Although the aesthetics and premise seems interesting, the gameplay just feels awkward. It has one of the most unfair detection systems that I've ever seen in a stealth game. That makes that every little movement or sound spots you. There are so many places were you're forced to pass with a perfect timing and a minimal deviation will make trigger an alarm. Shadows almost don't hide you, neither the height or objects. so you don't feel stealthy in this game, that's a quite basic requirment for an stealth game.

It’s a very good open world game with a great atmosphere and a huge amount of content. The locations and characters fully immerse you in the world described in the books and movies. The main story is quite good, long and includes new additions to the lore that haven’t been seen before. Combat is one of the game’s strong points, with a wide variety of options for both attacks and enemy control. There are different patterns that are useful against different types of enemies, along with talent upgrades that add even more possibilities. It’s a system that can be easy to exploit, but it’s also a lot of fun. On top of that, there are plants and potions that expand the possibilities even further. Flying is enjoyable enough that you don’t always feel the need to use fast travel, which is quite unusual in games of this type. Special mention should go to the side quests. Each of them is different in terms of characters, stories and locations. They’re very well designed and don’t feel repetitive, which is quite rare in open-world games. Some of them even contain as much content as the main quest. The collectibles, on the other hand, even though there are several variations for finding them or solving the puzzles, eventually become repetitive since there are dozens of each type. The game has several bugs and isn’t completely polished, but nothing that breaks the game or becomes especially annoying. Perhaps the most negative aspect is the lack of depth in some systems. For example, the nonexistent morality system means that neither dialogue choices nor actions have any consequences, so decisions end up feeling meaningless. You can also steal or kill without any consequences, even in front of NPCs. This is a system that every good RPG has had for decades and this one should have it too.

Good game with a very original atmosphere and theme. Beautiful and moving. Special mention goes to the soundtrack, which is excellent. A good story with peculiar characters, all of them with very strong personalities, you end up loving many of them, while others you’d gladly throw overboard. Toward the end, it becomes quite repetitive, and resource gathering and crafting start to feel rather tedious.

Good game with great atmosphere, solid graphics, soundtrack and excellent combat. It has just the right amount of exploration and puzzles to keep the combat from feeling too constant. The story is quite cliché and not very original, a typical vendetta between mortals and gods that we’ve seen countless times before. There are few options when it comes to weapons and powers. Combat becomes fairly repetitive toward the end, especially with certain enemies that are damage sponges, requiring you to repeat the same pattern for quite a while until they finally go down.

Excellent game. It could be not for anyone, but if you're an RPG fan it's just perfect. The art, the music, the ambient and localization is great and done with a lot of detail. The gameplay is brilliant and fresh. The idea of making all progression depend on conversations and inner reasoning is brilliant. It’s very well executed, since your current and past decisions, items, skills, and so on all come together to influence your progress and determine whether or not you succeed in your tasks. It’s like a huge machine, full of small gears that produce different results depending on how they’re **** a conversation-driven RPG, the story and characters have to be excellent or everything would fall apart. In this case, the main story and the subplots are very well written, and each character has an overwhelming and strongly defined **** top of that, there are many side tasks of varying importance that you can choose to complete or ignore, each with its own rewards or **** conclusion, this game presents a world full of possibilities where every decision matters and has repercussions, as you move forward along different paths that lead to different endings or ways of facing ****’s the kind of game that, once you finish it, you wish you could play again for the first time and rediscover everything from scratch.

The tactical part of the game is great. I enjoyed a lot the core mechanics of the combat, level design and characters abilities. The issue is everything oustide the levels.Between levels you need to manage the base, the soldiers, build rooms, research, travel to new locations. And that part is tedious and with really few information to take decisions. No info about the reasearch outputs, no info on how to prioritize missions, no info on which buildings are critical for the storyline, ... All of that with an annoying countdown and taking decisions based on a guess that can greatly affect your progress. I would have appreciated a liniar story and progress more than this.

A good GTA clone. Its graphical quality is slightly below that of its rival, but it makes up for it with a good story, great NPCs, plenty of humor and a much more over-the-top tone. Each gang’s missions have a different theme and are very diverse. The same goes for the side missions, which come in many varieties and are a lot of fun. It has a good number of weapons and vehicles available, and a map of decent size. It might be missing perhaps one area that isn’t within the city, though. It has several bugs that can occasionally block your progress, but they aren’t frequent. The physics, both for characters and driving, could be improved and feel quite weird. The biggest problem it has is the spontaneous spawning and despawning of vehicles every time you turn the camera. The object rendering is very inconsistent. Many times the roads are empty and you have to wait for cars to arrive from the other end of the street. It’s easy for a car to disappear when you turn the camera or go around a corner. Even the car you parked will quickly vanish as soon as it’s out of sight. The same happens with the NPCs moving around the city. Its rendering system causes dozens of identical elements to appear every few cycles, same cars, same NPCs, making the rest of the models unavailable until several cycles later. All of this, in a game that is basically about finding and grabbing cars, ends up being very frustrating.

