Dude it’s PAC-MAN… of course it’s good! The character designs for PAC-MAN, and Team Ghost (Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde) are super adorable and the SFX are so rememberable, and honestly crisp for a game made in 1980! This game’s structure is really amazing, with the Maze being fun to navigate, great and simple controls only requiring a Joystick! The PAC-DOTS are really fun to collect especially the Power Pellets so instead of running from the Ghosts they TURN-TO-BLUE and you chase them instead creating a fun power-dynamic! The Bonus Fruits are great especially the Galaxian it’s a cute detail! And the Jingles with the start-up being engraved into everyone’s minds! Of course the Coffee Breaks are great as-well especially the Jingles associated with them, adding some break-time and slapstick humor to it all! Overall I love this game and owning a ARCADE1UP cabinet definitely helps with that I will play it often 1-5 times a day!

PAC-MAN PARTY for the Wii, is definitely a game that exists and contains PAC-MAN. This was definitely when BANDAI NAMCO was trying to remove lots of elements of the World games and the many other games that came before it! The only real homages is of course to that of the Original 1980 PAC-MAN Game. While I get this direction beccause let’s be Honest I highly doubt many people know who TOC-MAN, Spooky, or Erwin even are, but you cannot deny that those games gave life and personality to the PAC-MAN franchise! The Art-Style shift is also quite jarring jumping from a Simple Cartoon style to a more Anime big-eyed style. In all honesty though I really like these designs they’re legitimately the perfect mix between PATGA and Tadashi Yamati’s Art-Styles! Of course this is supposed to be a young PAC-MAN Same with Team Ghost and the 3 new original characters! Speaking of characters I think the roster is quite a downgrade from PAC-MAN World Rally, no ****-MAN (cause of legal reasons) and obviously Junior cannot exist yet since PAC-MAN is a Child, and No world characters are present… but still! Instead it’s PAC-MAN, Team Ghost (Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde), Patra, Woofa, and Roger being these games originals! The thing is I actually like these new characters but sadly the Story-Mode barley fleshes them out and Roger was straight up forgotten, while Woofa and Patra were last seen in the Delisted PAC-MAN MONSTERS. I think if the story-mode was more fleshed out and these characters were given more unique personalities they would be peak characters since their designs like The original characters (PAC-MAN & Team Ghost) are absolutely adorable! I played Party mode with family and honestly it’s really good… but it really drags, with Cutscenes, The unique Dice Roll Mini-games, and Watching each and every castle a Player loses go down and get replaced… Speaking of Mini-Games, the regular Mini-Games that occur when a battle for a Castle occurs are quite phenomenal and were clearly the focus in the gameplay and I was really looking forward to them, but the game’s mechanic of rival battles for castles is annoying, since it doesn’t matter for everyone else since they just get “Power Cookies” I think the dynamic of collecting “Cookies” is really neat and kinda an obscure reference to how Toru Iwatani originally intended the PAC-DOTS and POWER-PELLETS too be well Cookies! Overall this game is alright being nothing more just a mix between Mario Party and Fortune Street (Wii) with some PAC-MAN Charm! This game is adorable and the Soundtrack along with the Voice acting is incredible and oddly the soundtrack was reused in PATGA 1 & 2 for some reason… and of course the addition of PAC-MAN, GALAGA, and DIG DUG are always nice!

Besides Mario Bros. released in the Arcade, it’s really the game that started it all! Super Mario Bros. Is a great beginning point for the franchise in terms of characters and Gameplay! The gameplay is fun but rewarding! It’s a Side-Scrolling Platformer in the style of PAC-LAND! You run to the right jumping over obstacles and landing on Platforms to get to the flagpole! The enemies are simple but effective, The Goombas just move Side-to-Side while the Koopa Troopas just do the same but you cannot squish them needing a Fire Flower or a Super Star to defeat but if you jump on them they go into their shell then you can kick them into different enemies or do a 1-Up trick which gives you practically infinite lives! One final example is the Prihanana Plants they go up and down the pipes and cannot be defeated without the aforementioned mentioned Power-Ups! The Boss battles are simple you fight fake bowsers which rake in up difficulty with them jumping, throwing projectiles etc. making it difficult to dodge! In the end though you fight the real Bowser and then save the Princess where you can restart to continue ranking up your score or simply quit! This game is repayable and iconic, with the music Motifs, levels, enemies, SFX and UI! I don’t think anyone hasn’t played this game it’s that good! And they’re plenty of secrets and bonuses that allow you to beat the game in Under 10 Minutes! In conclusion it’s phenomenal!

Like it’s ****-MAN Of course it’s great! The Maze’s introduced are pretty fun and the addition of different levels are purely genius! I love ****-MAN’s Sprite it’s adorable like PAC-MAN but with the addition of a Bow, Lips, a Mole, and a Blue eye make her look great and really compliments PAC-MAN’s design the only detail I don’t like is her eye, since PAC-MAN doesn’t have one it just looks off and the fact GCC didn’t give him one during the 3 Coffee Breaks he appears in just makes PAC-MAN look off!! But the gameplay is still intact the only downside is the Ghost A.I being random making them truly unpredictable and removing the Ghost A.I manipulation in the Original! Overall it’s great but I do prefer PAC-MAN!

This is a great conversion of both franchises, and make it feel like a true Collaboration, the Sonic Levels, and Gimmicks work well with the PAC-MAN World Formula and the Costume is adorable and has some nice SFX, especially the Super Sonic Mega PAC-MAN, and the final boss was pretty challenging but definitely fun!

Sherman really gave it his all as PAC-MAN and solidified in my opinion him being the best Voice Actor for PAC-MAN! Everyone else was stellar as well especially PAC-PROFESSER, or SPOOKY… and a certain other one as well! The gameplay is fun, the achievements and awards are worth it, and the music is just as great as ever! Please consider playing this if you Ether loved the original, or just love 3D Platformers!

PAC N’ ROLL is not the most crazy or impressive Game but being a Game on Ds with its Outstanding Visuals, Music, Vocals from Characters, it’s frankly pretty great! I love the new characters like Krystal or PAC-MASTER and especially Golvis! This reintroduced PAC-MAN and Team Ghost to a new generation of Children and Frankly? That’s awesome! Plus it comes with Original PAC-MAN so… what’s not to love?
