Coming from the country partcipating with his taxmoney in a corporate advertisement from Mattel & Amazon this is the worst and most stupid piece of advertisement I have seen in decades. Its plastic garbage, no-sense filmmaking (-using) dialogues and editing, CGI of hell and actually no reason to exist. FanService is a term that is misleading since they practically force you to buy Mattel Crap. Since our german funding system relies on so to say "tax-robbery" this the worst steal ever. Will boycott corporate trash for life!

Havoc9

After the dancelike-choreographed bloodbaths in John Wick, the oldschool Expendables, Die Hard and many more succesful genremovies coming from Action, this is a real-christmas-treat-genre-gem, keeping you on the edge of your seats that you might even faint! "Havoc" means exactly what it says and its not a promise, its a premise. "Havoc" came to rule them all! Dont miss Tom Hardy in one of his best action movies when the best action sequences I ever saw melt your ICE cream, you were just about to eat but forgot to. The atmosphere is nitty and gritty, the shootings are much more intense as ever seen before and I m so happy to see this amazing cast with Timothy Olyphant, Forest Whitaker, Jessie Mei Li and Luis Guzmán just to name the ones I loved to see here too. The whole cast is amazing and the film's epic darkness, the winter-season and the "Big American City" which was - fun fact- actually filmed in Wales but looks like a Blade Runner City or at least like New York! Dont forget to watch this during x-mas if you are looking for a real DIE HARD successor. I hope this film continues as a series, if not, NETFLIX should stop producing amazing movies like this pearl, because I' m fully "on the hook"! Just, wow. ( +: never trust "professional critics" they are all biased and have no clue when it comes to editing.)

Really? This is Hollywood? Snowhitening the action with painstaking FX-non-sense? Believe me: For a film you need a story, characters that really impress and something that creates a watchable vacuum. But Disney delivers one failing attempt following by the next. Just don't waste people's time anymore and if so make it nice and not that stupid!

Such a film-narrated disappointment. I would have been even more disappointed if it wouldn`t be Nicolas Cage performing his guts out of this mess of screenwriting. Whats the worst thing about a revenge movie, right: A non developing character. So I watched a fictious chacter, being held captive in a great edited and beautifully filmed torment of abuse and psychological castration by the "bad beachboys". Felt like this is a "I-wanna-be-too-woke" - provocation to all my senses by using all the "non-woke" clichees without any meta level but still trying to do a balancing act between "inside and outside character" of a "confused idiot". How do you call people that dance around fires, paint themselves, take peyote and want to generate a cult, while doing barbecue, surfing and enyoing a California Beach? Young Actors! It`s a mess of written effects, written clichees without any more solution left as being painful to watch because I always felt whats coming next. Cage is always amazing, but it didn`t need that kind of misleading movie-crafting which was a intended waste of my time for me. (Some fluid optics, wideangle lenses and shaky camera moves couldn't save it but felt okay-ish!)
