the building system, I find it very nifty albeit for the most part it does seem a little superficial and more times than often you won't be using it. The removal of quick spotting is also good, its nice to actually to use your eyes to find people oppose to shooting little red markers. I think the biggest issue where the game struggles is the poor map design and scale and the direction the game took upon favouring campers, the radar for the most part is useless whilst I don't have a problem with people not appearing on the radar when firing a gun I do think that their should have been suppressors for that purpose of not showing up on the radar whilst shooting a gun. From those mix of problems we find the gameplay tends to be a guessing game because the audio of the game is poor and I'm really shocked about that usually BF are renowned for having great audio features. Carrying on with maps I don't get why some of them are the size they actually are it makes little sense unless they have sized them out like this with their Battleroyale mode in mind, but a good few maps definitely need to be scaled down and redesigned to avoid massive open fields nobody likes having to run for several minutes just to reach another point If your maps are this big surely you'd think to litter some transport vehicles around each capture point? That's all I really have for multiplayer its the only thing holding this game up to a 5 for me, single-player is uninspired unlike BF1 with weird stories of how some 14yo girl took on the German army and won, I've not **** on about woman being in this game (because it doesn't bother me), but for god sake If you wanted to have a realistic female addition you could have focused on the Night Witches instead of opting for something that is as farfetched as believing Superman is real. EA/Dice really need to pull their head out their asses with this one I don't care much for political/SJW narratives I just was hoping/praying that Dice could have at the very least gave a good campaign, but the only one that delivered was the Somali's fight for the French it was the only one that made you think oh this is WW2 this is maybe something that could have happened... I will leave my review by saying the game with a good patches could easily be a very good game.

Just keeping the review short and sweet. P.S. don't listen to the positive reviews they're just having you on trust me! Graphically the game isn't anything special, for a triple A title that had 3 years to work on the game they really dropped the ball big time on this! Gameplay wise, it's your usual COD minus wall running, boost jumping which isn't a bad thing when the game actually works, yes, that's right the game runs like total crap! The game suffers from so many wtf moments of how did I die, why does my gun seem like its doing less damage than his and this isn't just me saying this I've seen big Youtuber/Twitch players say the exact same thing! The lack of proper servers and the problematic lag compensator really screw this game up couple all of that with the fact the game matches people from across the world to play in lobbies, seriously how is that even happening!! Authenticity next, do they deliver? HELL NO they don't! Guns have terrible fake animations, it's just incredibly lazy, for an example when you shoot one bullet from the KAR98k and you go to reload instead of putting a single bullet in the character puts an entire stripper clip into the gun and they even put an entire stripper clip into the gun when you only have 1 bullet left in reserve, it's just absolutely laughable! Guns have no recoil they all shoot like damn lasers, snipers are just a one-hit kill from any range which just makes them the total unskilled weapon of many peoples choice. Then zombies... oh my god!! Making something easier isn't making it better, the zombies are basically invisible, yes they run faster, but it's so damn easy to avoid them you can run through them essentially and the map complexity is nil, void, there is no complexity or teamwork required so props to Sledgehammer on that *slow clap*... Finally, the story, it's a good war experience it displays some epic moments, nice change up of gameplay requiring health packs instead of regenerating health, but the story is far too short and lacks the same storytelling level that Treyarch brought to such a high standard. Overall, It's maybe not as low as I scored it, but the game is such a huge let down that I had to score it this way, so much for a short and sweet review.

