Samorost is a really short and sweet point n' click puzzle game with an interesting art style. It reminded me of the simple flash games I used to play as a kid, it even has that simple and yet effective humor that never fails to bring a smile to my face.

Super cute puzzle game. Simple, chill and extra short (just 12 min to complete). I liked the art direction except for using the real human faces. That was weird.

I understand that the game was never meant to be an amazing or mind-blowing experience, but honestly, I didn’t understand anything that was happening from start to finish. The story felt completely unclear, the visuals were really bad, and at some point the game just ended without me even realizing that I had actually finished it. There was no clear payoff or sense of conclusion at all. I really didn’t like the game overall. That said, somehow I already have the second and third entries sitting in my library, and I still plan to finish them.