It’s one of the best RPGs I’ve ever played. It’s huge, with thousands of things to do, and it never feels empty. The story is deep, very well written, and the voice acting is excellent. The soundtrack is absolutely amazing, one of the best in the history of video games. The character-building options are outstanding: race, weapons, magic, skills, clothing, and more. And all of it evolves dynamically as you play, meaning no two playthroughs are the same and you can create completely different characters with total freedom, without predefined **** level scaling is a bit uneven in some areas, especially open ones, while in dungeons it remains solid. There are hundreds of side quests. Some of them have so much content and story that they even surpass the main plot, while others are quite short and repetitive.

You unlock some items and characters but the lack of new maps, different enemies or zones, no story... it just feels empty and not contributing to keep playing. There's nothing explaining the game mechanincs, controls or options. You'r just thrown to the arena and learn by trial and error. There are important mechanics that I lost during a lot of time because nobody tells you about it. Possibly the most boring Tomb Raider game in the series. It's excessively long and gives the impression that several mechanics are there just to stretch out the playtime. There's a huge amount of backtracking, level revisits, running back and forth to unlock paths in earlier levels, moving objects between levels, and many slow crawling sections that become tedious. Mechanics that don’t work well with the tank controls have been introduced, like rope swinging or aiming weapons. The game is full of invincible enemies or ones that can only be destroyed with explosives, which makes most weapons and ammo almost useless. On top of that, the game is full of bugs—many, many bugs—some of which can even prevent you from progressing. The only good part is the puzzles. There are a lot of them and they’re quite varied, although some completely lack any logical sense.

Not a game. Is just a visual novel with some clicks here and there. The gameplay consists in clicking objects already marcked with a circle, so you don't even need to find them, and read the letters or watch the cinematic. Until you click the object that makes you progress. That's all, no puzzles, no searching, no need to think. In between you have long walks, long phylosophical talks and paused cinematics that made me stand like 10min just watching a movie, since I can do any action again. In top of that someone thought adding QTE to a supposed point and click game will work. No QTE are just annoying.

The best game in the trilogy. A great graphical improvement with more open and less oppressive spaces, larger-scale battles and more spectacular events. The combat feels much better than in its predecessors. There are more enemies on screen and a greater variety at the same time, making the gameplay more challenging and tactical. There are also numerous combat tools that can be used dynamically, adding a lot of depth to the combat system. The game strongly encourages the use of powers, given the number and types of enemies, they are almost indispensable. For the first time in the series, powers feel truly useful and rewarding. It features what is possibly the best video game companion ever created. Not only do you not have to worry about her safety, but she also provide valuable active support. She moves faster than you, so you never have to wait for her and she points out relevant things without being intrusive or repetitive. She supplies you with ammo, powers and healing. She opens you doors and points you to the right direction. And most importantly, she has natural and limited conversations, she's not the typical repetitive and insistent companion. Instead, she comments on relevant plot points when appropriate and remains silent when necessary. All of this makes you genuinely connect with the character. The story is excellent, full of intrigue until the very end. Much better than in the previous games. The only downside is that it feels largely disconnected from the Bioshock world until almost the very end, to the point where it could seem like an entirely separate game from the series.

I was a bit worried that the game might become too repetitive since repetition is its core mechanic and it doesn’t have many levels or a wide variety of **** my surprise, it doesn’t feel repetitive at all. Despite having only a few levels, you have to visit them at different times of the day, which opens or closes different sections. The enemies, bosses, and traps also change. Additionally, as you progress through the story, you unlock more areas of each map. So with every visit, there are new sections to explore, new objectives and a completely different ****’s very satisfying to see how events connect, allowing you to discover optimal ways to eliminate bosses, force them to change locations and more. The game uses a progressive mission system to guide you and track new discovieries, ensuring the repetition loop doesn’t become confusing. The level of detail in the maps is excellent, and the variety of options to tackle any challenge is very well designed, this is Arkane’s strong point. Character, weapon and power customization is quite extensive. Even though they’re not bad, neither the combat nor the powers feel as polished as in other Arkane games. Especially in terms of stealth that's not very effective, making it unsatisfying and if it fails, you’re almost forced to eliminate all NPCs. There are countless hidden secrets to discover. Some are well-hinted through clues, while others are nearly impossible to figure out without a guide. The multiplayer is practically dead at this point, so it’s not worth it.