Whilst I understand people like the nostalgic element to the game I just don't truly believe that this game holds its own up against the big hitters of now and even back in 2015 when they released this remaster, It's hard for me to play this game and say that it deserves the same plaudits that I was giving games like Witcher 3, Bloodborne, and even MGS5. I'll keep it brief for those wondering If this is really worth it. Gameplay - We're obviously past the whole thing of fixed cameras the gameplay of RE Remaster is lacking big time especially when you compare it to many of the other big games of today, basically RE gameplay is that of run past enemies or choose to shoot them and I've got to say the gun play in this game is awful there is such little control of it what you have to do is face a certain way point your gun out in that direction and shoot, there is literally no aiming whatsoever! How can this be acceptable!? Another thing to note is the fixed cameras this plays into why you see no proper aiming in the game, so your cameras are just basically fixed points some say that this adds to atmosphere and I mean that's up for debate, maybe it does, but If you need a zombie to be hidden whilst knowing its infront of you to be scared how scary is that really? Take a look at Dead Space that's how you do proper gameplay with proper atmospheric elements they don't need to hide things off screen to try and scare you with cheap jump scares. The puzzles however are great, they really do get you thinking that is the one redeeming factor about the gameplay. Graphics - They've done well with the graphics, obviously whilst I pointed out the negatives of fixed cameras I will also admit that they can also make a game look very good at the expense of ruining gameplay, albeit I'm not saying fixed cameras wouldn't work for a hack and slash sort of game its just obvious RE is not that. Music/Soundtrack - RE have always done a fantastic job with chilling music in the background and that remains the same in this game, I truly do believe that their soundtrack is probably the best part about this game along with the puzzles those are the reason I didn't score it lower than 4. So, lastly, this game costs around £16 on steam... you could get countless other games which offer better re-playability some offering multiplayer some offering better graphics and better story telling examples are as follows just so you don't think I'm BSing you - Buy The Deus Ex Collection BUNDLE - £8 Tomb Raider - £15 Just Cause 3 £2.69 And then there is more, so its hard to recommend anyone actually getting this unless you were one of those who played it back in the day of the PS1, but even then I'd say I didn't enjoy the game like I did back then because the standards right now are abundantly much more higher and RE-Remaster failed to impress.

Honestly can't fault this game much whatsoever. Graphics - Graphically it follows the same style as the cartoon so there is no fault at all here. Gameplay - Gameplay is pretty simple, you have a turn-based system you will control a party of up to 4 people (you can choose different characters to deploy, different characters have different **** you have a selection of different moves to use; some attacks being close-quarter, others being long range, and other types being a widespread attack. Story - It is what you would expect from South Park turned to a game, it has all the over the top action and silliness that you can expect from the shows. I think the main part you need to consider when choosing to purchase this game is do you like turn-based games and do you enjoy the humor of South Park? If it's yes to both, absolutely, buy it! Even If you aren't a big fan of turn-based games, but you like South Park you really should consider getting this game just for the story alone.

Every single year this game comes out and it seems like every single yeat they **** us all into buying the thing. The game has a lot of problems with it, for a game which holds all the licenses and all the strong playing cards in their hand they sure don't really make a serious effort do they? Here is the list of wrong things in the game- - Same old commentary with all the same old rehashed comments from many years ago - Many leagues missing Chinese being the main concern for me - Half-assed attempt with some leagues such as Serie A which doesn't even have its proper name - Hardly any new stadiums added to the game that we would care about - Barely any new faces added into the game leagues like SPFL, Eredivisie, Brazilian league, French League, Serie A, Bundesliga, and La Liga completely ignored by EA - Relates to above, game only focuses on EPL - Career mode has been given minimal attention to improving it which is very sad - Lack of new modes - Continued support to FUT which proves EA only care about earning even more dirty money which they don't deserve - Microtransactions are still in the game - No mod support thus we are stuck with this terrible base game unless EA actually do something to improve it themselves - Terrible music playlist!! - Bugs which leave modes broken - Finally barely any new features to make this game worth £39.99-49.99 Just so I don't sound too negative the goods I think are - + Slightly improved graphics and lighting + Most players that have had new scans look good + Some of the minor changes to career mode are welcome, but still not enough + The game for me feels less B.S. with regards to the scripting + Gameplay flows well when it works I think that is everything I could ever think of, I'm going to try my best to get a refund for this game I'd suggest if its possible for some of you to do the same you should.