It's super rewarding because every run you unlock a few weapons, bonus, stages and/or characters. You die every run, but you want more as the game is rewarding you for this death. The runs are quite fast (15-30min) so it's a great game for people not plenty of time. The level of characterization and improvement is high if you want to deep dive into the endgame builds. Great game that does many things well, but perhaps none excellently. The choice to create medium-sized maps/planets to explore is really clever. Each planet/location feels new, with enough details and things to do. This approach is far superior to having a huge, mostly empty map. The story is quite good but not superb. It feels a bit rushed towards the end. Companions, dialogue, and quests are fine. Many of the quests and interactions don't have a significant impact, but at least there are no filler quests. The faction system probably needs some reworking. It's too easy to please everyone by following an 'honorable' path. There aren't enough choices that truly force you to side with one faction at the expense of another, resulting in you ending the game as everyones super friend. Given the amount of conversation in the game, having voice acting would have been appreciated. The variety of weapons, gear, and enemies is quite low. While this was interesting at the beginning, it becomes a bit boring in the mid-to-late game. The weapons durability & repair function is super annoying. Even with perks to reduce it you cannot complete half of a quest without the weapon partially damaged so its damage reduced. I particularly love the ending footage explaining what happened to everyone based on your actions. It's an Obsidian trademark.

There are lots of stories, side quests, companions quests, and most of them are fascinating and are driving bigger plot changes than ever. As usual in the franchise the dialogs are well written and interesting. There are still many dialog selections pointing to the same result or maybe not the expected one. The DLCs contribute with good stories and worth content. Historically many people complained about the overall story and specifically the endings. In my experience this 3rd chapter is the most epic of all, with the hardest and saddest decisions. And my ending, in my opinion, was a perfect conclusion for the saga.

Super lineal game with a disappointing story and ending. Graphics and animations are quite bad. Most of the game you're in stealth but not so many stealth mechanics were developed, just don't stay in the light feature. You can't move corpses, the NPCs AI is not well implemented to patrol, search, ... NPCs can see you from 1 km away, no killing animations. The monsters are bullet sponges at the point that you doubt if you really can kill them. Even worse because some are really immortal and you never know. No information at all about the weapons. No stats, or something to compare weapons and know wich one is better. You need to realize about the mods by sight in a small draw were you can barely differentiate a silencer from an extended cannon. No weapon names being shown, so you don't really know what you're picking up, and some weapons are too similar to realize it. Completely broken morale system. Having different endings based not in your decisions but in random events like listening NPCs conversations when the game doesn't teach you about this system is just stupid. The only good point is the immersion. Small details like the lighter, compass, watch and gas mask implementation makes you feel like you're there and need to use real gadgets to do your job.

Beautiful and relaxing game... but unfortunately not a lot more to say. The gameplay is just about swimming and scanning fishes/whales. The story is simple with a disappointing ending. Lots of melodramatic talks that add nothing to the game. And even being so simple and with so few features the game is not well implemented. Like never removing the warning mark from new fish discoveries, so you always need to check all of them to find something new. Or the quick access screen not working, when scanning something new.

Improves every single aspect from its predecessor. The story is super well written. The decisions and different ways you approach the missions makes you be part of this story. There are a lot more companions, that means lot more of side quests, every of them super well designed so are really enjoyable. The combat improved a lot. Is more tactical, more difficult. You can be killed easily so you need to plan and use companions wisely. The scenarios also improved a lot, all of them being unique. Planet exploration was almost removed and that's good because was boring and not well implemented. Item and skills management was simplified so you don't need to lose a lot of time on managing inventory, weapons and so on. My only complains: - The part of the Citadelle that you can visit now is so small. - The sprint time is still laughable. - Still many dialog selections trigger the same result. And so many times the selection doesn't fit the expected dialog. - Minerals gathering through probes is boring.

Good aesthetics, story and sound. Plenty of gadgets as usual in the franchise but without any innovation. The game is quite well balanced. Good difficulty curve with several hard but not frustrating fights. As any game of this franchise after a while it fells too much on a "find the hidden block" feature that I personally don't like a lot.
